Nice hotel and restaurant inside was good though service is slow. Pool and hot tub and bit small and water hot tub needed to be emptied and cleaned, but otherwise a nice place at the airport and price was very good.

Over all, outstanding customer service from the desk to the restaurant. A little disappointed in the size of the bar. Only 3 very high stools, so very small in not very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very nice, the pool and hot tub were clean, the food was great and the room was really great. We were there for an event at the I-X Center and enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle.

The people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly. The decor is lovely and very clean! We will be returning to this hotel again next time we visit Cleveland.

"Hidden Treasure"
Great place for the price. Staff was more than friendly. Would stay here every time, if I went to Cleveland often.....Only thing they need are some STEELER fans.....lol Right next to airport although you would never know it....never heard a plane or next door neighbors.

Children ran the halls all night - 3:00 AM even. The bed would not adjust on either side - like sleeping on a board...would have been better with a traditional mattress. Breakfast was cool-ish, rubbery home fries, stale danish, and the eggs appear to be re-constituted. However, the hotel and our room was very, very clean. Everything was in great condition, […] and given that the Browns-Steelers game was going to happen that weekend and the place was packed with fans from both sides, the staff was very energetic and courteous. "South of Lakewood"
It was close to the airport, but not downtown. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The breakfast wasn't cheap so we ate elsewhere. The pool was cool and open until 11pm. Noon checkout. We stayed at the Hilton Garden in for one night. The room was clean and inviting, and there was a nice hotel bar on the main level. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle service that actually took us to the restaurant were we were meeting people, free of charge. They offered to pick us up if were were ready to go by midnight, but we […] stayed out later than that and took a cab home. Overall I would recommend it and would stay there again. I enjoyed my stay here. The room and service were top notch. The only problem I had was the pool and fitness area were small. I only used them for an hour. The location was perfect for my daughter and I.

The hotel was convient to the airport and car rental. The food resturant was very good with a good selection. I reserved online and upon arrival we were put in a room with two beds my reservation was for a King Bed. The desk made the correction after I advised it was our Anniversary.

We spent one night at this hotel so that my sister could get to the airport for a morning flight. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and well-designed. Room was sweet, Breakfast cook to order5, and i like the pantry idea... very nice room.
This was to be a no smoking room. The room had 2 water glasses with cigarette butts in them. The tops of the work surfaces were dirty. I cleaned the work surfaces and removed the glasses to the hall. This was not to the Hilton standards I expect and usually get.

Difficult to find in the dark. A GPS system places the hotel about 1/4 mile away from actual location. Better signage from main road would be helpful.
