I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I can certainly recommended it. It is centrally located, close to the train station and having a great value for what you pay. Didn't try their breakfast since there are tens of places at the neighbourhood for that.

Will not repeat it and very astonished that it was advised by you !!!!

The hotel is situated close to the train station, however the location is not very upmarket. I didnt choose breakfast as part of my package, so I cannot comment. What really upset me was the fact that the sheets had stains on them and was really making me uncomfortable on using the bed. And also, there is no air conditioning. It was really hot in the […] room. No way that this hotel can be classified 4 star. Would choose a different hotel next time. Læs mere

Contrary to what was listed at time of booking, none of the standard rooms have air conditioning. The staff seems genuinely surprised that I expected it, so I'm expecting this will be corrected on the site. Luckily they were able to upgrade me to a room with A/C at the same price, but during heavy occupancy this may not be possible.

it's very close to the Train station & The Red light district. You can walk to the Romer in 15/20 minutes. Staff was very helpful. For more than 1 day I would stay a bit closer to the center -

The Hotel is not four star. In American standards, it would be considered a 2 or 2 1/2 star. It was difficult to sleep without aircondtioning in the room. Hotel is over priced, very noisy, will not stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the central train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is quite small, not very clean and in general it seems the hotel maintenance is not the best. Overall it's a good alternative for travellers that would like to stay at this area.

Only one block from the main railroad station, the Kaiserhof is also convenient to the rest of Frankfurt by public transportation. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are a decent size as far as European hotels are concerned. Great value for the money.

Located just a very short walk from the train station, this hotel is an excellent option for tavelers who don't need luxe accomodations. Easy to use public transport is close by.

We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival by the very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was very large and comfortable with an open-plan dining area, and lounge area and air-conditioning. The hotel is just 5 mins from the main train station and if you walk 5-10 mins in the opposite direction (left when you come out of the hotel) you are […] right in the centre of the nice part of town, with good restaurants and shops. The hotel was good value for money although breakfast was not included in the price, but there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. I found that the city of Frankfurt wasn't very vibrant or exciting and a couple of times we found ourselves stumped for things to do! A number of the people we met were also very unfriendly (hotel staff excluded - they were lovely!), we had one particularly nasty incident with a waitress in Cafe Hauptwache who got very defensive and aggressive when I told her that I had got the wrong dish. We wanted to stay overnight as the main part of our trip was Scandinavia. The under 4 euro train from the airport and short walk to the hotel made this an excellent location for us. We enjoyed our day of sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is OK with a good location, but not 4 stars. It served our purpose.

The location is great. The hotel is only 2 to 3 min walking to the main train station. The room is spacious.

The hotels location was great. There was no air conditioning in the room and it made the room not very comfortable at night allthough there was a fan in the room. The breakfast was not included. The hotel staff was very pleasent but I would not stay at this hotel again.

If you are visiting during the summer, this hotel has no air conditioning and is extremely hot. The room was average at best. The staff did speak English. The hotel held our bags after check out and allowed us to pick them up later in the day. The price was so-so, but it was close to the train station.

Hotel in pretty bad shape. Lift with 30 years dripping oil, welcomes you. Noisy room, without AC. It was so warm in the room I had to sleep with a open window. Till 5am there are lots of drunken people singing on the street while the Police chase them by car with sirens on. TV has 12 channels, not even 1 in English. Safe Box was locked, and could not […] be unlocked god knows why. Towels were in bad shape, old and smelly. Parking in the area is dificult, expensive and dangerous. There are 2 star hotels providing better service and more confort then this "4 star" hotel. Wonder why Accor allows this specific hotel to ruin Mercure reputation. I will never stay there again. Hotel típico da rede Accor. Serviços básicos e iguais no mundo todo. O café da manhã é caro (€15) pelo que oferece. Vale a pena tomar café nos arredores. Às 5.as tem feira livre na rua e vale muito a pena. Bem localizado, próximo a estação central de trem e a 15 minutos à pé do centro comercial e histórico. Deve-se ter cuidado ao sair à noite nos arredores, […] pois a "boca do lixo" (jogatina, drogas e prostituição) fica bem próxima. Estava em manutenção no período. Deve ficar melhor em breve. l'hotel se trouve a 20 minutes a pied de la Mess de Frankfurt et à 5 minutes de la gare, c'est ce qui nous a intéressé. qualité d'acceuil et service très satisfaisant avec personnel à l'écoute et professionnel. chambre spacieuse et propre. j'y retournerai certainement.

Vel staðsett hótel, stutt í lest og messan aðeins 1 stoppustoð frá. Morgunverður alveg frábær og herbergi , þjónusta og viðmót starfsfólks fyrsta floks. Umhverfið er ekki skemmtilegt.

I utgangspunktet et ganske enkelt hotell som overrasket med kaffekoker, minibar, safe på rommet. Hyggelig og rent. Rent og pent og tilogmed badekar. Akseptable hodeputer :-)

Bodde der i en natt. Varierende personale, for det meste hyggelig. Er veldig innteressert i å få fakturert ekstra, så ingenting er inkludert i prisen. Rommene er slitte, og den ene sengen var veldig sliten på vårt rom. Jeg kommer garantert til å bo på et annet hotell i samme område nest gang jeg er i Frankfurt.

Det ble litt misforståelse ang. frokosten . Da vi fikk oppgitt ved ankomst og ved innsjekker at frokosten var inklusivt . Til tross at bookingen min var uten frokost. Tok dette som en ekstra service fra hotellet. Men ved utsjekk ble vi forelagt regningen fra de frokostene vi hadde inntatt.

Empfang war sehr freundlich und ohne die häufige, rechtswidrige Ausweiskontrolle. Zimmer geräumig, ruhig und mit gut funktionierendem WLan. Türen und Bad machten einen etwas in die Tage gekommenen Eindruck, aber das tat dem Komfort keinen Abbruch. Kissen waren allerdings schlecht (keine Federn). Die Umgebung (Kaiserstraße) ist bekanntlich nicht die […] Beste, aber davon bekam das Hotel nichts ab. Im Gegenteil ist seine zentrale Lage nahe des Hbf. von Vorteil. Læs mere

Central location, good service, clean and tidy. Would recommend it to anyone!

Ich frage mich, woher dieses Hotel seine angeblichen 4 Sterne hat. Das Zimmer war ungemütlich und kalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Beim Frühstück musste sich jeder Gast jede einzelne Tasse Kaffee am Automaten holen, welch ein Service!!!

Von hier kommt man schnell überall in Frankfurt hin ohne, dass man die Stadt als laut wahrnimmt. Freundliche Begrüßung und kulanter Service. Wir erhielten umstandslos ein Upgrade. Gerne wieder mal.

Great location near train station. A good australian restaurant across the street was a treat when arriving late in the afternoon. A little noise early in the morning and the room could have been cleaner, but overall a good stay.

Renslig og kjekt hotel. Vi bare lå over for natten og skulle videre. Frokosten var meget bra. Rommet flott. Hotellet veldig sentralt. og god parkering rett over gaten ved jernbanen. Kommer gjerne igjen
