Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dallas-NTollway-N Plano - Plano

my husband and I were the ones that stayed at this hotel. The room was clean when we checked in, we were gone most of the next day visiting and when we got back to our room around 5ish our bed still wasn't made and our towels weren't picked up and replaced with new ones. When I alled the front desk to find out why our room hadn't been serviced the front […] desk clerk seemed to act like it was my fault. "did you have the do not disturb sign up?", he asksed me. There were signs that there were vending machines. I checked 2 of the 3 floors and didn't find any vending machine. The pillows are nice and fluffy but I think way too fluffy we both had hurting necks the next day. My last issue with this hotel was that the employees were all very comfortable...when we got there to check in at 1am the front desk guy was outside smoking....then the next morning when I was getting something to eat at the complimentary breakfast the lady working it was sitting watching tv until I noticed her staring at me, so I took my breakfast and took it back to my room. I stayed over one night and I am overall satisfied with the hotel, the location was good. Only thing I disliked was the only way in there was the tollroad. Meaning if your not from there you have to ride the feder. But overall the room was clean the beds were confi and the service was good.

We were quite pleased with all facets of our stay. Quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Great!!!! Highly recommended!!

The decor was impressive, the breakfast was great as was the staff.

We stayed here 2 nights and found everything just as it should be: Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, attractive room with good blackout curtains, plenty of towels. Loved the little reading lights by the bed! The breakfast was maintained fresh and spotless by Laura. (Breakfast includes pancakes, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, eggs, sausage, […] bisquits, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt , juice, coffee/tea, milk.) Parking is convenient and free. There was a workout room which we didn't use; the pool wasn't open yet but it looked clean. The only suggestion would be to include a frig in the room. Good location by the freeway but no traffic noise at all. Very close to lots of restaurants and just down the street from the mall. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Læs mere

The hotel was very convenient and very tasteful rooms. I would definitely book my next stay at the same hotel when I am in the area.

I was in Plano to meet a friend. This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast, good bed, very pleasant staff. Only complaint was the internet was slow due to all the business travelers but besides that a great choice!

everything was in order when we checked in. the room was big , very clean, bed was excellent. breakfast buffet was great, much more than anywhere we have stayed and the lady who ran the buffet really went out of her way to make you welcome and made sure coffee was fresh and kept refilling the buffet . the check in desk lady helped us find an address […] and even googled and printed us a route. we would stay there again. My wife and I stayed two nights here, and although it looked a bit run down from the outside (lights on the exterior sign not working and all) we enjoyed our stay. We were especially pleased with the breakfast, particularly because the woman working breakfast (Laura I think was her name) clearly took pride in her work and kept the area spotless, kept […] the food fresh and full, and was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very helpful. I got turned around in the city, afterwhich, I called the hotel and got immediate assistant. Room service and everything at the hotel (during my stay) was remarkable.
