Good value for money hotel - my room was clean and comfortable, WiFi fast and staff was generally serviceminded and helpful. Gangnam entertainment area within walking distance, so really ideal as a base for meetings in south Seoul. Would recommend the Japanese restaurant 'Wakuya' 200 m down the road. Excellent sticks and sashimi at reasonable price.

Room with western style office table and chair enabled me to work here over a weeked. Superior kitchen. Best spagetti ever. Also their expensive buffet was good. Only minus in hotel was waiting time of 15-20 minutes Sunday to get into breakfast buffet. I extended my stay as I have tried many other 4-5 star hotels in Seoul and this had a better total experience.

Very nice location. In walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hotel was newly remodeled and was at or near 5 star. Very clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We were only there for two days and the location was perfect for walking to the palaces and a few of the markets (10-15 minute walk). Close to Myengdong (underground walk of about 5 mins). Close to subway station (about 3 minutes walk to station - also connected via the hotel underground). Very clean, the room was a bit cramp (we had the cheapest of the 5 room types they offer I think). If you need more space, 1 room size up is recommended. We mistakenly book a room for one instead of two occupants. After several emails, the hotel was kind enough to offer refund if we would like to cancel, but nothing else. That made us feel that they did not need a business with us. At checkin we thought they might surprise us with a more comfortable room but no luck there. Service from check in to check out was excellent. Staff at buffet breakfast coffee house was most helpful ,even gave us a map and talked us through with detailed instructions on how to get to attraction. Concierge was most helpful providing us with tourist info. Every single staff ( bell boy, room service, housekeeping) we met in the Plaza was very […] friendly n polite. Although room was facing City Hall , the music from the events could not be heard cause of the double windows. We had a great stay at the Plaza. "Service Above and Beyond"
This is a supreb hotel with absolutely amazing staff. When I was injured, a member accompanied me to the hospital to help with translation. It is well worth the cost and I recommend it particularly to those visiting Seoul for the first time, you will be in good hands!Ægte Expedia-gæsteanmeldelse

"The Seoul Plaza: Design Excellence"
I've stayed at this hotel several times and also at the Westin Choson. The corridors in the Plaza are darker but I like the Plaza better. The design of the room makes it just about the prettiest I've ever stayed in and the facilities were uniformly excellent. I have one minor complaint. "Good Choice"
The Plaza is a very nice hotel in an excellent location and a very helpful staff. The rooms are very modern, but small. Breakfast and some other services are very expensive (40$ for breakfast). Clean modern rooms, excellent service by hotel staff, comfortable beds all make my stay in Seoul ver enjoyable.
