Shuttle not only to airport, but also to dolphin mall is free. Great breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices.

The Hotel is located in a Nice Location, near dolphin mall and others places,like restaurants Clean Rooms, and nice Breakfast.

Overall experience was very good. The beds were to smalll though, unless you are traveling with very young children. Morning brunch was very nice as well.

The hotel was nice and the shuttle was terrible. Not told that the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour or that there are 5 Hampton Inns that send shuttles to the airport. It should not have taken longer to get to the hotel from the airport then it took to come from Atlanta to Miami.

Driving down to the Keys on a Friday evening this was a perfect stopover just off of the Turnpike. Great service and a perfect complimentery breakfast. Breakfast bar was beautiful,immaculate and served by a wonderful lady.

I stayed for a quick overnight before going on a cruise. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The free breakfast was great. Clean, comfortable room.

Stayed 1 night on my way back from a business trip. Ideal location, 5 minutes away from Dolphin and International mall. The complimentary shuttle service was excellent. I used it to and from the airport and to the malls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ask for Miguel to take you around.

I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay before a cruise. I am not very familiar with the Miami area and wanted a safe area with a nice pool. The area seemed safe, but not much around the hotel. Stayed here the day before my cruise. The Hotel picks you up at MIA Airport, offers cheap shuttle to Port of Miami. Very clean hotel, great free breakfast, free internet, huge mall nearby, and nice grocery store half a block away.

Very nice facility, excellent breakfast, excellent help from the staff regarding tours, car rentals, nearby facilities. The only glitch we had is that the free airport shuttle closes down at 10:00 pm, which is not stated in the hotel information. Happy with overall experience. Only criticism is the cramped lobby that doubles up for breakfast area, very crowded and chaotic.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and accomodating.We stayed the night before boarding a cruise and upon return we dropped our luggage off at the hotel because we had a late flight. The shuttle was still available to us even though we were not staying another night. I was very happy with this hotel and the staff.

the room was super spacious we loved the decor

very clean and almost new. All employees are very courteous and friendly. I even asked some questions to Ms. Claudia when I asked her for some towels and was very helpful. Both myself and my husband enjoyed our stay and the service was very professional also we must mention Manuel the driver was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast should vary from time to time and the standard rooms should at least have a fridge but over all our stay at hamption Inn was perfect and close to the shopping area

I had a first great five days then I extended my stay for 3 more nights to room 619 this room had bed bugs which bit me all over my arms and back. I had to cut my trip a day short and left because of this issue. told the front desk I was leaving and to have that room checked out.

This hotel was exactly what i was looking for. Close to the mall and airport. Reliable, flexible and convenient shuttle service (though the wait was long at times). Reasonable priced. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean room. I'm definately going back to this hotel if i have to stop over in Miami.

The hotel was clean, very stylish, staffed by extremely nice and helpful people and an overall fun place to stay. I loved the interior style and found everything to be very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was the cleanest and most organized of any that I have ever seen. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our air conditioner was having some problems. Called the front desk, we were told that he was the only person on duty, therefore, he could not leave the front desk to attend our call. We managed to fix the problem by ourselves. The front desk staff is so nice, you get five star treatment from the time you walk through the door. I really like this hotel, very clean, comfortable, newly renovated, great breakfast.

I picked this hotel for a family trip to Miami. It was a great choice, 2 minutes away from Dolphin Mall and International Mall, 5 Minutes away from the MIA. Very comfortable. Great rooms, great service, bilingual staff, hot breakfast included, and very affordable price. Great beds and pillows. We had a great stay. I recommend it to anyone.

Aside from a decent price for the room you get free (but super slow) internet, free and good breakfast. The location is easy to reach and there are a couple of restaurants and a store in the little strip mall next to it. I HAD TO CHECK OUT ONE DAY EARLIER DUE TO A PERSONAL EMERGENCY, AND THEY DID NOT REFUND ME THAT NIGHT

The airport shuttle did not arrive to pick me up until 1 hour and 10 minutes after I called. I called the hotel several times and each time they said that the shuttle should be there any minute. When the shuttle did arrive, the driver was going so fast that I had to yell at others to help me stop him. The front desk worker, Carlos, was extremely rude […] and when I told him how upset I was on the wait, he replied " well, you could have spent $50 on a taxi to get here." I would have gladly paid the $50, after waiting for another hour after a full day of flying. Apparently, this hotel only has ONE shuttle and they are located a long way from the airport. Nothing was done to remedy my situation, no food vouchers, bill reductions, etc. There was no restaurant, so I had to order delivery. The breakfast room was cramped and people were actually standing to eat, I will never stay in a Hampton Inn again. Læs mere

The hotel is close to the aiport and provides shuttle transport, however, plan on about 25 minutes for the shuttle after you notify the hotel reception of your arrival. The hotel is doing some renovation, so the lobby is a mess. My room however was very clean. hotel was OK,breakfast buffet wasn't great. My car was broken in at early morning on sunday while 2 others. They stole my GPS while I have it covered in the trunk. They broke my passenger window,hotel did nothing about it.

I have stayed numerous times at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Doral Florida. I find the Hotel to be very clean and safe.

It's right off the turnpike and not far from the airport. Didn't get to explore the area immediately surrounding the hotel too much, but for my business travel...was great. If you want to be close to the beach or prime shopping, look elsewhere. They had a great little bar by the pool, but apparently it's not owned/run by the hotel...so be prepared to […] pay with cash/credit. The staff was great and very friendly. Would stay here again. I always have liked Hampton's

Staff were very nice and extremely helpful -- ONLY complaint was my room smelled of smoke so I am guessing the prior guest was a smoker who did not follow the rules.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites numerous times and I love it, the rooms are clean and it is close to my destination. The check-in clerks are always very friendly and last but not least they have a great breakfast in the morning for free.
