We booked a stay here for the tail end of our Grand Canyon vacation and it was perfect. We had three children under the age of 5, including a newborn and wanted to get away from the craziness of the strip. This was perfect and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The manager gave the kids adorable plush puppies upon check in and had a plate […] of gorgeously arranged cookies ready in the room. I asked for a microwave and a refrigerator and they were happy to place in our room as well. I also needed an early check in and late check out, and they didn't blink an eye and made those arrangements for us. The spa treatments, though pricey, were wonderful and the pool was relaxing and perfect for both adults and kids. There was lots of pampering during our stay from frozen blueberries and water spritzing at the pool to over the top service upon check-in and at the spa. As I said in the title, what's not to like and really, the price is about the same as any of the other nicer hotels on the strip, without the bad elements of gambling and drunken stupor. The staff was very attentive and polite. We usually prefer to stay at the Wynn Encore but their price for the night was little extreme, so I thought we would try the 4 Seasons. WOW! Definately going to book it here next time. The fact the hotel is non-smoking and gaming free was great. It's attached to the Madalay Bay so if you really need your gaming […] and smoking fix, it's only an elevator away. There was a resort fee that covered phone, wi-fi and coffee. We used none, as the coffee machine did not work in the room. When checking out I asked to have the fee waived and they said no, but did offer to go get me a cup of coffee. Very nice at times.However on leaving I felt I had to complain that a very strong smell of pot wafted down the corridor and every time I went near my room a dog started barking in the room across the way. It started up during the night at times as well. This is very disappointing for me especially as I used to stay at the Bellagio and will seriously […] think about going back there . I can't speak highly enough about the Four Seasons! From the rooms, to the staff, to the little "extras" , this is by far the best! Everybody is friendly here, the staff greet you using your last name so they take the time to know their guests. The rooms have recently been upgraded and they are beautiful! complimentary bottled water, or fresh fruit...coffee […] in the room...ice in the dish when you arrive back at the room from your adventures...a pool with chairs and cabanas that you don't have to rent but rather, are offered to all the guests! Delicious meals at the Veranda with some of the best,. no THE best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Quiet rooms which in Vegas are almost impossible to find. If you want action, simply step through a door and you are in Mandalay Bay! Then return to solitude and comfort. The pool is breathtaking and not overly crowded with fresh towels brought to you as well as an endless supply of ice water I won't stay anyplace else in Vegas! This place spoils you, and I honestly can't think of a thing I could say other than I can't wait to get back here! Second time staying here and it won't be the last. And unlike some five star hotels, nobody here is pretentious, just extremely friendly. You feel comfortable whether you are in an evening dress or yoga gear. The staff at Four Seasons Las Vegas is nothing shourt of fabulous. Staff members are not only providing excellent service, but it is offered with sincere hospitality. I have to shout out kudos to the management for an outstanding effort. The frozen chocolate-covered mints at the pool are an examble of attention to detail.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A TRANQUIL HOTEL TO UNWIND AFTER A DAY ON THE STRIP THIS HOTEL FITS THE BILL. NO CASINO, NO DISCO NOISE, JUST A HAVEN OF PEACE IN A GOOD POSITION AT THE END OF THE STRIP. THE FOOD IS QUITE EXPENSIVE BUT AS THEIR IS FOOD IN ABUNDANCE EVERYWHERE ELSE THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM.

Cost to stay higher than expected. There was an additional per day charge for Resort Fees and Resort Fees Occ Tax and we did not use the resort amenities at all. They told me that they charged everyone these charges and that I signed for them when I didn't...No drinking water available unless you paid the exorbitant costs for what they provided in the […] so called "private bar in your room." And. Las Vegas in general has turned into a cesspool of perverts litterally lining the sidewalks all around the Four Seasons Hotel...Never again will I go to this location.... Læs mere

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. And I've stayed in a lot of good hotels - including several other Four Seasons. The Four Seasons are always good, but the Las Vegas one is just better. Service was amazing - particularly for the kids! Room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The private pool area was great, but the access to Mandalay […] Bay's pool party was really cool. An Oasis in the desert Get away from the strip madness and relax. Never stayed in such a well run hotel. The service is superb and genuine from all members of staff. Food is superb and the prices are fair. Oh and great Happy Hour

A really beautiful hotel with fantastic service. The only reason I would rate it as a 4 overall is because in a city full of great hotels, the price is a bit high unless you are very concerned about isolating yourself from the Casino enviroment. No complaints about the room, facility or staff at all. Everything was exceptional.

I had business conference in Vegas. Booked my hotel thru hotels.com and paid with my cr card. Four Seasons released my booking info to conference organizers without my consent in violation of privacy laws. Hotel employees are very pleasant when you talk to them but don't make any changes you asked them to do.I asked for late check out they said it's […] done but I got locked out of my room before my check out time. Asked to stop housekeeping services for a day but still was receiving phone messages and notes on the door about not being able to service my room due to do not disturb sign. Læs mere

The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. If you want to go to Vegas but want to be a little removed from all the craziness than this is your only option. The service and atmosphere made me feel like I was at a resort in Turks. Very peaceful. Do: Use the house car service as much as possible (especially returning to the airport). It's free (+tip) […] but a lot cheaper than a taxi. It's a Mercedes and it's a lot more relaxed than a taxi. Use the amazing free espresso machine in the lobby every morning. Unfortunately, we had interruptions to our internet service 3 of the 4 days of our stay which we were told was hotel wide. The Assistant Manager was able to take off the resort fees for us at checkout.

Vegas is great, but having a quiet respite from the constant noise of the casinos makes a trip to Sin City much more comfortable. The lobby was quiet and uncrowded. The private elevator lobby in the Casino was very nice and convenient. The non smoking environment was huge for my wife and I. The concierge was incredibly helpful. Outstanding facility and staff, and super spa. Room was well-appointed; bathroom was huge with plenty of towels and amenities. Being at the end of the strip, with a private entrance, adds to the elegance of the hotel. Perfect for couples or business travellers.

Impeccable service! Excellent room with a great view. It's a little far from the rest of the strip. That's good and bad. The good is that it isn't so hectic and crazy with throngs of people. The Four Seasons is relaxing compared to any other hotel in Vegas. Check-in was a breeze compared to long lines I saw at every other hotel. The Four Seasons has […] a free car that will drive you anywhere 3 miles from the hotel. 2 of the 3 times we asked if it was available, the wait was 30-to-45 minutes. I can't believe I actually saw bad reviews for this place. It was absolutely fabulous. Room service was great, there was turn down service everyday, towels where replaced everyday. I stayed in one of the strip view room. There was also floor to ceiling windows. So beautiful at night you can see the entire Vegas strip. It is right next to the Mandelay […] Bay so it is perfect because once you walk into the Four Season from the casino it was instant peace and quiet. Also check out the Verandah restaurant there, crab cakes are to die for. There is plenty of storage space and a nice size bathroom( seperate bath and shower). The beds where very plush and comfy. Internet service was very fast. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a microwave and the fridge was just for the minibar, it was really small. I still give it 5 stars. Stay here! This was such an amazing experience. Check in was smooth and quiet. Out luggage was taking care if and we were given ice cold bottles of water During our stay, the staff couldn't have been nicer. The front desk even called to see how I was feelin and if I needed anything. (They knew I was under the weather). Great stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. Excellent staff and service, beautiful renovated suites. A nice quiet refuge in a crazy busy town. Loved it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Loved the breakfast at the Verandah restaurant.

So add $50 a day to your rate as they will sting you with those charges! (Self park is not an option)

The hotel was beautiful both inside and outside. The hotel staff went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The hotel room was very comfortable and quiet and the mountain view from the window was great. It was very easy to access the Mandalay Bay restaurants, shops, and casino without going outside. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport […] and back to rental car return area. The hotel is located on the south end of the Strip; it is far enough away from the heart of the Strip that you are not bothered by the noise of other tourists. I have stayed in many hotels and casinos over the years in Las Vegas and this time I really wanted to push the boat out. The Four Seasons did not disappoint. The new rooms are beautiful and fitted out to a very high standard and refurbishment work appeared to be ongoing in communal areas and the pool and spa. These public areas should be good when finished, […] but it was a shame they were closed during our stay. As part of the Mandalay Bay, it is worth visiting The Mix at the top of The Hotel, and the spa in Mandalay Bay is amazing. We just spent 3 nights at the Four Seasons Las Vegas to make a cool, easy slide into Xmas. We chose the right place. The pool facility was out and the hotel was undergoing a renovation of its lobby bar so it wasn't the best time to see it in full operation but nonetheless the things that really matter like room quality and staff service standards were […] still on full display and were right up there at the standard we have come to expect from this premium brand. Best of all the Four Seasons is an oasis of calm and dignity amongst the chaos that is the Strip. Going back to the room was a joy each night even though the hotel is situated within the far from calm surroundings of the Mandalay Hotel (it occupies 5 of the Mandalay's high rise hotel tower). Importantly it has its own lift. Its located right at the end of the Strip which some people will find a bit remote from attractions such as the wonderful Bellagio fountain (don't miss it at night) but walking the distance is far from challenging (its all flat roads, or walk thru linked hotel/casino passages if its too hot) and it helps build an appetite!
