Hotellet ligger lidt uden for det centrale Rom, men det er nemt at komme til hovedbanegården (Termini) med sporvogn. Eller 600 m. at gå til nærmeste metro-station. Værelset virkede og lugtede lidt gammelt, og kun een stol i et tre-sengs værelse, ellers OK. Rimeligt stort badeværelse, men ingen knager, og tynde håndklæder (ikke frotte). Morgenmaden var meget spartansk. God og pæn reception, gode opholdsrum med bar og gratis wi-fi. Minimarked og restaurant ved siden af hotellet, sidstnævnte kan dog ikke anbefales.

Vi har været meget tilfredse med opholdet, Davide er venlig og imødekommende, alle væsentlige seværdigheder ligger i gåafstand fra hotellet.Den eneste anke er den meget lille brusekabine

Opholdet var udemærket. Værelset var ikke særligt stort, men det var ikke noget problem i forhold til vores behov. Fin morgenmads restaurant på øverste etage. Herfra var der flot udsigt ud over byen. De er flinke i receptionen og var behjælplige, når vi havde nogen spørgsmål eller ønsker. Det eneste der gik galt for dem, var da vi skulle køre i taxa til lufthavnen. Vi havde om formiddagen tjekket ud og udleveret vores bagage til opbevaring, idet vi skulle udnytte den sidste dag i byen. Da vi skulle have vores bagage udleveret igen, kunne de ikke finde den. Der var tydelige forvirring i receptionen, men vi kunne kun se på, at alle ledte i hjørnerne. Men vores kuffert mv. blev fundet ca. 10 min før taxaen kom. Det var lidt for spændende for os. Men som helhed, er vi tilfredse med opholdet. Alle er flinke og ellers hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger i et ambassade kvarter med masser af politi på gaden - så vi var på intet tidspunkt utrykke. Turistbusen har et stopsted kun ca. 10 min. gang fra hotellet, så det var perfekt for os. Lige nord for hotellet lå en større park, hvor man kunne smide sig på græsset efter en lang da i byen.

Roms hovedbanegård, Termini, er indgangen til byen fra Fiumicino Airport og er et imponerende moderne arkitektonisk syn. Mellem denne og den smukke Via Veneto er der flere interessante steder at besøge. Palazzo Barberini er et prægtigt barokpalæ, Terme di Diocleziano var byens største badeanstalt og Santa Maria della Concezione-kirken er beundringsværdig for sin kapucinermunkskrypt.

Hotellet er generelt rigtig godt, det værelse vi fik lå i den hyggelige have, men var ret lille og uden et vindue. Personalet er rigtig venlige og hjælpsomme, er man i tvivl om noget eller skal have hjælp til noget, så hjælper de meget gerne med et smil. Morgenmaden var dog ikke at råbe hurra for. Brødet var desværre lidt tørt, og udvalget var ikke […] så stort. Mest kage og søde sager fremfor nærende morgenmad. Generelt er jeg meget tilfreds med stedet, som dog kan forbedres på visse punkter. Fint hotel tæt ved Termini - men på den lidt pænere side af stationen. Værelset var ikke specielt stort, men havde de nødvenddige ting og man er jo alligevel kun begrænset tid på hotellet når man er i Rom, så det er vel at foretrække at prisen i stedet er lav end værelserne store.

Hotellet er et lille og meget hyggeligt hotel i modten af Rom, meget tæt på "Termini" som er knudepunktet for al trafik. Værelserner er meget små, men man skal jo ikke sidde på værelset når mand er i Rom, og der er en fin stor seng :-).

venligt og hjælpsomt personale, rent og pænt, morgenmaden var ikke overvældende men ok, og vi manglede altså et lille bord og en stol el. to så man ikke skulle sidde i sengen og (evnt ) spise drikke kaffe spille kort - etc.

Hotellet er pænt og rent og ligger godt. Der er en gårdhave som sikkert er meget brugbar på rette årstider. Kan anbefale hotellet til prisen men der er koldt og man sover IKKE med dyner og sengene er korte. Den ene af os er 1,95 og sengen var ALT for lille til ham, men det gik for et par dage. Morgenmaden er ganske okay for et trestjernet hotel.

Utrolig flinkt og service-minded personale! Fint værelse ud til en rolig vej, og fint morgenmadsudvalg. Ligger utrolig centralt, tæt på Termini, hvor man hurtigt kommer til at seværdighederne via metro eller bus. Vil klart anbefale hotellet, og vender selv tilbage til det næste gang jeg er i Rom!

Spent 5 nights at this hotel. It is a clean and quiet hotel and street. Not too far from the terminal but be aware that the Castro Pretorio Metro station is near if you like to take the Metro to visit the Coloseum, etc.. Like most european hotels, the bathroom is small. Great service and breakfasts!

Good location. Very neer to the city terminal. The personal was very pleasent and service oriented. The room was very dark, didn't look very fresh and the shower was not working properly. But still considering the location, the service and the prices, it was a good choise for two days stay in Rome.

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to Termini Station in order to get to the airport. Very convenient to the Termini station, just a few blocks away. The metro and bus stops are nearby as well, making seeing Rome relatively convenient. Never having visited Rome before, I chose this location for the convenience of arriving and departing. I'm glad that I did. The hotel furnishings are dated, but clean. I visited in early January, the […] weather was cold for Rome, so the heat was on in the hotel. Either it can't be controlled in the rooms or I couldn't figure it out, so I slept with the windows open to the courtyard and I was fine. Rooms on the other side, open to the street, may have more of a problem with that. If you're looking at hotels in the Termini area, stay on this side. "Tight squeeze"
Great service, great location, nice breakfast, but small room. No complaint but small is small and could be a problem. Close to termini but 85 and 962 buses are even better than the metro to get downtown.

The service at the front desk was amazing and they are 24/hr, which is very convenient. The breakfast in the morning was included in our extremely reasonable price and had several options. Basic, simple, traditional Italian breakfast but all you can eat. The only reason we did not give this hotel a perfect rating is because the beds were SO uncomfortable. "Pretty & clean hotel in quiet street near Termini"
Hotel was pretty & clean with big garden in the back. Located in a quiet street 3 minutes walk from Termini station. I used public transportation only once to go to the Vatican otherwise everything else was walking distance (20-30 min walk). Gentlemen at the reception were very nice & helpful.
Lovely hotel close to Termini so ideal for getting to or from the Airport. Most helpful staff made us feel very welcome.Good breakfasts and very pleasant garden/courtyard, ideal for restful drink after much sightseeing. Will definitely stay there again. The most surprising thing was the modest room rates.Thank you for a lovely three nights.

This hotel surpassed our expectations! The front desk staff provided excellent service with a smile every day! The room was very clean and although the shower didn't have too much water pressure, it may have just been that particular shower. The breakfast buffet was generous and the location couldn't be beat. "Great location"
Staying at this hotel made it real easy to get back with transport links. Only two metro stops to Colosseum. Cleanliness of the rooms outstanding and very friendly staff arranging tours with useful local advice. Only problem was the breakfast which was a bit boring. Eat local, there is plenty on offer and local supermarket just across the plaza.

I travel often and prefer 3-star hotels and this is possibly the nicest one in my experience. Clean, modern, new-like throughout on a quiet street with the most friendly and helpful hotel staff that I can remember. It is also easy and convenient to find. Walking distance from Roma Termini. This hotel is very convenient 5-8 minute walk from Rome's Central Station. An excellent location if you have just flown into or you are flying out of Rome as the airport train departs from this station. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. They all spoke evcellent English. The room was small but adequate and comfortable. The location is terrific, excellent restaurant recommendation, smallish room, staff beyond courteous, filling free breakfast. For the price, this hotel couldn't be better.
This hotel is very popular, and the period we stayed is pretty full booking. I think people like this hotel because it's private garden. Yet, for our case, they arranged a room for us in the ground floor, the room is facing the street and the air condition is not working. So we requested to change to another room, and they arranged a room for us that […] is pretty small due to the full booking situation. The hotel is a bit old, but still nicely maintained. The staff is nice and helpful. Location wise, it is around 10 min walk from the train station, but this side is not as good as the other side of the train station where there is more restaurants and shops. I think this hotel is good for western travellers, but for asian travellers like us, the garden is not really a key point rather I prefer a bigger and more comfortable room with this pricing. If you're looking for a hotel that will provide you with 5-star amenities, this is not the place. But if you want clean, comfortable rooms, and you're planning to be out seeing Rome instead of the inside of your hotel, this is the place. My better half and I stayed here for 4 nights in Aug 2010. Our stay was very good-breakfast was great, location was very convenient as it is very close to the train station and within walking distance to most of the famous sights. The only downfall to our stay was that the air conditioning was not very cold and there was no way to adjust it to make […] it colder. We loved Astoria Gardens and found the day concierge very helpful. The continental breakfast was the best we had in Italy - very few provide fresh fruit. It is in an old building, so sometimes our shower wavered from hot-cold-hot-cold, but with the location and the helpful staff, we didn't mind so much.
