Hotellet ligger udenfor centrum i Lissabons finanskvarter, og på linie med indflyvningen til Lissabon lufthavn. Der ligger også mange andre internationale hotelkæder i området. Hotellet ligger lige skråt overfor den metro/regionaltog station der også betjener Zoologisk have, så transport til "downtown" er nemt. Kun en mindre del af personalet forstår […] og taler engelsk ud over de typiske turistfraser, hvilket var en smule skuffende på et hotel af denne standard. Portugisere og spaniolere er glade for børn og har mange af dem - og de er også med på ferie - så vær forberedt på at der kan være mange børn på hotellet - og det lydniveau dette medfører i restauranten og i pool'en. Corinthia Hotel i Lissabon ligger i et kvarter, hvor der er er mange muligheder for at få noget at drikke eller noget at spise. Vores familie spiste billig morgenmad på en cafe 50 m. fra hotellet. Selv om hotellet har dejlig morgenmad, er den også dyr. Vores 2 teenagedøtre elskede hotelværelsernes standard, og vi var alle glade for den fantastiske udsigt […] fra 12. sal over aquadukten og Lissabon. På 2. sal er der en dejlig pool, hvor der ligger håndklæder klar i behagelige strandstole, og der er fin mulighed for solbadning . I hotellets bar laver de fantastiske drinks, både med og uden alkohol. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på Metro, så det er nemt og hurtigt at komme til centrum. Alt i alt et hotel, som vi vil anbefale. Det var virkelig en lækker oplevelse at bo en uge på dette hotel. Om morgen stod vi op og spiste morgen buffen som helt sikkert kan anbefaldes, Der var alt hvad hjertet begærer. Så gik vi godt mætte ned til poolen og tog sol og badede. Pool og spa området var virkelig lækkert. Om aften tog vi metroen som lå 100 m væk fra hotellet, ned i byen og spiste. […] Derefter gik vi hjem. Det var en hyggelig tur. Så sad vi i baren udenfor og fik en øl. Total afslapning. This is a very nice hotel. Great service, good resturant and a fine pool/gym. Close to the metro.

We booked late via the Internet and got 50% discount. At that price it was very good value. Lot's of small restuarants in the neighbourhood. Very close to a train station (direct train for Sintra takes 40 minutes etc.) and Metro for the city centre (direct, very easy, takes10-15 minutes).

High quality rooms, service, and facilities. The gym had new equipment and lots more light and space than most hotel gyms. Only downside - - perpetual long wait for elevators. Take the stairs!

That is a huge hotel. 24 floors. Very tasty breakfast with an excellent selection of food. Very clean rooms. Very complicated and time consuming TV navigation with too many paid services and channels. Internet access is very expensive. Good access to public transport (Metro and buses). No shuttle bus to the airport, however fantastic public transport, […] which is going to take you directly there. Friendly staff, who granted access to the Sky lounge in spite of no reservation. Positive: We stayed in a deluxe suit and the room was amazing. Lots of space and very comfortable. We also had access to the Executive sky lounge, which has amazing views over the city and serves snacks and drinks throughout the day. It was a perfect place to relax. The spa treatments are expensive, but worth it. I had the best massage of my life! Negative: […] The service at reception was horrific!! Very nice staff but we spent atleast 3 hours of our total 22 hour stay just to get answers from reception and to check out. Seriously understaffed. The hotel was quite busy and there are only a few elevators. Sometimes we had to wait 15-30 minutes to get a elevator. There was also empty coffee and sugar sachets in our room and the minibar was not fully-stocked according to the list provided by the hotel and we were very worried that we would be charged for those things, which luckily we weren't. Also we had problems when paying our account and I had to insert my credit card pin 3 times. The bank the froze the amount of our bill x3 which then blocked my credit card. Luckily I was not alone and it was the last night of our holiday so I did not need much more cash. Overall the hotel is nice if you plan to book in and then only relax in your room and the sky lounge, but as soon as you go to the lobby its a nightmare. Læs mere

Hotel is just a ordinary five star business hotel, not in an antique building like the Corinthia London Hotel. So not very unique and impressive. Hotel location was not central. One had to take bus or metro going downtown (about 15 minutes travelling). Yet the metro and bus stops near hotel made it convenient to go downtown. Aerobus stop nearby the […] hotel make it a plus but the aerobus get off stop at hotel when arriving is different from the stop going back to airport. Make sure you do not wait at the wrong place. We got a great room only deal so staying here was not only pleasant but very reasonable too. The staff were friendly and really made an effort and the bar food was very good. We had a lovely city view from the 19th floor. the hotel is beside a metro station which was very handy and a short walk to Cortes Ingles Department store. Very nice hotel. Located about 10 minutes via metro to Lisbon city centre. Metro stop is 2 minute walk from hotel. Hotel in safe area. Just down the road are some nice restaurants. Corinthia Hotels is close to a subwaystation on the blue line. Seven stops to the south and you´re in the city centre, three stops to the north and you´re at footbal stadium Luz (Benfica) as well the Colombo shopping mall. We got a great deal for Corinthia and the hotel was really, really good: excellent breakfast buffet (they even make you waffles), […] art exhibition inside and a decent pool. Best of all were the friendliness of the staff. I have never ever experienced such a thing. They treated us like we belonged to their family! The only form of criticism that I/we can put forward is the fact that there is no free WiFi. You have to pay for this. very clean, comfortable room with convenient location closed to the metro station and the Zoo

Just returned home after 2 nights at the Corinthian in Lisbon following a cruise. We were able to move into our room in the morning and found it very comfortable and clean as well as large and modern. All the staff were very helpful with good English skills. We used the room service menu one evening and the food was exceptional for room service! bit of a taxi ride to historic sites and old town but worth it as parking was very reasonable. taxi rides were very reasonable and a great way to avoid the hot weather (from our point of view).

This is a great base for seeing Lisbon. Lovely room with everything we needed. We used the gym and pool as well and there's even a sundeck on the second floor so we managed some sunbathing too! We didn't use the hotel to eat or drink though so can't comment on that.

Great hotel. If you pay the exec room for a little more, you get excellent breakfast and free WiFI on the 24 Floor.

We had a lovely stay at the Corinthia Hotel. We up-graded to an Executive room which had fantastic views over the city to the Bridge and Viaduct. Very nice hotel. Facilities were very nice overall. The only wierd thing was that the hairdryer was "hard-wired" into the desk in the room and you couldn't get close to a mirror to dry your hair

This is one of the best hotels for the money anywhere in Europe. The location is a bit distant from downtown, but this is not a problem, since the hotel is across the street from the main line subway station. I will go back to this hotel when I return to Lisbon, assuming the great price I got in March is still available. Well located in Lisbon's financial center, steps away from subway services and bus station, this hotel offers wonderful spa services. For my first stay there, I was fortunate enough to receive an upgrade and several perks came with it. Really a great experience. Beautiful views of the city, including the acqueduct.

My only complaint was that the room was smaller than expected. I understood I was getting a 29 sq.meter room but it was about only 20 sq. meters which makes a big difference in the size. Outside of that, the room was very pleasant and great amenities in the bathroom and had a great time there.

recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. would definitely recommend this hotel. it's a little outside the city but the metro is across the street or also a taxi is only a few euro into the city centre, i paid a little extra to stay in an executive room instead of a standard room and was glad i did!! the upgrade meant we had a larger room (it was like […] a suite with sitting room and extra bathroom) and also had access to the executive club on the top floor which offered complementary drinks and canapes every night, internet access and had great views of the city!! My fiance and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Corinthia. The employees were all polite and spoke impeccable English, and the decor was tasteful and elegant. Our room was small, but it's Europe, so we were expecting that. The hotel is in an excellent location: only a few minutes' walk from the metro and Praca de Espanha. There are also plenty of taxis, which are a relatively cheap way to get around in Lisbon. This hotel was exceptional in every way except that it is a little out of the way to go for an evening walk. For a five star hotel the quality was not up to snuff. But, for the price you can't ask for better. Very close to the metro, super easy to get to the city center. The pool was a little disappointing and the internet is expensive.

Had great stay in this hotel - staff very pleasant and helpful. It's abit out of the way from main tourist attractions but taxis very cheap. Ideal for business. Great gym and spa facilities too.

Not centrally located but a very well appointed business type hotel a short metro ride from the action and well located for the metro, train and buses. We arrived early in Lisbon by Train and took the metro to the Zoological stop. The hotel is right across the street. Nice. We were able to leave our bags and hit the streets for tourism. At the end of along day the check-in was smooth and the room was just great. Non-smoking, clean, quiet...quiet. We rarely use room service but we sprung for sandwitch […] and salad. Kind of expensive at 21 euros but we were desperate and it was satisfying. Breakfast was included and it had a huge variety for ffoods, breads, cheeses, omlets to order. On the last day we left our bags again and picked them up just before train departure. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our limited spanish was not a problem.
