It was nothing extravagant however it was clean and since this was just a business stay I would stay again. I appreciated that since my room was clean they allowed me to check-in a bit early for my convenience of not needing to bring my luggage back to my office.

Standard Howard Johnson Hotel Front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant

Breakfast was extremly poor. Lacks variety and choices. I think it reflects the occupancy for that night. Had to go somewhere else for breakfast. I would recommend this place to stay/sleep, keep in mind you have to pay for breakfast outside the hotel.

We chose this hotel for price and convenience. On our first night we discovered there were bed bugs in our beds. We were bitten at least 5-6 times by the time we woke in the morning. Management changed our room when we advised them of the infestation. Surprisingly neither the front desk clerk or the manager apologized nor did they seem concerned. The […] only one who was apologetic was the cleaning lady. In the new room the toilet would not flush. After calling the front desk they said someone would come by to fix it in 10 minutes. Mattress was dirty on side (blood stain). Bedspread was also dirty with spots of who knows what!. Nice bathroom and room size otherwise but need to sharpen up on the cleaning.

Nice street next to the hotel made for a pleasant evening walk. friendly staff. Not a destination hotel but good for its convenience to the airport.

I picked this hotel because it was near to where my brother and his family live, but the location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and there is a Tim Horton's right at the corner so convenient for morning coffee as well. Friendly staff and clean hotel for the price. My only complaint was that I stayed for a week and the outlet between […] the beds shorted out the second day I was there. Even though I reported it immediately it was never fixed--when I called again a couple of days later they could find no record of my first call. I couldn't read in bed and I had to look at my cell every time I wanted to know what time it was. Læs mere

we enjoyed our stay very much service was excellent. Very close to everything that we needed. We will be staying there again on this trip.

No elevator but besides that great hotel

We were pleased with the location which is close to shopping and other services. The motel was clean and the staff were very helpful. We were birding at Point Pelee and wanted to leave early and the staff opened the breadfast early for us.We had a comfortable stay.

Kind of dumpy - our room was on the first floor looking out at trucks parked in the back. One of the lights in the room was broken, there was no-one to fix it, not even a spare light-bulb (although that turned out not to be the problem, after we moved a light bulb to test the problem)

Very satisfied with this hotel. Check in/check out was quick and easy. The room was clean. Bathroom in good, clean condition. Good location. Definitely will go back when we are back in Windsor

Everything was great. The staff was very helpful, the hotel clean and the room was comfortable.
