Hilton Garden Inn Toronto City Centre - Toronto

Generelt er alt på Hotel Hilton Garden Inn perfekt. Lækkert hotelværelse, god renlighed, venlighed blandt personalet og et lækkert (gratis) fitness/pool område. Over 2 besøg har mine erfaringer dog været vidt forskellige. 1. besøg var perfekt. Værelset på tredje sal fejlede intet og alt var i skønneste orden. 2. besøg derimod var værre - værelset […] havde 'laundry room' som nabo og 'pool equipment' som genbo, hvilket desværre gav en masse larm og rystelser. Hotellets personale gjorde os ved check-out opmærksom på, at vi skulle have sagt det i bedre tid (trods det faktum at ingen vil flytte værelse 6 timer før check-out?!). Nabolaget er noget snusket - men det er til at leve med, når man efter 2 minutters gang står på Dundas Square foran det kæmpe indkøbscenter "Eaton Centre". Mine anbefalinger til dig, som leder efter et centralt beliggende romantisk/business-anlagt hotel til rimelige penge. Derudover er det en god idé, at have ben i næsen og være bestemt, hvis du føler, at din værelse ikke er perfekt - personalet virker forstående og til at arbejde med. P.S. Wonderful hotel, the service was great, very accommodating, all the workers were very friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

staff very friendly and efficient food is good and pool is great. the rooms are large and clean

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff were friendly, and the front desk approved a late check-out with no extra charge. I particularly liked the fact that all the bed linens are washed (including duvet covers) for each new guest. Being right downtown, there are some sketchy areas around this hotel. The trade off is that it's really close to a lot of attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Hotel was great but the house keeping is not very good and threw out stuff that did ot belong to them. Also, the location could be in a better area.

My daughter and I went here and celebrated my birthday. The hotel staff were wonderful. They upgraded us to the Penthouse. The night man (Ceaser) at the front desk was so kind. He left a birthday candle on a carton of milk I had gotten. So thoughtful. Very very kind and friendly people.

friend and I were very pleased. very comfortable beds. Poutinerie across the street. Streetcar stops in front of hotel. jacuzzi was great. 5 minute walk to massey hall, yonge street, dundas square, hard rock cafe, eaton centre, imperial bar and grill...

I would easily stay here again in Toronto. The room and amenities were fine. Free coffee/tea and internet is always great. Staff were very obliging. The breakfast is not included though, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby, of all varieties. Just be adventuresome and try the ethnic eats, or stay conventional and go to the fast food places and […] chains we all know. Many tourist attractions are in walking distance. We did not have a car so did not have to worry about parking. You are really only three short blocks from the hub of Toronto. Læs mere

This hotel was a great place to stay, all of the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, we stayed in a jacuzzi suite it was amazing.

Stayed there one night. Room was clean and spacious. Was not very happy with the front desk clerk. We asked if there were any public parking lots close to the hotel and he stated no( there was oine just around the corner that provided parking at a better price than the hotel). When we asked about the parking bylaws in the City he did not know them and […] told us it was a bad neighbourhood. Just your regular hotel room. Staff, and function of, were impeccable. Walking distance (about 5 blocks) to Eaton Centre, et al. Trolley line immediately accessible from hotel. Decent neighborhood. Valet parking only, $30 per night.

I was attending a conference at the Hotel, Meals and service were also good. Bed adjustable and comfortable, very quiet.

Great location. On street car line and just 2 blocks from Yonge. Good pool for kids. Fabulous staff.

Very much enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful, excellent service throughout. Clean, comfortable beds. One block to Eaton Center and Yonge St. Will stay here again. Very good value with the breakfast which lasted up to 10 AM. Also liked the 12 noon checkout.

The only problem was that there are no conditions for desabled people in the bathtub (handrails & slippery bathhtub floor,

We had a great experience in this hotel, the location was superb, a couple of blocks to get to the highway, walking distance to many area attractions, and the service at the front desk and valet were excellent.

I was really disappointed with all additional costs, parking was 30. per evening, breakfast 16.99. The room was diffinately not one of their best - right next to the pool machanical room which made noise most of the evening. Not at all what we expected

very clean, beautifully kept and nicely furnished. pretty crappy area w/ a homeless shelter a block away and a dubious area on three sides...far more guys begging on the streets than anywhere in ny!

The hotel was lovely and staff were welcoming and helpful Everything looked new and fresh and for a big, busy hotel it was very quiet with good soundproofing in the rooms. Our room was impressive, a good size with everything you could need - our son especially liked the fact that you could adjust the bed to make it softer! The gym/pool were good to […] have. Our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn was okay. The room was clean and the location was convenient (walking distance to the Eaton Center and public transit). However the neighborhood seemed a little rough for what I expected to see surrounding a Hilton. One of our two beds had a worn-out mattress and was not comfortable for an adult to sleep in. The staff […] were helpful overall, however the housekeeping crew kept forgetting things... First day was towels, second was mugs, basically I had to call every day to ask for certain things that they forgot to leave in the room. It was an okay stay overall. Læs mere

The hotel was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast ($10) is a expensive considering the price of the room. And be prepared to pay $30 a night for parking. Just park your vehicle and use public transportation - bus, subway, trolley by getting a one day pass that covers 2 adults and 4 children for $10 all day. Best way to get around Toronto […] area! The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. I liked the Valet parking, but would have liked a way to get to my vehicle without having it brought to me because I like to leave items in the car that I won't be needing until I need it. I travel on my own with my three young children (all under 8yrs old) so I have many things to bring with me. Great hotel & service. Not the best area but no big deal. No one is pushy.

I would never recommend this hotel. The staff was rude. We had no hot water all weekend long. We had asked for rooms next to each - instead they gave us rooms on different floors...again, very rude staff.

Great location - within walking distance of many attractions. Clean room and friendly staff.

The experience was excellent. The restaurant was very good and the beer was good and cold! The room was very clean and set out very well. The valet service needs improvement as the "valet" was seldom around. Overall visit..Excellent
