Checked in for 1 night, room was really not up to standard, dirty, spots on the sheet.......just filthy place, really not a place i wld put my money again, almost $ 200 for one lousy night.....$50 is even to much to ask for, window in room was not tight nor isolated, cld just hear the wind pounding the window........comp breakfast "really dont even […] bother at all" only 14 seats" comon !! people sitting around the lobby area just packed with people everywhere....no room for moving around at all, just lousy and crappy thats all i have to say, and i wld definately not come back to this hotel again, i thought the beaches had "crap" hotels i mean this is just as bad, cld use an really make over of everything "really" offers comp parking, free wi-fi ( although have to log on every single time u go on the net "irretating" ) close to the Miami international mall, and the Dolphin mall, and easy access to dínning places ....but thats about it, which is the positive thing to say about the area oh yea and music in the hall ways, however i wld not choose this hotel again. Hotel fint til en overnatning mellem flyafgange. Pænt værelse, god seng og dyne og fin morgenmad. En taxi fra lufthavn koster ca. USD tredive. Der er hotelbus til lufthavn, som kører hver hele time.

Stille og roligt nabolag, med god adgang til fastfood restauranter inden for gåafstand. Et fint hotel at benytte i forbindelse ankomst eller afgang fra Miami Airport. Fint pool-område.

der reklameres med computer og printer adgang. Printeren var løbet tør toner og ingen på hotellet cva i stand til at skifte tonerpatron. der var sendt bud efter en tekniker, men kl 1100 lokaltid var der ikke sket noget! Er det service?

Hotellet havde lejet det værelse ud vi skulle have haft og tilbød noget der var mindre med 1 seng og en sove sofa med plads til 1 pers. som han kaldte en suite hvilket det ikke var og så var der dårligt gjort rent. Vi var 4 pers af sted hvilke det gjorde det lidt besværligt at sove i en seng og en sove sofa.

In the hotel we missed a bar. The capacity of the breakfast place was too small for all the guests. The breakfast was minimal. However, a Doral shopping center was closeby with a supermarket and restaurants.

arrived at hotel at 10 in morning and had to wait until 3 for check in. The pool area was really run down and the pool looked really dirty.

This hotel claims to be close to the airport. It is not. It is a $40 cab ride. The shuttle runs only once an hour when it runs. It can take an hour to get to the hotel.

1. We arrived at the airport at 1:30 pm, tired and hungry and the hotel staff told us that they could not give us the room, nor leave us saved because they had luggage space!!. We had to wait almost three hours to give us the room. 2. My reservation was for a room with a king size bed and got a room with a queen size bed because it was all they had. […] I cheated. 3. My reservation included breakfast for 2 people for 3 days, however none of the three days it was possible to have breakfast because the breakfast area is extremely small, people would not fit, there was no food, was a complete disaster. The hotel staff are very helpful and the room is nice. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but that is a very resonable time concidering how far the hotel is from the airport. I thought that the hotel would have been closer to the airport, seeing as it had airport in the name. This hotel is quite far from […] any of the attractions in Miami. It is a $70-75 taxi ride to South Beach one way, and a $35 one way taxi to the Miricle Mile . If you are there during the weekend there is NO bus service that reaches this far out, you are stuck using taxis, which can really add up if there are a couple things you want to see. If you fly into Miami and stay here put back about $200-250 for transportation cost. Læs mere

People in reception where respectful but not business friendly. A big 5 to the shuttle driver, Porfirio; who was very friendly and kind enough to wait for me at the airport, after the receptionist had told me I was going to wait an hour for the shuttle to the hotel.

Arrived late and found out the airport shuttle was no longer running. Had to take a $30 cab ride from the airport. Slightly too far from airport but room was clean and warm, ok for an overnight layover.

I really enjoyed the comfort and the excellent customer service!!!!!!!! The shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. The Receptionists and Managers were always joyful and accommodating! The hotel was much better then I was expecting for that price!

The hotel and staff are great. The room are decent, but the carpets, the carpets stink and smell damp. We had to get our room changed and even then on the last day of our visit, not sure if there was a leak in the hallway, there was a loud fan going to dry the hallway carpet, however, the carpet in our room was wet, adding even more to the damp smelly […] feel that was already there We didn't complain because we were leaving the next day and exhausted. The hotel needs to substantially remodel their rooms, even their shuttle needs to be replaced. There was a problem between Hotels.com and Baymont; Baymont had to take time to find our reservation at Hotels.com. Despite the approximately $30 savings, I should have spent the extra money and stayed at a different hotel.

Breakfast is a big problem, very limited seating for the number of guests. Don't rely on wake up calls as You are likely to miss early flight. Not enough drawers or hanging space if you plan to stay longer than a couple days. Staff very pleasant, obliging and friendly. Breakfast time should be extended till 10 am. The room that we had booked online had only one kingsize bed - but we needed two separate beds, so it was changed at additional expense. The new room had two beds, but when I wanted to make myself a much needed coffee in the room, there was only one decaf pad provided. The bathroom only has the shower and a toilet, the sink for washing and shaving is […] integrated in the main room, so when you wash yourself in the morning, the other person in the room is immediately woken up. The breakfast room is very small and quite crowed in the mornings. When i wanted to book extra days at the end of a Florida trip, I found that the Expedia rate was about 10 dollars less per night than the rate offered my at the front desk. When I moved into that room it was not in a first class state. At the ceiling there were marks of water coming down from the floor above. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful the overall impression was that the hotel was a bit run-down. As the location was excellent for my travel purposes I would try to book at the adjacent Best Western, although that seems to be a bit more expensive. Læs mere

I scored a room here cheaply & I still paid too much. After reading other reviews, it seems that most of us who get a super cheap rate also get the same room. That would be room 109. It’s the handicapped room next to the laundry room to which you get to hear CONSTANT chatter from employees socializing throughout the night/morning. You will also be privy […] to having a maids cart right outside your door at any given time. The other reviews are correct about the smell. It’s a lovely mildew smell, which I assume is coming from the 3 foot wide water stain on the carpet, as well as many other stains. Also on the carpet is toothpaste, still wet from the previous guest as I unfortunately found out whilst walking barefoot. The smell was so bad I had to go to the grocery store across the street to buy some Lysol. Also be prepared to have the shower/toilet area to be uncomfortably wet after a shower. There is no tub to “catch” the water. It’s just one open room & the water gets everywhere. Also, there was a lot of hair all over the floor (not from your head) & the actual shower area completely dirty. Luckily, I had water shoes so I showered with those on. In regards to small details that this hotel looks over, my towels had lipstick on them, the wall lights had burn marks on the shades, horrible patchwork on the walls from whatever damage was done there, the list goes on. Far away from the airport (USD 30+ cost the taxi from the airport). The free airport shuttle works only until 11pm (we arrive at midnight). The staff knows very little about anything. They could not even tell you at what time the shuttle could take us to a nearby shopping mall the next morning - by the way the shuttle can take you there only one per […] day) Also, the staff refused to store our luggage after checking out for a few hours until we had to leave for the airport - which is a very standard service offered by hotels!!. I still can;t believe they said no with a straight face! WORST SERVICE EVER Finally, we got a room with a wheelchair accessible shower (we did not request it neither need it!)...the shower had no separation from the bathroom floor and the shower head was broken so it could not be adjusted for somebody who is not in a wheelchair. If you care about breakfast, the one offered at this horrible hotel has no fruit, all is sugar fat and carbs - horrible. Don't waste your money at this horrible hotel. You can stay for half the money at a hotel 5 mins from the airport and then take a shuttle to the malls ($10 round trip) if you are staying in Miami for shopping during a stop over. Læs mere
