Best Western Pentagon Reagan National Airport - Arlington

Hotellet blev brugt til en enkelt overnatning. Ligger dejlig tæt på lufthavnen og i rolige omgivelser. Personalet er flinke og meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. På værelset var der alt, hvad vi havde brug for og prisen var helt i orden i forhold til, hvad vi fik.

Morgenmad var ikke god. For lidt udvalg. Fitness center gammeldags. Pengeskab på værelse ikke funktionsdygtigt. Blev ikke udbedret trods reklamation herom ved receptionen.

Best Western er et godt hotel med venlige ansatte, men morgenmaden er elendig og mangelfuld... hvor er det frie valg med form for aeg samt bacon og poelser til morgenmad? Og saa er det lidt ringe, at man lukker hotellets pool ned den 5. september, naar temperaturen i dagtimerne er paa naesten 35 grader. Not worth the asking price - even at Hotels.com price. Unintersting area and no interesting sites in the area. Gym room in very poor state and dirty. The hotel was a bit rundown, but housekeeping tried their best to keep it clean daily. The neighborhood and guests were VERY noisy. The front desk people were not really friendly or very helpful.

Staff not friendly, 1 was, but no name tags to identify. Ice machines not working. Breakfast ok..supposed to be 6:30-10, we got there@ 9:15, hot food done, staff advised not making anymore. Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned, hair on walls/ceiling. Disappointed!!

Not acceptable place to sleep. In addition to poor motel condition, hundreds of ants made stay even less acceptable. Nothing available within walking distance to see or purchase to eat or drink. Take off your list.

Staff was very good, helpful, friendly and knowlegeable. Complimentary shuttle services are very well run, and make the airport and attractions convenient to get to in spite of the hotel's distance from these destinations. We arrived in our room and discoveerd that the AC was not working. After calling the front desk a maintenance man arrived who was quite rude and insisted that we did not understand how the thermostat worked. Once the maintenance man left with nothing done except a very rude and unnecessary "lesson" regarding thermostats--which as a well educated woman, […] I found to be very entertaining/borderline hilarious. The AC turned off once again (not a thermostat problem) we had to change rooms. After 5 minutes in our new room we received a call from the front desk, informing us that they had received complaints that we were being too loud. After 10 minutes in the room, a police officer knocked on the door following up on a call he received from the front desk complaining about "noise." After speaking with the police officer, and obniously not having a "party" he left stating that he had not heard anything personally. I was very upset regarding the noise complaints, they were borderline harrassing. As a late 20 something nurse, visiting DC to attend a conference, I am hardly much of a party. I would NOT stay at the best Western Pentagon again, the value is hardly worth the headache or harassment. Læs mere

Shuttle service not available after 10 pm and only runs hourly between 10 am and 4 pm. Good breakfast and close to the DC metro. Exterior is shabby but the rooms are okay for the airport convenience...overpriced.

Budget motel, but it was clean, comfortable and just what you'd expect nothing more, nothing less. The reason for the mediocre maintenance rating was because many (most?) of the doors had some tacky touch up paint that didn't properly match the original making the exterior look cheap. For the price and our situation (flight cancelled), this hotel served its purpose. Description said close to Reagan National Airport...not so much. Several miles away AND whereas just about all of the other area hotel airport shuttles came by to pick you up on a scheduled basis, this one you had to call to request a pick-up. Wish we had known that rather […] than waiting 20 minutes before we called. Also, shuttle begins service from hotel to the airport at 6:40 AM...not much use for our 6 AM flight...had to call a cab. hotel no where near airport. shuttle service took a long time. real problem is if you want something to eat, you must go to the Comfort Inn down the street. If you want to eat breakfast with the coupon you recieve, again you must go to the Comfort Inn. Why not just book at the at the comfort inn. No retail anywhere within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, free shuttle bus was perfect for taking the metro. Close to a couple places to eat and I even forgot my razor and they gave me one for free. Can't wait to come back.

we stayed there two times, its a good location if you are willing to take the metro to downtown DC, and since parking is a hassle there that was a big plus for us. there is a continental breakfast, its ok, I think all these breakfast places are the same. rooms were ok, you get what you paid for so we cant complain too too much, there is a coffee machine […] that works, there is a shuttle that goes to airport and to metro. I dont think you need to bring your own sheets, but I heard other people complain about that, just have them replace them. for the price, its a good deal I thought, and you have to remember that DC is pretty expensive place. I had an early morning meeting and arrived at the hotel late. I slept like a rock on the comfortable bed.

This hotel was clean, rooms were sharp..I have no negatives at all...would stay there again for sure The price was really good also considering DC is so expensive

Of course taking a hotel not in the center of the city means you have to spend time and money getting into town. Every choice is a compromise. Best Western Pentagon is a very good compriomise.

Advertised as 24 hour shuttle _ WRONG - 6 AM - 10 PM only. Hotels.com told me the wrong info on the phone & this was my basis for selecting the Hotel along with a $30 parking charge to leave my car there which was correct. The Cost was over $30 Cab Fare vs. 2 Shuttle Tips of a few $$ each. Toilet Roll Dispenser in the Bathroom was placed on the wall […] so close to the toilet seat that you could not sit on the toilet seat because it dug into your right leg. It could have been placed 1 - 2 feet higher as there was plenty of room on the wall & a small person could have easily reached it. Most ridiculous & uncomfortable bath room set-up I have ever seen in any hotel room. If they fix this I could recommend the place. Nice, considerate hotel staff. Læs mere

The hotel was okay, but my mattress looked like it had been overused. It is far away from DC and was inconvenient for what I needed to do in the City. The shuttle service was helpful and convenient, but there are hardly any restaurants in the area so renting a car is almost a must as taxi rides are EXPENSIVE! Overall, a decent hotel for the money. My only complaint is the lack of easy to reach restaurants in the surrounding area.

Hotel is great - next to auto rental easy to get to. They use the sleep number beds - felt like big air matress and not very comfortable to me at any setting.

Have stayed at Hotel Previously had to change room because of a roach in one of our beds and in the room. Otherwise a great location.

I'd read the previous reviews of this facility and I can say it lived up to them! The place is badly in need of renovation and/or relocation. Service and staff were first-rate, though.

Before booking this hotel, I read several of the reviews and most of them were correct. The hotel is a bit dated, and is your typical "cheap hotel." My room had three cockroaches crawling around in it, and the bed pillows smelled of cologne from a previous visitor. In addition, the walls are very thin - I was kept awake by the guest next door who was […] talking on a cell phone well into the early hours of the morning. The room was generally grubby, but I wasn't really expecting it to be much better. However, it is very conveniently located, and the courtesy shuttle service is excellent. The staff also was very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to hold and deliver my luggage to me during my stay. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it served its purpose. Læs mere

Best Western Pentagon Reagan National Airport is close to the Reagan Airport and the Pentagon. I had a great 6 day here--location was easy access to the freeway and easy to find. I landed at the Dulles Airport and took a shuttle here which was inexpensive. It was very quiet and staff was wonderful, Breakfast was included and had fresh Belgium waffles […] everyday with fruit etc I used cabs to get around.to shop at downtown areas and go to restaurants. I saved hundred dollars even with the cab fares added each day. I recommend it for those who have vehicles and who don't care to stay in the center of town...I will be going back in the spring and duplicate the trip. Læs mere
