The hotel service was great. Very helpful with anything we needed. Room was a little dirty, but livable. Very minimal with the kitchen items, but easily dealt with. For being on a busy street, it was very quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again.

My husband and I just relocated to Denver from out of state. We were lucky to find this hotel to stay in our first night here while we were making arrangements to move into our apartment. You could easily stay at this hotel for weeks at a time if you needed to because it has a kitchen and everything you would need and it's in an absolutely perfect area […] - a cool diner across the street, a Target around the corner and lots of big shopping super close. If our apt hadn't been ready as soon as it was, we were going to go ahead and plan to stay at this hotel for our first month in Denver. I would recommend this place to anyone; it isn't 5 stars or flawless, but it' a great transitional spot if you're coming to Denver for an extended stay. Læs mere

The outside of the hotel appeared to be nice, but the inside stunk of smoke and was very nasty. The blanket had holes and stains and the tub and floors were filthy. It was the first time I stayed at a hotel and wanted to scrub it down.

Definitely was worth the money. Room should be equipped with more amenities like: dishes, cups, pans for cooking, bathroom toiletries etc.. Otherwise was a good hotel and worth it. Room was very quiet which I needed.

In staying a the hotel it was a special price that I saw that came up on your website. I thought I would try it but not to my satisfaction at all. The room key they gave me to the first room did not work twice, then they moved me to a second room. The second room looked tired. There were cigarette burns on the formica countertop, and on the bedspread. […] The vanity in the bathroom was made out of particle board that was swelling and deteriorated. A first smoke detector on the ceiling was removed with the base remaining. A new detector was placed on the wall. Overall a real dump! Læs mere

It was a wonderful location loved the stores and restraunts that are within walking distance and bus routes. Easy check in and clean comfortable room quiet and relaxing location

Room was basic, not too clean. Will skip this low priced hoted in future.

The price of the room is extremely reasonable, but I would not have booked this room if I knew you had to enter the room from the outside. I'm a girl that travels alone, so safety is my #1 priority. Other than that, I thought the staff was very helpful and the room was clean. I left my favorite boots behind by accident and the manager sent them to me […] priority mail without charging me. It's wasn't the worst, but not very nice either. No cups, glasses, plates, or bowls in the kitchen. Internet was the slowest I have ever experienced. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. THere were always "undesirables" loitering in the parking lot.

I think the ratings say it all not even clean towels??

Nice enough property at a location central to many of the local attractions. During a three-night stay, we were woken at 2:40 a.m. one night by some loud people and fireworks downstairs. Also, bring your own dishwashing soap and don't trust that any of the pots, pans and silverware in the room are clean until you wash them.

I should have known that the super deal I got was for a good reason. I am glad I did not pay more. The staff was super nice and the outside of the facility looked pretty good. It is in a pretty good neighborhood, so I guess my expectations were too high. This room would be good for construction workers, or maybe students who need the extended stay option. […] It was dirty, there was black mold in the shower and the cabinets were dingy and beat up. The room was not as clean as it should have been and the bathroom mirror had what seemed like spit from someone brushing his teeth also there was black marks on the walls that was removable. Another thing is that the AC didn't work. I was given another room where the kitchen items were not there. The only thing that was there was two (2) plates, 0ne […] (1) saucer and one (1) cup... on pots and pans, no coffee cupsand no utensils. This place was ok for an overnighter but I will never return. There were no sheets on the pull out couch, only 2 pillows for 3 people, dishes were dirty, coffee pot not cleaned out, not enough towels no toiletries only one bar of soap. It also smelled like a wet dog. The front office was friendly enough though. My fault for waiting until the last minute […] to book my hotel. I recommend considering another place. Overall, the hotel was very good! I enjoyed the location and the convenience to restaurants and small fast food eateries. The hotel was close to where I needed to take care of my business during my trip.

It is easier to tell you what was clean. The bed and the towels. The floor had not meet a vacuum in weeks if not years and the show was dirtier then a gym locker room. The carpet was coming up. Stay else where and pay the extra money for a good room.

Average hotel for a really good price, but we didn't have any hot water which made showering a problem since it was 20 degrees outside

The room key stopped working one evening. While a maintenance person let me in to the room, I had to wait until morning to get a working key. I don't know what would have happened had this occurred after 11pm when the staff all goes home. The door itself required a very hard push to close, resulting in loud thumps when surrounding doors were closed. […] The kitchen was rather poor - no sponge, dishwasher, or soap to clean dishes (apparently dish towels were to serve as sponges). Huge extended stay room with kitchen (not kitchenette). Separate area with sofa, coffee table, desk, etc. Comfortable bed. Quite. Shopping center nearby with huge Super Target for supplies. Cherry Creek area of Denver.

I had to move to another hotel because there was no soap, no towels in the rooms I had rented. The service was impersonal and unhelpful. After one night I moved my business to another hotel in the area. this give me a very bad taste about using your service. If we were not in need, we would not of stayed here.

microwave, stove top, med. refrig., toaster, some flatware/utensils..... just enough for simple meals. not a big room, but enough for two. our room was clean, but could use some updating. needs some tlc. great location, close to shopping, activities and nite life(dining, entertainment). would stay again for the great price!

The beds were as hard as a rock and the bed springs were poking into me. Not to mention everytime I moved it sqeeked a lot! When I went to the front desk I'm pretty sure it was the manager that told me, and I quote, "I'm not on the clock she can help you" when all I needed were some towels. If you're just in Denver for one night this isnt too bad, but it just gave me a motel feel so I wouldnt return there. But for what I paid a night it wasnt bad...it was in a great location as far as my reason for travel but not the best place to stay. And if you need to take a cab to the Airport be prepared to pay $70.

great cental location, and fairly quiet in the back even if this is a llittle tricky to find,,right behind Target everything else was perfect

This location is great for anyone who wants to be in the proximity of Cherry Creek or downtown Denver. The room was very clean. Loved having a full size (small) refrigerator with 2-burner stove. Local channels were non-existent but cable TV service had basic nationwide channels for news & entertainment. Room was very comfortable. The value for the price […] is excellent. there is a Petsmart, Walgreens,SprtsAuthority and SuperTarget next door. It is great for someone that prefers cooking for themselves. Wifi $5 and laundry is avail for $2 wash/dri which is conventient since many hotels dont have laundry room. Great neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.
