Gode værelser / behagelige senge. Vi var ikke generet af det var et kasino-hotel. Gode spise muligheder på stedet til yderst rimelige priser. Vi havde et ophold med morgenmad inkluderert - det var helt fantastisk.Og det lå i rolige omgivelser. Klart at foretrække fremfor hoteller på The Strip. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen.

Vi rejste 4 voksne og havde studiosuite og 1-bedroom suite i forbindelse med hinanden med køkkenfaciliteter. Hotellet er stadig velholdt med højt serviceniveau. Vi finder beliggenheden god,i gåafstand til the Strip og gode restauranter samt indkøb. Hotellet har gratis shuttlebus til Cesar. Godstog passerer, så bed om værelse højt i bygningen og væk fra toget.

Open seasonally, Hard Rock Hotel's expansive pool complex features 2 sandy lagoon pools, a water slide, 2 splash pools, a grotto bar, and 4 spa tubs. Part of the pool area is closed to guests under 21 years old during the weekend.

Hotellet i sig selv er rigtig fint, MEN det havde klædt hotels.com at oplyse, at det på ingen måde er noget for børnefamilier. Halvnøgne piger, lapdance og den vildeste høje musik er muligvis ikke lige det der står højest på listen, når man rejser med børn. Vi tilbragte eftermiddagen på hotellet, hvorefter vi tjekkede ud, og flyttede til MGM. Personalet […] i receptionen var fantastisk hjælpsomme, og var meget undrende over at der ikke var gjort opmærksom på, at hotellets primær-målgruppe er 18-30 årige, der ønsker en fest fra tidlig morgen til sen aften. "Hard Rock Hotel"
Dejligt hotel med super lækre værelser og lækkert pool område til fornuftig pris. Ligger ikke på the strip, men det tager kun 5 min i taxa at komme derind.
"Hard Rock Hotel i Vegas, langt fra Stippen"
Fedt hotel især for unge mennesker. Hotellet har alt hvad du behøver, restauranter, pool, Starbucks etc. Hotellet ligger ca 1,5 km fra Strippen, tilgengæld har de gratis parkeringshus. Pæne værelser, god plads, gode spille og spisemuligheder.

Flot Hotel, men beliggende lidt fra centrum. Men der er fine parkeringsfaciliteter... som alle steder i Las Vegas.

Meget flotte værelser med rigtig gode senge. Hotellet bedst til unge mennesker, mindst 21 år og til 30-35 år. Musik alle steder døgnet rundt. Dyrt hotel at spise og drikke på.

God service. Flot hotel, med masser af liv.. God stemning og flinke mennesker.. Vi fik dog ikke den udsigt fra vær. som vi var sat i udsigt.. Sku have haft bjergudsigt, men vi udsigt ud på tag og muren..

Super lækre Luksus værelser og fantastisk poolområde! Morgenmad ikke incl. men Starbucks på hotellet. Trods høj musik overalt i Casinoområde, intet at høre på værelser. Passende afstand til The strip hvis man ikke er til havet af mennesker der, og The strip nåes i Taxa for under 10$. Til værelsesprisen skal lægges 18$ pr. dag i resort fee, som er obligatorisk. "Hard Rock - The place to be"
Fantastisk hotel - suveræne omgivelser og hotellets faciliteter er i top. Fitness og Spa centret er rigtig lækkert, og pool området er Las Vegas's største og virkelig godt... Det er et paradis for unge mennesker - kan klart anbefales.
"Nice Room, Mediocre Service"
The bed is very comfortable in Casino Tower. Paradise Tower is newer with more fancy interior. Impressive pool but no warm water. Mediocre service, seldom did they pick up the phone call from guest rooms. Front desk was not really helpful during check-in. Nevertheless, consider the price, it was still a good deal.

I enjoyed my stay overall. This is a great hotel for rock aficionados. The in-casino music is fantastic. The room was comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable with feather-top mattresses. The lighting in the room was poor. The pool was fantastic, except for Sundays. On Sundays for Rehab, unless you pay $60 you will only have access to one […] of the smaller pools as a guest of the hotel. "Upgraded to pool view room"
The rooms were great....comfortable beds and very clean rooms. The only problem we had was one of our guys was upgraded to a pool view room and couldn't believe the noise coming from the pool area all afternoon. I guess MTV takes over the pool area and it's crazy down there.
"Not my usual stay"
I've stayed at the Hard Rock many times with little problems but the last time I had more problems then ever! I walked into my room and it was gorgeous! Until I walked into the bathroom. The room service left their broom also it wasn't very clean . ( hair on the floor, black gook on the tub) I never complain usually. So my friends and I went down to […] gamble and when I returned to the room my key wouldn't work! I went down twice because the key they kept giving me wouldn't work the third time I went down they saw that I was upset ( I just wanted to get out of my Vegas heels and sleep!!) They then told me that my lock must be broken and to wait by my door for security to help me in. So I waited.. Waited and waited some more until the security officer could let me into my fully paid room. Once he let me in I realized that I was now stuck in my room and couldn't leave unless I wanted to go through the hour long pain in the butt situation I just got out of! When I checked out they were training someone and I told them how horrible my stay was and they took off the extra $20 hotel fee. All without making direct eye contact. Læs mere

"we stayed in the HRH all-suite tower....it ROCKED!"
first of all, you need to know that i initially booked a casino room (2 queens). HOWEVER, i got an e-mail for a special rate in the HRH tower - the newest building. we booked that special for 2 nights, and then the casino room for the following 2. once we got to the hard rock, they let us stay in the suite for a nominal "upgrade" fee instead of switching […] rooms. therefore, my experience was ONLY in the suite. the suite was well-appointed. modern and clean furnishings, and the MOST COMFORTABLE bed i have stayed in to date. the foyer is nice, yet the closets are located in this area and NOT in the bedroom. the seating area is nice, but the speakers for the ipod dock SUCKED. the bathroom was large...almost bigger than some hotel rooms. we also went to the reliquary spa; a nice break from the smoky casino. the spa was empty because most people are out-and-about. regardless, it made for a relaxing experience. all-in-all, i would DEFINITELY stay here again depending on the rate that i can get. although the HRH is off the strip, it is well worth staying here. then again, we had a rental car so it made coming-and-going easy. "Great service- we got a free upgrade"
When we first checked in, the assistant at the front desk informed us that there was no more rooms with a king-size bed. So to compensate, she gave us a free upgrade to a room in the newly remodeled HRH Tower. It was well worth it! SOOOO beautiful and clean and luxurious. We had a blast and enjoyed the room. "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
The customer service we received at the Hard Rock was very poor. We were on hold in the room with the front desk for almost 25 minutes. The lines to check in and out took forever. It took almost 27 hours to get our drain unclogged so we brushed our teeth in the bathtub. The front desk representatives were rude and had no care whatsoever for the customers […] of the hotel. The stay was great but the T.V. kept pixelating. Maintenance came up to fix but only half fixed it. The A/C did not get cold.
"Some Good Some Bad"
Well, Everything was really pretty good. Room was nice... However, Check in seems to take alot longer than one would think. The attendants don't seem to be in any hurry. frustrating when in a long line. Security at the pool, did a great job, but seemed to be mad alot at Guest. Its ok to smile and do your job. Stayed at Hard Rock for business trip (not a convention). Would recommend upgrading from the standard king mountain view. My "view" was of a roof a few stories below my window. The room was basic but clean. The service at the hotel was average. I did not find the staff to be unpleasant but they did not go out of their way to make me feel valued. "Young fun"
The Hard Rock is about the funnest place you can stay in Vegas. I love the rock that plays in the hallways and of course all the memorabilia. Mostly a young crowd. Unbeatable pool scene! "Been here before surprised it lost it's touch"
We were not informed that the refrigerator was $20 a day which was ridiculous. I had called prior to the trip and when we checked in and no mention of the fee. The manager, Mike comped the refrigerator for us. There are resort fees whether or not you use them. The staff checking in the first day Brittany had no customer service skills it seemed as if […] we were wasting her time. Another girl helped me later she was new and being trained and she had the best customer service skills, I believe her name was Juilana. Brittnay never did send the refrigerator we had to call and ask for one that's how we found out about the fees. The toilet still had cleaning spray on it. the TV remote never worked properly. The worst part it took over 10 tries to get get into our room each time. We had staff help us, maintenance. They said that's just the way it is. Totally shocked. The best part the pools were fantastic and the beds were like sleeping on cloud nine. I have stayed her before with girlfriends and sadly this was my husbands first impression. Læs mere

"D Glenn's Stay at the Hard Rock Hotel LV"
Well, with most hotels in Vegas, I have no notion what to expect, but I had already stayed at the San Diego HRH, so I had a notion of what to expect there. I didn't get it in the Vegas property, The staff was nice and everyone was very professional, but the property itself gets an F and is in need for Refit. The room itself was titled Mountain View […] was in fact a view of the casino walls. that I published on Facebook. But what sealed my bad grade was an an all but plugged up tub drain. The TV check-out did seem to work, but I not sure since it didn't tell me so. Over all I love this Hotel but it is tuff love am afraid. This place needs some help!! Fix it!! Læs mere
