Udemærket hotel til prisen, eneste minus var dårlig støjisolering, man hørte aldrig andre gæster, men meget støj fra gaden om natten.

Hoteller har en rigtig god beliggendehed forhold til Petrona Towers, og den generelle indre by del. Men vedligehold af vaerelserne er under alt kretik, trods det er et forholdsvis nyt hotel. Trods man goer opmaerksom paa disse omraader er det ikke noget personalet kan goere noget ved, som det eneste man modtager er et im so sorry sir. The hotel is clean. The Sky Lounge are beautiful. Unfortunely The breakfast are not convenient for Vegetarian. Special they know nothing for regional vegetarian. The power plug is UK style, When I ask American style. Their answer is they don't have. Until I insist they should be have since is American standard with ground point. The location is very near Petronas Twin Towers, however further from main shopping malls and attractions (eg. Chinatown). The hotel is modern, however there's lack of enough closet space for clothes. If you want good night sleeps, take your earplugs with you...or choose another hotel. The breakfast is excellent!

Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to Petronas/KLCC. Good breakfast with a lot of different things to chose from. Our room had an amazing view of the twin towers with big windows facing them. Very nice rooms with trendy interior. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to KL, you get a luxurious room at a low cost!

Booked a junior suite and got a free upgrade to deluxe suite and access to the executive lounge. The lounge is definitely a highlight as you get to sip coffee against the backdrop of the twin tower!

If you're going to KL for a short shopping trip, I recommend the Hotel Maya. The hotel is a convenient stroll away from Suria KLCC, and a short walk to the Monorail connecting you to the Pavillion shopping mall and Farenheit 88. However I was disappointed with many aspects of my visit. Firstly, I was offered no assistance with getting my bags to my […] room. As a woman travelling solo, a helping had would have been much appreciated. Upon checking in, I had to convince Reception I'd paid for breakfast which was clearly part of the Hotels.com reservation. Overall, the service was polite but hardly warm and welcoming. The hotel isn't very soundproof. Despite being on the 18th floor, I easily heard traffic, the kids at the school next door and the early morning prayers from a nearby mosque. To add to the noise pollution, I also had to put up with noisy drilling one evening which took place between 6-8pm. I know that Malaysia is a noisy, hectic place and that it's part of its appeal, but I expect to be able to rest and relax in a hotel room with as little noise as possible. This hotel has a great view of the twin towers and great location to the central district. The swimming pool is half indoor and half outdoor with massaging facility. The only cons to it is the air con inside the room that is blowing towards to the head which If I switched it off is too hot, but ones if I switched it to low is too cold.

The hotel's is in a very convenient place. We could see Petronas Tower from our room. The Hotel Personnel was very helpful. The rate was affordable comparing to hotel services. I recommend to everyone.

We had booked a 3-night stay based on the information that this is a 5-Star hotel but it turned out to be a disappointment for us. We decided to check out early (the next day) and was fortunate to be able to find a truly 5-Star hotel elsewhere. In our opinion- Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: The room, hallways and corridors are somewhat run down and amenities are sub grade. TV is an obsolete CRT screen. Near the Petronas Towers, metro station, monorail. Rooms are spacious and equipped with tea and coffee makers. The shower has a glass wall which allows one to look outside the window across the room. Spa was lovely (had a nice massage), and the pool a special treat. Took two great yoga classes in the gym (no charge). The buffet breakfast was amazing! […] Great variety of fresh fruit, Chinese, Western, and Indian dishes. Every afternoon, two kinds of beverages are complimentary in the lobby, a kind of lemon/seaweed tonic and another (which I can't recall). Delicious. First and foremost, congrats on the opening of the hotel and good job on the hospitality rendered. You have indeed lived up to the standards […] of a 5 star boutique hotel in the midst of KL's hustle and bustle. It was our first time stay in your hotel and we had chosen to stay in one of your suites in a high floor upon request. I must say we were very impressed at how huge our suite was, impeccably enlarged with full length windows across the suite. The bathroom, was nicely designed with separated shower area, bathtub and sink area. There was even another sink area just beside the toilet. Kudos to the simple yet contemporary design of the interior, with modern artefacts decorated on the walls and of course, a comfortable king siZe bed throughout our 2 night stay. Alongside that, we were also very pleased that we were able to have access to the guest lounge at the top floor where the KLCC view was magnificent. The complimentary snacks and sweet bites n tea provided was very heartwarming ! Breakfasts in your restaurants were pleasantly served with a unique waterfall designed walls in your restaurants. Last but not least, we were particularly pleased with the in room dining that we had on our last night. It was served to us in a fine dining set in the comfort of our own suite. That night, my fiancé was able to watch his Man U match on tv and have a gd dinner with me in the comfort of our suite. Good job! We have had a pleasant stay at your hotel. The location was good as it was just Opp zouk and very near to hard rock cafe, for a couple who enjoys night activities like us. Hotel Maya is probably one of the best hotels you can choose while in KL. It's located next to the Petronas towers, and we got a beautiful room with a view of the towers. Once we arrived, we were upgraded to a junior suite, a very nice surprise. The furnishing and decoration in the room was great, the bed wonderful. The staff were very helpful and […] sweet all the time. Maya has an skybar with a view of the KL towers. The cocktails are a bit expensive, but they're great and def worth it. Every night there is a free evening tea with cake buffet in the skybar, very nice! The pool is beautiful, where you can see the trees while swimming in it. However, this is NOT a particularly good pool for children, but if your holiday is a romantic holiday, the pool is perfect. The spa is really great, had a traditional Malayan massage there and it was awesome. The breakfast is also good. I'm a vegetarian, but even though Malaysia is a country of sea food, I had a great breakfast. The restaurants serve great food, however a bit expensive. There are however some pretty good restaurants in the area, just a few minutes walk away. People complaining about the staff (that they didn't carried their luggage and so on) - come on! What is wrong with you!? And a fingerprint on the window!? Eh... Maya is a great hotel, and we had nothing but a great experience here. The only reason not to go here might be if you have small children wanting to play a lot in the pool. This is a relaxing area, and you may want to choose another hotel with another kind of pool area. This hotel is in a prime spot and offers a range of facilities that made our stay there very comfortable. The pool is a hydrotherapy pool and really good. The restaurants offered good food at good prices and a wide variety. The Skylounge had a magnificent view over the Petronas Towers and offered free tea and coffee to guests after 9pm and also wee […] sweet treats (a very nice touch). The staff were attentive and it didn't matter who they were they gave you the time of day and were happy to have a conversation. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Maya. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only two things unsatisfying were the breakfast and food (not much variety and also not the best quality) in general as well as the hotel transfer to the airport. we really enjoyed our stay at hotel maya. The service was really excellent from all the staff. Keep up the good work! And do drop by at the Sky lounge for a great view of the Petronas twin towers.

At the Sky Lounge you enjoy undisturbed views of the twin towers and the KL tower complemented with delicious snacks. The rooms were excellent, however room service was a little slow.

I found staying at Maya very enjoyable and the staff were very good. The only negative was the sloppiness of the finish of the room - plastering was poor quality, paint on the plugs, paint on the corners of the mirrors. It was good overall but could have been much better with a little work.

There an old story that asks if you would rather live in a palace with only a view of a cave or live in a cave with only a view of a palace. Hotel Maya allows you the experience of living in a palace but rather than having a view of a cave, you have a view of the Petronas Towers. The hotel is 5 minutes to either the Petronas towers where a gigantic malls awaits you as well at its base or to the elevated rail system which can easily and cheaply whisk you away to prime city areas like Bukit Bingtan, Chinatown and Chow Kit. The hotel features a florist, spa, heated pool with jacuzzi features, and great restaurants. Did I mention the spectacular view? A two minute walk towards the towers you will find a mini mart on the corner where you can purchase all the things you may need for your visit at affordable prices. Across the street from the Maya is KL's hottest nightclub, Zouk. Inside my room, the Deluxe Suite, I found it to be extremely spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was heavenly and the view from the room overlooking the Patronas Towers was spectacular day or night. The only thing that bothered me was that some of the younger staff working at reservations were accustomed to saying no and were hard-lined on policy versus the managers, who wore suits, aimed to please. Also, I found the female housekeeping staff who made up my room were not as diligent as the men in cleaning and replenishing supplies. Again, these are minor things but overall my experience at the Maya was five stars all the way. This is the only place I will stay at while in KL from now on unless a building is erected obstructing the current view. Læs mere

the hotel is conveniently located in central KL, just in front of Petronas towers and very close to KL Tower; very close to 2 rail stations of 2 different lines. the staff is friendly and very helpful, buffet breakfast is fine but not excellent. had a problem with the bath tub that wasn't fixed during my 2 nights stay -although tried- and found ants […] in the room on my 2nd stay but the hotel staff changed the room immediately. I was recommended this hotel and overall was disappointed by the room I was given, the attitude of some of the staff and overall would look for a different venue on my next visit. Initially the room and the hotel was impressive, the wet room showers/bathrooms are not routinely maintained, I had a flood on the first night and again on the second, the […] late checkout didn't apply and sat in the reception lounge for 6 hours even though I had requested a late check-out at the time of booking. one day there was no coffee left and the following day, no milk, fruit left sometimes and the snacks were inconsistent as well, overall disappointed especially when I didn't arrive until 8pm, had two lots of interruptions because of the floods, maintenance and then followed by house-keeping and had to check out at 12 midday when the website says 7pm. We stayed here for two nights and deeply regretted it. Our first night we were put in a room on the 22nd floor (top floor). As it turns out, we had to be moved to another room within 30 minutes of going to bed. There is a machine room of some kind on this floor and you can here the machinery kicking in every few minutes, making it impossible to sleep. […] We were then moved to the 18th floor, on the opposite side of the hotel, and were unable to get to sleep until the live band they have playing in the foyer, actually finished playing at midnight (the noise just reverberates through the rooms). Our last night was the worst, they have opened an open air night club right next to the hotel. They play rave music until 5am, so sleeping is impossible. The fact that none of the rooms have sound proofing or double glazing makes things worse. The rooms are looking a bit old and shabby and this hotel is well past its glory days. Don't be tricked by the lovely pictures you see on the internet of their rooms, they are not in the same condition. You have been warned! Læs mere

This is no way near a 5 star hotel. The rooms are large but run down and things fall apart, WIFI only works sporadically and the furniture is generally of a very low quality and worn out. The English proficiency level of the staff is so low that communication sometimes was impossible and even simple request could not be understood and solved. I must stay that I had a rewarding stay at Maya when I went to KL. And I will go back there every time from now on. I used to stay at other hotels in KL but Maya is the best. The location was great. Twin tower was just outside my window as it was a street away. KLCC and the other shopping areas were assessible by LRT about 5 minutes walk away. The rooms […] also called studios were so posh and classy. The hydrotherapy swimming pool is must visit after a day full of shopping. The water pressure really took care of my pains. The food for room service was served well with a huge helping for a reasonable price and their breskfast buffet spread was so good on the both mornings I was there. The staff were the best. I always thought Only Singapore could give good customer service but the staff at Hotel Maya were very accommodative to our needs and wants. Even if we had so many enquiries and requests they never seem to be tired or unhappy serving us. Customer service was the best at Maya. All the best Maya and I'll be back there again maybe not a yearly trip but maybe twice in a year just to stay at Maya. Læs mere

We were lucky enough to stay at this facility for three nights. Not knowing a thing about KL, we took a chance on the Hotels.com website & booked it with free wifi & breakfast. We liked it so much, we booked us a third night while in the hotel, at a savings of 50%. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with new buffet items […] each day. Very good location, <5 minutes walking to KLCC / Petronas Tower / KL Rapid line. Excellent view of Petronas Tower from my hotel room. Excellent view of Petronas Tower from their lounge, with complimentary tea. Odd restroom, as you can see through to the shower and toilet from the bed, but there's a curtain to cover the view. I would assume this means […] it's not a family centered hotel. I didn't mind the see through window because it was just my wife and I. I think the materials used to build the rooms are cheap, but the location is excellent and cheaper than many hotels in Golden Triangle and KLCC areas with great views. We stayed here for 5 nights. This Hotel is in a great location. The staff were amazing.They could,nt be any more pleasant.Breakfast buffet and dinners were top quailty with a wide variety of food to choose from.I dont have a bad word about this hotel.It was great value for money..I would stay here again.

Check In & check Out very slow indeed. Took over a hour to get our bags delivered to our rooms. Air Conditioning very cold couldn't turn it up. location was excellent and great view of theTowers

The Hotel Maya was great, fantastic views of the Patrona Towers, huge room ( Deluxe ), close to everything, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff, nice selection for breakfast, etc.

Excellent hotel close to the golden triangle and Petronas towers. Very large and comfortable rooms and excellent service. Dining or sipping a drink on the terrace with a great view of the Petronas towers is a joy. Swimming pool is not for children to play in, more a relax pool. Tourist center is a two minute walk away and the monorail another 3 min. […] The road outside the hotel can get jamed during rush hour but nothing you notice in the hotel. Lots of bars and nightclubs close-by. I can definitely recommend this hotel for anybody seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation. Læs mere
