The best part for me was the pool and the beautiful view. The room was cool and comfortable. Getting a breakfast included package was a good value.

This was a Great Place to stay , Staff were great , Friendly, and willing to make your stay even better. As for the location it had a Great View , However we didnt find much attraction beside thew casino. ( casino need more crap table) ..

Hotel provides all the basic amenities plus pool, bar, restaurant and casino. Rooms are clean and have a fresh look and feel. Reception was friendly and helpful with things to do in Ponce. I had a great time, staff was very helpful with all our questions. We checked out to go stay with family but we had enjoyed our stay , that we turned back to check in for two more days. Highly Recommended! If you rent a car even better.

"Off the Highway ..."
Hotel is conviniently located right next to the highway. Everything was good except for the funky smell in the halls from the high humidity in the area. Room was very clean and organized but the pool was a little dirty. Overall it was good.

I went to celebrate my 13 aniversary. And it was a good experience. Nice and confy rooms. And the attention of the peolple in all areas (front desk, bar, casino, house keeping) is an A+. The view from the balcony over the swimming pool is awesome. Highly recomended.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ponce many times and this time we were dissapointed how the maintenance of the rooms were lacking. When we asked to change our room we were told that they where sold out. They sent someone to spray the room with purfume and that was it. No follow up was made. Our room smelled of mold and the rugs were damp and so […] durty that my white socks turned black walking around in the room. The only way I would return is if they cleaned up their act. I've booked the hotel for a week and supposed to move to another location on our last week. We had a great time, great swimming pool and baby pool my kids loved it. I stayed for and extra week. I recommend this hotel to relax and enjoy with family. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant is very good and very nicely presented. The pool area is great for kids to enjoy. The price is great. In general we would go and stay again.

The Holiday Inn Tropical In Ponce PR I took a vacation with my daughter, (23) and I was looking for a place that had everything to offer. This hotel was in a perfect location. The entire staff from the Housekeeping up to the Casino Staff and front desk was excellent. The hotel is well for a family trip with small children, or a place to stay alone […] and have everything in on roof. The restaurant serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many other excellent restaurant in the area. (Pito's Seafood) a place to stop if you're looking for a great fresh seafood. I will recoment this hotel. "Business Trip to Ponce: Holiday Inn is for you!"
No lines at check-in. There was people movement at the hotel because of the casino (on Friday). Saturday night there were visitors at the dance bar. The pool area was great! Way bigger than what I thought! The room was simple but clean and comfortable, even with a fridge (that one i didnt expect).

THIS HOTEL IS RIGHT ON THE MAIN HIGHWAY FROM EAST TO WEST ON PONCE PUERTO RICO. I WOUD RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR WEEKEND STAYS. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF PLACES OF INTEREST CLOSE BY. "Breif Stay"
not a bad place to stay, the casino was always packed. it could us a little more diversity as far as entertainment is concern. Some people don't go to casinos, sometimes they would like a choice as to what to do in the evenings. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, it's my forth time staying there will definetaly be going back.

Très bel hôtel dommage que la propreté de la SDB était plus que médiocre, le service du dînner au restaurant de l'hôtel très long. Nous avons attendu une heure avec 2 enfants en bas âge car restaurant très petit par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel.

"No complaints for the price"
We booked this hotel very cheaply 2 days before our arrival, which is probably why we didn’t get the best room. For the price we paid, we have absolutely no complaints. The room sometimes smelt of smoke from next door and there were kids running up and down the corridor while their parents played the casino. There is little to visit in the immediate […] area except for the centre of Ponce and La Grancha. There is no decent beach nearby. The staff was welcoming and helpful. In fact, the friendliness of the duty manager Tony was one the most pleasurable memories of our entire trip (which also included a stay in an expensive beachside resort). Læs mere
