The hotel is lokated near a freeway. 25 minuts from downtown Houston and 25 minuts from IAH. Yiu just call the schuttle and they will come pick you up, as fast as posible. The hotel is great, and the staff is very helpfull. Nice rooms and a great breakfast. if you go out the hotel and to the left, there is a bus that will take you direktly to Houston Downtown.

"Couldn't ask for more"
It was great...5 mins away from airport and 5 mins from the wedding venue we were attending...great food...i played with my kids on the sand volley ball and tennis court...couldn't ask for more...
It was a pleasure to read and learn about your recent stay with us in Houston. I'm glad that the recreational facilities were enjoyed. No one else in the area has the same. And we're glad our Good Eats Grill food was enjoyed, its very popular. We really appreciate the nice compliments. It inspires us to keep working hard for our Guests.

Very comfortable and clean just would have wanted to be located at a different part of the hotel room was located at the end of the hallway across from a exit. Travel alone but dead bolt myself in and it was a ok night.

tHE ROOM WAS VERY NICE. tHE SERVICE WIAS VERY GOOD. WE DID HAVE A COUPLE OE MINOR PROBLEMS. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH WASHCLOTHES IN THE ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE. WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING FOR MORE WASHCLOTHS. THE TOILET WAS A LITTLE DIRTY. i T LOOKED LIKE IT HADN;T BEEN CLEANED FOR A LITTLE WHILE. The room was clean, comfortable, & nothing less than expected. The staff was friendly and service was really good. It was a quick overnight, early flight in the morning and we had no troubles at all. Shuttle service was great for us out-of-towners :)

The hotel location is great as it is close to the airport. The room was very adequate. My only complaint was the clerk when checking out. She was very rude to the man ahead of me and terribly rude to me. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could notify the corporate office. She is a real business killer. "horrible customer service!!!!!"
i booked two rooms for my family for a total of 7 people. first of all when we got to one of our rooms the toilet was not working and when we called the front desk they said they would check on it and hung up the phone on us. also when we first checked in we were not given the "breakfast passes" so the next day in the morning we found out we needed […] them to have breakfast, when we went to the front desk we were told we didn't have breakfast included so we had to go get our confirmations to show the girl, the supervisor helped us and said we did have it but the girl who had helped us was "new" and didn't know the codes "but its so funny because the first time we went to ask the "supervisor" was right behind the new girl and she didn't even tried to check for us. then we were charged both by hotels.com and by the holiday inn and when we called them they said payment wasn't gonna go through but it did! all throughout our stay we experienced the worst customer service possible. I would rather spend a few dollars more n stay at a different hotel! Læs mere

restaurant attached to the hotel was surprisingly good since seems most hotel restaurants are much to write home about.

My check in was fast and painless. The hotel is located just 5 minutes drive from the Airport. The rooms and decor are a bit dated but the hotel is clean. I ordered room service twice and in less that 15 minutes my order was brought to me with a totally full hotel that was excellent. I'm glad you will recommend us. Hearing that the location was good, the check in fast and painless, room service right and on time, and the room clean was all terrific! However, I want to apologize for the window AC unit. We try to keep them checked and as quiet as possible. We always have some spares to change out if one needs attention. I made my reservation around 3:00pm the same day that I was to arrive. This included instructions for 2 beds, not 1. When I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 am, they told me that they only had singles, and no rooms with sofa beds. They also told me that my reservation was only good for a room, not bed choice. I ask if we could get a discount on an additional […] room, and they said no, why should we do that, and we don't have any anyway. We finally ask if we could have a rollaway bed, and she said yes, but it will be 30 minutes, we are the only 2 people here. We ask her where it was, we would be glad to get it for her, and she do not ask that again please. So after getting into our room, we find that it already had a sofa bed in it, but needless to say, the customer service reps did not know that. Although the hotel room was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was very dark even with the curtains completely open. The bathroom was clean as well but very small. The kind where you have to close the door before steppping in al the way.

Not knowing your room I'm thinking we may have been missing a lamp & that should be corrected. The bathrooms can be a bit small, but I hope you liked the decorator touches-granite vanity top and floor to ceiling tile work & our amenities. I appreciate you being our Guest & I hope you can return.

My wife and I found this hotel was just what we ordered. From the fast pick up by the free shuttle from the airport to the , friendly reception staff. The room was clean and comfortable and serviced by friendly staff . the bar and resturant was also to the same standard. Free Wi Fi was a big plus to check our onward flights. "Close to Airport, VERY friendly staff"
My husband flew in from Iraq early in the morning, hours before check-in. They had us in our room without any extra charge within minutes and continued to be courteous and helpful throughout our stay in Houston. We enjoyed the room service, the restaurant downstairs, and the comparable prices. The amenities are convenient without being over-priced. If you don't have a car the dining choices nearby are rather limited.They do have a airport shuttle service and they are very willing to drop you off anywhere between the hotel and airport and pick you up. We ate at the attached restaurant ant it was very good. Overall it was a nice stay
"Fair hotel, not a great value"
One night in this hotel coming into Houston. It took 90 minutes and two phone calls to the hotel to get a shuttle to pick me up and then it wasn't even their shuttle it was a neighboring hotel that picked me up. They claimed they were busy but this was 9pm at night and when I got to the hotel two shuttle vans and two drivers were sitting outside smoking. […] I guess if you consider smoking being busy then its a good excuse.
