Twenty minutes from Kissing Bridge forty to Holiday Valley. Good price, service and clean. Pool was a disappointment, since it was cold and no towels set out. Good restaurants, fast food close. Nearby and shopping.

Rooms are outdated and need to be thoroughly cleaned. For example dusty behind night stand, stained carpets, electric outlet not working.

Hotel was acceptable for an overnight stay. Room was clean and bed comfortable, but very basic - did not have a refrigerator or microwave. I rate it OK as an overnight, but would not use it for extended stay or vacation.

Hotel has many visible area of repairs needed on carpets and walls. One important thing to note is that there is NO elevator. Normally I don't use them but on a family trip it's almost a necessity with so much to carry. First crib they gave us was broken and we had to get another. The hotel staff was quick and friendly however. No microwaves or fridges […] in rooms. No ice machine on 2nd floor, so it was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was disappointing with those circular egg things and stale donuts and pastries. Decent selections of yogurts and beverages. I wouldn't really recommend this place. My experience there was everything I would expect of a hotel. The desk clerk even recommended a very excellent restaurant.

1. PHONE DIDN'T WORK WHEN WE ARRIVED. IT HAD TO BE CONNECTED CORRECTLY. 2. ONE OF THE OUTLETS DID NOT WORK WHICH I NEEDED FOR MY CPAP. We were so pleased that we returned after one night at Salvatore's in Buffalo because we liked the Comfort Inn better. We stayed 4 nights and came back after one day and fortunately were able to get a room for two more nights to complete our stay in the area. Good place to break on a long road trip. Convenient access from Thruway, friendly staff, lots of room for the trailer we were pulling. Good value for the price. Would stay again.

Hotel was clean but I was diappointed with bath tub handle broken when I was about to bath and the staff did not show any concern but only option was to move with no effort to fix. It will be nice to provide service

The front desk changed our room when requested (I don't like to stay in a handicap accessible room as I feel it needs to be available for someone who needs it.). We were dissapointed with the construction taking place in the lobby and halls. The air conditioner was subpar and had to be on constantly to maintain a comfortable tempature. The staff did not leave sufficient linens nor were we able to find staff to obtain additions towels and stuff.

If you are traveling and need to stay for a night or two. stay here. We were on our way to visit a college in Ohio and needed to break up our trip. It was just what we needed. A place in a good location, with quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. This was the place. Worth it.

Not much was promised: clean, quiet room, low price, basic breakfast. I checked in at midnight and left by 10:00 am. What I got was a clean room in a facility that was quiet at least till 1) the tractor-trailors reved up at 6 am, and 2) the morning cleaning crew got in around 9:00am. The price was as promised. The admission process was flawless - quick check-in. The room was clean and the linens were fresh and clean. The breakfast was good. They had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24hrs in the lobby as well as a coffee maker in the room. The heated pool was an added bonus.

I travel through this area on a regular basis and have stayed at all three of the motels available. At one I was bitten by flees and the other was far too expensive. The Comfort Inn is conveniently located right off the highway. There's a fantastic new restaurant within walking distance, a Wallmart, gas stations and lake side retaurants within a few […] minutes drive. The Peace Bridge into Canada is only a 10 minute drive and the Lewiston Bridge is another 20 minutes. The Airport's only 20 minutes away, as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable as is the rest of the motel. A nice touch is that they have a diferent security code for the internet connection every time I stay there. The staff has always been very proficient, friendly and helpfull. This motel simply has the best location, staff and value for the money of all the places I have stayed at in this area. Læs mere

We had flown into buffalo and had planned on looking at SUNY Fredonia so we book an overnight stay at comfort inn hamburg. The cost was considerably less than surrounding buffalo Hotels. We found the staff to be helpful and the room,quiet,clean and comfortable.We would definitely stay there again

OUR FAMILY WAS ACCOMODATED IN TWO ADJOINING ROOMS. DESK STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL,ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFY, BEDS COMFY-SLEPT WELL, COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BF WITH WAFFLE STATION AND BACON WAS GOOD, COFFEE WAS PLENTIFUL.

For whatever reason, Buffalo hotels were pricey the weekend of a busy, family event. We just needed a safe, decent, clean place to sleep and shower! First room, TV didn't work...second room dirty, weekday breakfast was bare minimum, next door toilet ran off& on ALL night, even after request for maintenance. Poor management. Computer at check-in didn't work for two days. This is the worst Comfort Inn we ever stayed at...never again!

We were charged 100 to 150% above the cost of comparable accomodations in other locations - and its not like the location offered a view of the falls. To be fair, not that they deserve it, all the lodging in the area appears to be marked-up. Just keep on drivin'.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to I-90 as we were on our way to Boston. It was just an overnight stop and was perfect for that. We were able to take a side trip to Niagra Falls as well. We've stayed here several times while visiting family and it's always been very nice with a great breakfast. This time though it was the July 4th weekend and the hotel was full. The AC in the hallways and lounge was set at 79, and it was hot! The breakfast was very disappointing. Bacon was scarce, and when it did arrive was thin and burnt. OJ was mostly […] water. Room very nice , short drive to lake Erie . The pool water was a little cool , other than that nice stay this is the second year for me . I will always chose this spot when in area , front desk people always nice !
