Everyone was so helpful and so gracious.

It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The eating area was a little small which I felt should be a little bigger to accommodate more people.

Good air, though a little odor of solvent/perfume. Good people, good parking, good coffee, clean, great sheets. I was out of my super-duper organic air cleaner freshana, which would have totally wiped out the smell! Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to leave a vehicle when flying from BWI--has a 24-hour shuttle service and reasonable room rates

we reserved a non-smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. my wife spent the night in the lobby.

Last minute since missed flight Hotel.com made arrangements to book this hotel at 2 in the morning. They came and pick me up and as it turns out I had stayed there before. Very nice accomodations and since it was last minute (a lot of places were all booked) I was very Happy

The hotel was close to the airport, but was not clean. Smelled of smoke, A/C was out in the hallways, there was hair on the sheets and hair in the bathroom, M&M's on the floor. Didn't look as if the maid did anything except make the bed with the sheets that were on there from the last customer.

From the moment we contacted the hotel receptionist at the airport (BWI), our experience was awesome. The shuttle picked up within 10 minutes. The shuttle took us to the train station and picked us up when we returned. The room was large and clean. The nearby restaurant, Passport Bistro, is a good place for lunch. Friendly people, convenient to the airport and the shuttle is great! Very accommodating all the way around.

Met all my hopes and expectations. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel and we found it and it was better than we had expected.

It was cheap and affordable for everyone in my group. The beds were very comfy and the deco is nice. It doesn't take that long to drive to the convention and find parking. Though I wish the shuttle could run bus runs to the convention during Otakon 2010. The breakfast area was extremely small. They served bagels and muffins that are good. I had to […] at least eat in my hotel room because their was so many people at the area. Out of 3 rooms I reserved, their was only 1 microwave and fridge in one room. We had to share or knock on my friends door all the time to use it. The front desk was kind to at least have 2/3 rooms to be next to each other on the floor. The other room was on the next floor. This hotel came as advertised. Good value for a hotel right near the airport. It's not a new hotel so there is some wear and tear but it was clean and the staff were friendly. Everything I wanted was within about a mile of the hotel.

All rooms were on different floors. One of the rooms was already occupied. We opened door to find other guests belongings in room. We checked in late so it was a good thing the occupants were out. Otherwise we would have walked in on them. When they gave us another room, it was a smoking room and was extremely SMOKEY and STINKY. Had to open windows […] and turn AC on high to try and get smell out. Had we checked in earlier we would have changed hotels. Not very happy with accommodations. Læs mere

It was easy to find this hotel just off of 295. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk and directed to our room from there. On entering our room, we thought it was beautiful. They must have done recent renovations because everything looked pretty new. I loved the wood flooring material in the sink/bathroom area. The bedding and artwork were lovely […] and modern (as in, no old-school flowers). I liked the other furniture in the room, too. The TV was a nice-sized flat screen, so that was a bonus. The only slightly-less-than-perfect detail was how small the breakfast room. Granted, it is a FREE breakfast, but the room got crowded quickly and even the counter area (where the food was) could get congested. However, I don't see a quick fix for them, so I assume they're just trying to accommodate as many guests as possible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this room and even return for a stay if I'm in the area again. Læs mere

It was pretty pitiful compared to othere LaQuintas I have stayed at. It was a $30 room for alot more. Food was fairly decent.

Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Staff was very accommodating with additional towel and blanket requests. Breakfast selection was more than expected. Very close to airport without much airplane noise and close to places to eat. Easy access to the freeways of the area.

The Service of the staff was great! Wonderful, clean,hotel right across from the big name hotels much better price. They even provide FREE...shuttle service. You can't beat it.

This hotel felt more like a motel 6. It was clean enough but absolutely no extras.

Great Location, close to the airport, provides free shuttle to the airport, with free breakfast starting at 4:00 am

The floor had not been vacuumed. There was dirt and dog food on the floor. As we were checking out, my husband say a mouse in the lobby. Everything else was fine.

Stayed 1 night, July 28; checked in late and out early next day to catch an early flight. They are used to late check-ins. No hassles, room was very clean, airport shuttle to and from was on demand except for early morning set schedule. Excellent breakfast started at 4am for early risers. Room had correct amount of towels, etc for three of us, and toilet/shower […] separate from sink, a plus. Will stay again. Læs mere

it was advertised to have a refrigerator in the room which was a selling point for me since my son is young and needs his milk. when we got there, there was no refrigerator so we had to use the ice bucket to keep things cold. i seem to remember a lounge listed in the ad that i could not locate. Also i forgot my conditioner for my hair. the mmirror said […] to see the courtesy desk for things forgotten and when i did i was told there was no conditioner there. i guess my biggest problem was that there was no one willing to deal with my problems while i was there. the room was old and dirty. the hot water was plumbed backward and in short supply. there were exposed electric wire in bathroom. furniture from about 1986 based on conditon. noisy noisy noisy.

Stayed just one night after the O's game. It was conveinetly located and clean. I would definitly choose this spot again if I am in town for a game!

only about a mile or two from the airport which was ncie the morning I had to ge tup and leave and return my rental car. Nothing flashy but nothing bad either. Overall a good hotel.

Hotel is close to Baltimore Harbor and the BWI. Room had a smell of smoke, but wasbt quickly changed to a better room. pool is med size and nice (w/lifeguard) Hotel employees were nice.
