Godt hotel tæt på metro. Man skal lige gå over motorvejen, så er kvarteret fint. Morgenmad fin Elv om bacon var lidt rå :-)

Rigtig lækkert hotel til en rigtig go pris. Fint værelse, der var rent og pænt og det hele fungerede. Den eneste lille ulempe er, at der er et stykke til "centrum" (fx 20-25 min. til Eiffeltårnet). Metroen ligger dog kun 5 min. fra hotellet og det er nemt og billigt at komme rundt med den. Kan klart anbefales!

Alt i alt et rigtig godt hotel, med en service helt i top. Kan kun sige at vi var fuldt ud tilfredse med et hele.

Efter et ophold i Disneyland ville vi have et par dage i selve Paris. Hotellet lå perfekt med parkering og Metro lige ved. Hele familien nød dagene på hotellet. Eneste minus var, at rengøringen ikke bankede på, men bare åbnede døren for at konstatere, om de kunne komme til.

Rigtig dejligt fint hotel. Godt, rent og rummeligt værelse - meget nyt. Du kan se Eiffeltårnet fra værelset. God mad, god service Dog IKKE i gåafstand til seværdigheder, men hotellet ligger meget nemt i forhold til metroen, så det var ikke noget problem. Det betød dog, at når vi kom tilbage til hotellet sidst på eftermiddagen, tog vi ikke ind til centrum […] igen, men spiste på hotellet eller i nærheden af hotellet. Kan varmt anbefales. Læs mere

Overall I was happy. The only tough part was that we were traveling with a baby and young toddler. No fault to the hotel, but the Paris Metro system is dreadful if you have to use strollers. 95% have no elevator nor escalator. Since this hotel is at the end of the Metro line, it definitely made traveling to the various sights in the city more challenging […] and tiring when trying to negotiate the Metro system. The staff was so courteous and friendly. Our stay was so enjoyable! We were only a 5 minute walk from the metro station which took us directly where we wanted to go(all the touristy places, of course). We were recommended a restaurant by staff. It was only a few minute walk from the hotel and so so so delicious! Our room was facing the Eiffel tower, […] looking over a very busy road, but we couldn't hear a thing. We also utilized their parking which was so conveniently located underneath the hotel. The breakfast was perfect and there was free wifi. Our stay couldn't have been better! Læs mere

This was a great hotel, which I had selected for business purpose for its location. However, for tourists, this may be more secluded...although you are not too far from the Eiffel tower, which I could spot from my room. A little distance (10 minutes away by metro) gets you right to the center of the action. The rooms are clean and large for France […] (even large size for US standards). I had an executive room, which was a bit larger than some of the executive rooms I had in the US. So, comparatively speaking, this was an interesting choice. However, if you drive, beware that parking is hard to spot. Drive by the hotel, take the first right on the corner of the hotel (it is a one way street anyway, so you can't go wrong), and directly on your right, there is the entrance to the underground parking. Large clean stylesh rooms,with some nice views off Paris,totaly sound proof so no traffic noise, good choice for breakfast and close the the metro.

The room size was perfect for my family of 4 - we had a large double, sleeper sofa and a baby bed and still had enough room to maneuver round easily. The hotel is just off of the highway which is convenient with a car and the Metro station is about a 3 minute walk. However it is on the last stop of the metro line and a little far from the main tourist […] attractions. The neighborhood is what you would expect when staying in an Urban city. Læs mere

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was that the WC was separate from lavatory and shower... Location is good, the metro station is about 5 min. walking and you get to city center in 15 minutes by metro.

I chose this hotel as it was close to the Metro. And it is, just a 5 min walk. And the Metro is the easiest way to get around Paris and takes no time at all. The hotel reception was undergoing renovations when we arrived, so the whole ground floor was closed off. Reception had been moved to floor 1 in a make shift area. Looked untidy, but the reception […] staff were on hand 24/7 and were very polite and helpful. The room we had was on the 8th floor and we could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance - fantastic! The room itself was modern and spacious with a really nice bathroom with doulbe doors that opened into the bedroom. It had a separate toilet room which I liked as it made maximum use of the bathroom space. The room had a coded safe, mini bar/fridge and flat screen TV . The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked no problem and made little noise. We paid underground parking for 2 nights which wasn't included in the room rate, but it was only a short stay, but the parkng was very secure. Due to other reviews, we didnt eat in the restaurant, but that suited us as we wanted to experience Parisian pattiseries/cafes. The local area has a number of these dotted around, with cash points and pharmacies within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay, the location to the Metro is great and we wouldnt hesistate to stay again. Læs mere

This is probably the worst hotel experience of my life. Knowing that I'm on the road almost 40% of my time, that says a lot about the disappointment. The hotel personnel is unprofessional to say the least. The lady room knocked at my door every two minutes after I've asked her to come back in 45 minutes. On the day of my check out, she were at my door […] at 9:45 in the morning and two times in the following 30 minutes even though I've told her that I'll be leaving by noon. If you have luggages, you are on your own, no one is there to help you and you need to find and get the chart yourself both for check in and check out. The guy in charge of the minibar in the room wanted me to beg him to fill it with very expensive drinks. The bar/restaurant hours are ridiculous and the personnel there are just like the others: rude to their customers. Læs mere

Staff is very supportive. They speak many different languages and are focused on making our visit to Paris perfect. The hotel is well located also. It is close to the Metro Porte d'Orleans. No tvery close from the center of Paris, but no changes are required if you go to Notre Dame. Anything else requires one change only.

This hotel is just great. It is very close to the metro station so you can use it as a home base to explore Paris. Staff was very friendly and they gave welcoming presents to our kids. It is just a perfect hotel if you have small kids, you want a clean room (by the French standards) on an affordable price. We have stayed over one night with our Family, three Kids! Great attention and service.

Very close to Orly for early morning flight. Neighborhood good for restaurants and all shops. Hotel was very convenient and they were very helpful with everything.

We have stayed in your hotels before and although the room and reception staffs have always been fine.This time we ordered lunch in the cafe the cost was overpriced for the meal. I order a sandwich and my wife a salad and the waiter pretty much threw a to-go type cardboard box on the table with my sandwich and my wife's salad in a plastic container […] and walked away. This is something I would expect in a fast food airport gate restaurant but not a nice hotel. We were both surprised and under impressed. Læs mere

Novotel Paris Porte d'Orleans' service was excellent, enjoyed the stay. A bit of a walk to the Porte d'Orleans subway station, but certainly is a very enjoyable one. The neighbourhood is interesting, serviced by restaurans, shopping, bakeries etc. The service was great, staff were very helpful and accomdating and spoke English. We reached Paris and took a train to the hotel. The hotel is just 5 mins away from Port d'Orleans station. Receptionist & Staff: Our baggage arrived late but the receptionist helped us to reach out to airport officials and track our baggage. All were very helpful and cordial. They provided us with all possible information that they could. The food served […] in the hotel was very tasty. Room: The hotel room was excellent, clean and spacious and soundproof. The breakfast buffet was very good (not included in the rates). The room had a mini-bar (separate charges for the items in it). The rates weren't high. We enjoyed our stay at Novotel! Læs mere

not so much more expensive compared to lower quality hotels. pretty good location, except we need to cross dangerous roads as pedestrian and neighborhood not very nice. Room is clean, enough space, service is OK but they charged us this so expensive breakfast whereas they told us it was included...

Hotel is OK and the people at the reception very helpful and speak English. Unfortunatelly have several problems ordering just hot milk to my room for my kids every morning. Every morning I was ordering the same thing at the same time, still they have problems serving that. They DO NOT speak English in the hotel's restaurant when you call them directly. […] What you hear is "OK Sir" and then nothing happens. I was really annoyed ordering things over the phone from the restaurant and had to call reception to arrange this for me. Or they may say "Not now, in 20 minutes" and then bring what you ordered in 1 hour ! That was really annoying and for that reason only I'm hesitating to recommend this hotel to my friends. We stayed in this hotel for one week with our 9 and 7 year old boys, using it as a base for a Paris visit and some visits to Eurodisney. We selected the hotel based on its reviews, rates and proximity to the Metro Line 4. It is hard to fault the hotel or its service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is pristine. There are not a lot of leisure facilities […] in the hotel, but we were there to see Paris, and not to lounge around in the hotel. Some little drawbacks are 1) getting a lift down to the lobby in the morning can be difficult ( two guest lifts serving so many floors) and 2) I personally found the air-conditioned environment at night uncomfortable though neither my wife nor children did. Breakfast is very good but costly for adults, but this is mitigated by the fact that children eat for free. All in all, a very good experience. Læs mere

Enjoyed the stay, car park was very secure,comfortable and child friendly hotel.Good location easy access to all methods of transport.Will definately go back.

The suites are especially perfect for a lager family (2 or 3 kids) whereas most hotels are not so inviting to larger families. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from room. Breakfast buffet was also quite good and just perfect for the family.

Novotel Porte d'Orleans is a great hotel to stay. Staff working there was great and were very helpful in every aspect...we got a great feeling of being welcomed right from the start and through out our stay...I'll recommend the hotel.....

This was a very convenient and well managed hotel. It was very easy to find as it is right on the peripherique (but the sound proofing is such that you can't hear it at all). Although it wasn't in central Paris it was easy to get everywhere by Metro. The only problem was that there was not much parking in the hotel's secure parking.

We stayed in one of the "executive" rooms for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and pretty clean for European standards. We had plenty of room, including a couch and the bed was comfortable. Room service offers quite a bit and we made a habit of ordering the double expressos in the morning. The area is not what you would call touristy, more of a business […] area but there was good food within a few mintues walk. It was a clean, comfortable, no frills stay and I would stay at Novotel Porte d'Orleans again. Læs mere

Très bon hôtel. Quelques soucis avec la carte d'accès de la chambre et la tv mais réaction efficace et très rapide. Personnel agréable.

Een keurig (familie) hotel. Verblijf tijdens de pasen, op een familie-kamer. Ik miste een "echte" kledingkast, voor kort verblijf wat minder relevant. Lekker ontbijt, gastvriendelijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Goed bereikbaar via metro, ligt aan de rondweg, geen geluidsoverlast.

Hôtel très bien situé à 3 mn à pied du métro. Chambre familiale satisfaisante. Accueil très sympathique. Personnel très serviable. Le plus : parking souterain. Le moins : hôtel en travaux, attente au petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité/prix plutôt positif.

Aucune mauvaise surprise par rapport à la description de la chambre. Personnel agréable. Hôtel situé près du métro. Points négatifs : l'hôtel était en travaux (réception) et rien n'avait été spécifié lors de la réservation. Désorganisation des petits-déjeuners : de l'attente pour avoir une table (peut-être liée aux travaux). Parking un peu petit par […] rapport à la taille de l'hôtel. hotel en rénovation : pas de réception !!! mais agréablement surpris par l'absence de bruit malgré le périphérique tout proche l'équipe du petit déjeuner toujours très serviable s'il manque quelque chose.
