Ok hotel + god beliggenhed lige over for havnen, d havnen, og tæt på stranden.

Meget venligt personale på hotel med rigtig fin beliggenhed. Godt udgangspunkt for vores ture til highlights i Los Angeles. Dejligt med inkluderet morgenmad og fri parkering.

Venligt personale og god service ved check-in. Området ud mod lystbådehavnen er hyggelig, men ellers er der langt til de store seværdigheder i LA og de gode strande. Morgenmaden er - som på mange andre amerikanske hoteller - med megen sukker og fedt. Kun lille udvalg.

Close to the beach and restaurants.

Great place to stay; reasonably priced. Safe neighborhood (electrical plant right next door with smoke stacks). Lots of amenities; newspaper, brunch, cookies & fruit in the afternoons, coffee/tea all day.Laundry facilities, very nice pool and hot tub with towels provided.

This is a lovely hotel: very clean, comfortable rooms with flat screen TV, fridge, coffee maker and free wi-fi. We also used the computers and printer in their business centre, which was very handy for printing theme park vouchers/boarding passes etc. The pool and spa area wasn't huge, but more than adequate for our children, and pool towels are provided. The […] area is perfect for a stay in L.A. though you will probably need a car if you want to sight see and visit theme parks. Parking is free, which was a bonus as it seems many LA hotels charge for this. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the pier area with many shops and restaurants, including a Cheesecake Factory just opposite. Also easy walking distance to beaches. We hired bikes from a hut just opposite the hotel, and rode along Hermosa Beach which was delightful. Wish we'd had more time to do this again and explore a bit further. We also hired kayaks and pedaloes from the pier area and went out to see the sea lions which was a really enjoyable way to spend an hour or two. The hotel reception staff were always very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, though only served til 9am on a weekday (10am at weekends). In retrospect, this was a good thing as it encouraged us to get up at 7.30am every morning and make the most of the day..(though with jetlag we didn't always feel like getting up that early!) Would really recommend this hotel. We also visited Las Vegas and Palm Springs, and this was by far the nicest hotel with the best facilities that we stayed in. Læs mere

Hotel is in a good location for people needing to have close proximity to LAX without the feel of staying at an aiport hotel. Many eating options close by and the beach is great for relaxing and unwinding. Found staff helpful and while not 5 star, the hotel was comffortable and fine for our family group. Stayed here with our two kids. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good little pool. Redondo beach neighborhood was kinda cute with a nice old school feel. Only down side to the hotel was the breakfast room being quite crowded and a lack of much in the way of fresh food. But agood choice for a family on a budget..

We had an awesome time in Redondo Beach! The hotel staff were very accomodating. When we checked in we were met by Don at the front desk. He was very helpful and funny. The room was clean and fit our needs for my family & I. The air coditioner didn't work very well but we just opened the window & caught the ocean breeze. Never got to sample the continental […] breakfast but there were plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. We were able to rent beach cruisers right there on site & enjoyed riding back & forth along the different beaches. After we got home I realized I left my leather jacket behind. My parents, sister and I stayed for the weekend, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. Located right across from the Redondo Beach shopping area, we were able to walk to the beach and rent bikes for the fun bike paths. Parking and Wifi were FREE, which was not that case for other nearby hotels. The breakfast was more than we expected with a waffle […] bar, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and lots of continental choices. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived it took over a half hour for someone to show up to get us checked in and it was only 7:00 PM. There were other people waiting as well and we kept calling the phone number and we could hear it ringing but no one would pick it up. What hotel runs out of towels and waiting till the morning kind of defeats the purpose of asking for them to shower that night. When you arrive to check into a hotel after a 7 hour drive you expect to get checked in quickly so you can relax after a long trip and having to wait for over a half hour just standing around a hotel lobby trying to figure out where the clerk is , is just ridiculous!! The hotel was overall pretty good if you need to be in Redondo Beach for some reason (I was there fore a conference.) Definitely don't stay here on vacation if you have an option to be somewhere closer to West LA--the neighborhood isn't exactly happening. But the reason I am giving the place a less than stellar rating is that, by mistake, they put us […] in a room with 1 king size bed instead of 2 queen beds. This wasn't such a big deal in our case, but in a different situation I can imagine how unexpectedly sharing bed space like this could be quite uncomfortable. So I was expecting some kind of discount or refund for this mistake--but nada, not even the price difference between the two rooms! Hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Decor was a little dated, but would recommend this hotel. It is across the street from the marina and the beach. Walking distance to Cheesecake Factory, Ruby's Diner, and Joe's Crab Shack. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location, no need for cars. Clean room, nice continental breakfast.

We loved our stay at this hotel and hated to leave; from the warm chocolate chip cookies and coffee to the perfect location between Redondo and Hermosa Beaches. We didn't need to use our vehicle once because everything (beautiful coastal cities, entertainment, music and wide range of wonderful and varied restaurants were within close walking distance […] for us. My boyfriend and I decided to "get away" locally and we picked this hotel. I have to tell you i will be back again!! The Staff is very nice, the rooms are bright and very comfortable, and we even extended our stay to monday . and theres plenty of places to eat and relax and you dont have to drive! This hotel is awesome and the price is just as great. Walking distance close to beaches and shops as well as many food establishments. A great staff to welcome you and and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The Sunrise is a well-maintained property. It is just a short walk to both restaurants as well as the strand along Hermosa beach. The hotel has free parking. The pool & hot tub are a nice touch as is the complimentary breakfast each morning. The only knock on the place is that the beds were not very comfortable. Enjoyed the free parking , free wifi, free deluxe continental breakfast, very clean, good location with many restaurants nearby, & friendly, helpful personnel. In our opinion, up there with the 4 star hotels.

The hotel was pretty nice. We brought our kids (2yr old and 4month old) and everyone slept sound all night. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was just enough with the waffles. I love the location. All around it was worth the price. Even the staff was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise. You can't ask for a much better location. Very affordable with the minimum of frills that come with it. Just the basics like pool/spa, and breakfast. The hotel room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would stay here again next time I am in town. They offer cheap rates to airport and are in a great area.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. This is one of the best options in the Redondo Beach area. Great location, walking distance to pier, beach, restaurants. And a short drive to everything else. The rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly. Just missing a microwave in the room for longer stays, but it's not a showstopper.

this hotel is in a great locale across the redondo beach pier. plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hermosa beach strand 1 minute away! we chose this hotel because they allow dogs and they have a nice pool area and jacuzzi. in the summer its abit over crowded and over priced. but stay in the off season to have a relaxing time.

Smoke-free property; however, desk clerk was just outside the open doors smoking when we got back after dinner. Hotel is being remodeled so could not stay on third/top floor.

The hotel was generally good and comfortable. Reception was excellent and you could make tea/coffee at the front desk We are a family of 5 adults and we found the room small to cater for our crowd. We had to move the furniture to find room for the roll out bed. The atmosphere was lovely, just by the marina. The breakfast was hardly continental though; […] two kinds of bread, some bagels and waffles and grainy old people cereal. Not sure why the eggs are always cold! The breakfast lady could smile once in a while. TV was a bit old school! The hot tub was fantastic however, excellent temperature. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the laundry facility. There are 300+ rooms and only one machine and one dryer. Absurd and people would often open the dryer and it would stop midway. Best to look for other laundry services around or plan well ahead! We had a gret stay at this Best Western! Booking through hotels.com was surprisingly easy. This hotel was very clean, across the street from the Redondo Beach harbor, pet friendly, and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful! The next time we are in the area we will stay here!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great location just across from Redondo Beach Marina. Good free breakfast but needed soy as milk alternative!

My husband & I stayed at the BWP Sunrise Hotel at Redondo Beach Marina for a few days getaway. This is a VERY nice hotel! The rooms are nice & large, the breakfast was plentiful, the breakfast room was large, the pool & hot tub were very nice.The staff all throughout the hotel were very nice & helpful. The marina was directly across the street (along […] with The Cheesecake Factory!) The beach was within about a 10 minute walk. Hollywood was not far away at all.
