I wish we lived in Atlanta. If we did, I would plan our our next special occasion at your hotel. We loved our time in Atlanta and part of our pleasure was our time in the hotel.

My stay at the Double Tree Hotel was great. I enjoyed the comfort of my room and the service of the staff. The check in staff was wonderful and considerate.

AC/Heat pump or whatever it was kept me awake all night. Fell a sleep arond 5 A.M. and a dumpster being dumped woke me up at around 6 A.M. Did not get my money'ss worth in the room I was in. Across the hall would have probably been great. Can you let the hotel know please. C Conner

Nice hotel in a good location. Near a mall and restaurants. My bathroom toilet did not flush properly and I was moved to anothet room. A bad point is as a HHonors member I am used to the front desk contacting me whenever a hotel worker ( room service, maintenance) is coming to my room. The experiences I enjoyed the most were with the staff. Room service was expedient and very polite. The front desk staff was excellent. However, from the moment I walked into the hotel I could tell that management had lapsed their attention to overall hotel maintenance. Entering the hotel: small things like stains on walls and floors, ripped wallpaper, […] scratchings in the elevator doors, etc. My room: bottle of industrial bathroom cleaning fluid left in my room; hairs left around the sink; hairs in the bed; an entire day of the TV displaying "no signal". Fitness room: clean, while probably from non-use; no water; nothing with which to sanitize equipment after use; speakers playing some random station with no way in sight to turn down the volume. A few things that probably couldn't be helped, but that detracted from the overall experience: traffic noise - the construction put a dent in it, but it is always able to be heard, even over the TV; there was a conference or some other gathering, which led to loud music and loud, drunken guests. This hotel is always my first choice when in the Atlanta area. There is always a friendly face waiting to greet me. I often travel alone, and the privacy and courtesy of the staff makes me feel safe and welcome. The only down side to my visit was the limited parking due to the restaurant which is connected to the hotel. If they offered valet or had […] a parking deck I would not have a complaint at all. Great rate for a great hotel. Easy, fast check-in, top-notch rooms, and decent location.

The service was great along with the staff and my cookie was amazing

This is my third stay at Doubletree and I really enjoyed staying there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very quiet and clean. I hope to visit Atlanta again.

I would like to thank the Manager Cecilia Claverie for her great managing and people person skills. She helped my wife and I out with our stay there from beginning to the end of our stay. Hotel was comfortable. It is advertised as having a separate sitting area. There was a lounge chair instead. The area is not separate. Breakfast buffet was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I have a favorable opinion of doubletree. This stay was out of the ordinary. My only complaint was that I booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking room with a lot of lysol to try to cover the smoke. Location and restaurant were great. Service was great...just a smoky room.

Stay at the Doubletree was great value for the rate. Only one issue...why charge $2 for a 50 cent bottle of in-room water, but give away coffee for free? Even with this being said, it would not prevent me from booking another room with Doubletree (I just bring my own bottled water and leave theirs on the table!)

I stayed 2 nights at the Doubletree Atlanta-Northlake. The room decor was very nice, although the bathroom counter height is far too low. What made my stay one to remember is the courteous and honest housekeeping staff. I was upset to realize I had left behind an iPhone charger, but was delighted to learn that it had been turned in to the lost and found […] by the housekeeper. It was picked up at the front desk by a friend who checked out the following morning, but I feel certain they would have mailed it to me if I had needed that. Læs mere

Great staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and seemed newly updated and the beds were wonderful! Our room was not serviced our last full day but when we called within minutes there was someone to the room to bring us anything we needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I was a little worried when I saw the location and the outside, but it turned out to be a GREAT location and the inside was wonderful! The room was very clean and very spacious. On top of all that, we enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies and went back not only once but twice and each time they were more than generous and gave us a free cookie! Hotel is old and is starting to show it

This hotel has the very best staff I've encountered in any Atlanta hotel...and I'm a regular hotel guest. The rooms are small but nicely furnished, in generally good condition, and nicely equipped. Closet was nonexistent. Towels were nice and fluffy. I'd recommend staying here. (Eat at the restaurant.)

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was pleasant and the warm and welcoming smell of fresh chocolate chip cookies greeting me as I tiredly arrived to the hotel made for a great start to my stay there.

Overall enjoyable stay. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and a very clean room.

The quality and value for the price was more than I expected. There's an adjacent restaurant that equaly as good in quality and value. Helpful staff.

I have stayed here 2x this summer and this hotel seems to cater to large family reunions. There were screaming people, running children, crying babies. I woke up every 15 minutes for hours. I complained but it took 2 calls and an hr to quiet things down. As a business person, I can't stay at a location like this. I won't do it again.

My mom lives just a mile away and I needed someplace to stay with my boyfriend while in town for my high school reunion. We chose this hotel because I've eaten good meals before at Marlow's, the surpisingly good restaurant attached to the hotel (although didn't eat there this visit). I was most impressed with the bed and bedding - the sheets were soft […] and comfy; some hotels have overly starched sheets, but these were soft. And the bed itself was comfortable as well. The room had all the other necessary appointments and it's all nicely updated inside. The exterior appears a little more dated b/c of the architecture, but don't let that stop you from staying here. Doubletree cookies on arrival are always appreciated and the Crabtree & Evelyn soap/shampoos were unexpected as well. I wasn't blown away or anything, but feel like it was a very good value and I'll likely stay here again when I'm vising the family. Læs mere

NO REFRIDGERATOR IN ROOM. QUALITY OF BREAKFAST NOT UP TO WHAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR NOT A GOOD SELECTION OF ENTREES, THEY TRIED TO EMBELLISH WHAT WAS THERE.

We checked in around 10:30 PM and got rrom 301 (right next to the highway). I found out that they had other rooms available. Why in the world would you give your customer a room next to the highway...unless you dont want them to ever come back. One of thw worst Dobletree experience.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean. We had no trouble finding any stores because they were right by the hotel and it was only 10 minutes away from Stone Mountain which we were there to see. Thank you for a great stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a great weekend! the cookies were great the bed was soft and the shower was hot. Great place for a romantic getaway. Thick walls.

Definitely staying here when I come back to the ATL.

The only room left was a smoking. I prefer non-smoking and was concerned at first. But to my surprise the room did not have the lingering smell of smoking. The room was a nice size with 2 beds which were very comfortable. The hotel was near the freeway and convenient to many shops, restaurants, and a mall. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms were cleaned the hotel staff was very friendly, also gave you a hot cookie upon check-in, you dont have to leave to get breakfast they will bring it to your door, the hotel was what me and my spouse wanted it to be

Everything went so well for us while we stayed at the Doubletree! The staff made sure we had everything we needed. The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable!! It's only about a 20 minute drive to downtown, as long as you miss rush hour. So we were close to downtown at a very reasonable rate! Everything you need is on the same street […] as the hotel (gas, Target, a few restaurants). And of course there's a restaurant (Malvern's Tavren) in the hotel. We were here for two days on business, and I would definitely stay here again for business or an Atlanta vacation! Læs mere

I will stay at this hotel again, as it was clean we had no complaints. It was near to the places we wanted to visit and we appreciate the free shuttle and warm cookies. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
