Comfort Inn Hillsboro - Hillsboro

The Room reminds you of an upscale 3 star hotel, the lobby and breakfast room however of a cheap motel 6. When the overhaul happened a while ago, a few bucks should have been spent on those parts of the Inn. I am also missing any food in the breakfast buffet that is not fat and full of sugar. We need to eat healthier when we travel.

Staff was accommodating when I asked for a room on upper floor. Complementary breakfast was very good. Dining area very clean.

We found ourselves locked out of our room from the inside. Took management 30 minutes to get back into the room. Found it hard to control temperature in room.

food stains on the hallway carpet, mold in the bathroom caulk, chipped toilet seats, tub drains leaky -- I expected more for this price.

Great staff at check in. Bed small, heater made a lot of noise. Great breakfast, and the staff didn't try to rush you out of to clean up... which is unusual.

Hotel room very clean. Staff very friendly and was helpful in directing us to the nearby malls and restaurants. Great breakfast.

My daughter left behind an old baby pillow that used to be mine; an old family heirloom she sleeps with every night. The hotel kept it for me, and when I called, they said they would put in the mail for me. Very nice.

When we first arrived, the person at the desk was extremely rude. They definitely need better front people. The room was just O.K.....nothing to share with others. I was hoping for a bit more cleanliness and updates.

Great deal and good location for my business visits. However this hotel is located in an "island" with only one access road. I ran into road work on that very street for 2 of the 4 days. Driving around was a challenge for most people..

Met Expectations. We did not expect this to be a royal stay anyways. Just wanted to spend the night and eat the breakfast before checkout. So, all went well.

Just a few extras would make this hotel more pleasing. Clean the outside ashtrays by the doors everyday. Who wants to look at cigarett butts on the way to your room? Comfort Inn was a great centralized location for our Oregon trip, easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, all services were helpful. The complimentary breakfast was even good, so I have no complaints at all. I would consider Comfort Inn again on my next trip to Oregon.

Ites was ok we were there for a brief stay for a Bachelorrette Party. Woke up in the AM and there was no coffee pot in our romm, so that sucked. And the gal at the front in the mornig was less than help[ful about anything. There was damages to the room when we stayed so it was not nice but the bedding was newer and clean. Everything was great. The only concern/suggestion I have is to change your cleaning compounds. They had a very chemical smell and feel to them. I have multiple chemical sensitivity so it was a bit uncomfortable for me in terms of breathing.... thanks -- paul and mary

The front desk lady was very helpful in giving directions. Our room was very good for the price and I would certainly recommend this motel and stay again here as well.

The room was just o.k. The person at the front desk was great -- nice, polite, professional, helpful. The room was really a budget room -- no frills at all -- at an elevated price. I wish I would have booked a different hotel at a reasonable rate rather than this one.

Great place to sleep, extremely quite. Nobody was there? Hardly that is..very few guests. It is close to everything and good resturants, starbucks on every corner. The room was fine, older and in need of remodeling there was mold on the shower ceiling and peeling wallpaper. When you enter the back door there is an "old carpet" oder, but they take dogs […] and have a beautiful setting. We stayed 4 nights and all was well, clean beds and towels. I would stay again. The complex smelled old and stale. The room was the same and made you wonder how clean it was even though it looked ok. The carpets are old and especially the hallways stained and very worn. The only staff we saw was the clerk when we checked in and he was friendly and professional.

It is an older hotel that was purchased from another hotel chain. It could use some remodeling with some bright colors. Couldn't get the printer to work properly to print my boarding pass. Nevertheless, it was comfortable enough. I would stay there again mainly because it is by far the closest to where I need to be in Hillsboro.

Despite the variety of ratings of this hotel, I found it to be quite nice. It was quiet, we had a flat screen tv, the breakfast was better than most, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities you would expect. The front desk was friendly and helpful. It was better than the 3 star motel I stayed in the night before.

adjoining rooms dont adjoin.......rooms are very small as furniture was unporportionate to the rooms.........ANTS ANTS ANTS!! Was awaken two mornings really early due to others staying there, yelling and knocking on doors.....very rude.... This hotel has changed over many times in my years in the area. It just opened as a Comfort Suites not that long ago and I will say that at this time all of the rooms have new furniture, updated bathrooms etc. That goes a long way in a hotel in my opinion. Bed was decently comfortable even though it was all European pillows (small). Breakfast was tasty […] with eggs, bacon, other continental items and waffle maker. Will say that the girl who was managing the breakfast should be more attentive. There were very few people staying in the hotel and there was empty OJ containers and other things left unattended that should not have been the case. Overall a good stay. This is a worn hotel. The adjacent restaurant was shut down and there was nothing within walking distance. The fitness center was grungy. And there were not adequate outlets in the room to accommodate today's technological traveler.

The premises were very well cared for and the location was great if you are doing business in Hillsboro. The room was clean, although really small and the mattress was comfortable. The young staff were not always pleasant, however.

The hotel in Hillsboro, OR was very convenient for the various things we needed to do in the area. Brookwood Parkway was great to get off thee freeway and will be great to get all the way down to the TV Hwy when it is completed later this month.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, using two different rooms. Both rooms have old CRT TVs, remotes were not working and essentially, both TVs were useless. On the 1st breakfast, there was not enough food (empty trays were not replenished) and complained to the staff about it. So the next day, breakfast was better. The A/C is noisy when the compressor […] cuts in and the bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a helicopter hovering. Ok for the price we got it for! The room and many flaws, paint peeling from the bathroom door, broken hutch door, and chair had split leather on the seat. The staff was very friendly and the kids loved the outdoor pool in the heat.

The hotel was too close to the airport runways. The first night, a helicopter was taking off at 3am, and heard it again at 6am. The Air conditioner did not work in our room. The fan stopped working in the middle of our 3rd night stay. The staff was helpful and did what they could, but I felt we could have been better compensated.

I didn't feel that the staff followed up on case of where me and my children scared away a person trying to break in through the stained glass windows that surround the hot tub area. Locks need to be installed and security should have taken action!
