Sirata Beach Resort ligger ved stranden i St. Pete Beach, og der er attraktioner såsom John's Pass i omegnen. Ekstra attraktioner i regionen er bl.a. Tropicana Field og Salvador Dali Museum.

hotellet er lidt træt da ejeren ønsker at rive det ned og erstatte det med ferielejligheder, heldigvis har boligkrisen sat en stopper for projektet. Med en placering direkte på stranden, med egen parkeringsplads, svømmepøl og gæster der kommer igen og igen år efter år, er man som en del af en stor familie, da man også bor meget tæt er det jo bare fint! Hotellet har en meget fin rengøring og det er det! har du forventning om 5* service, er du klart gået forkert... Der er ingen anden service end rengøringen! Morgenmad foregår nede på Hess tanken (7 mins gang væk), her får man fin kaffe og donouts, dem kan I tage med ind til inner bay. Frokost og aftensmad er vanskeligere, i gå afstand findes Dockside Daves Grill, Lobster, i bil kan man tage til Johns Pass og spise på Hooters, og se delfiner samtidigt! Ellers er alternativet at tage til Publix (7-10 min i bil) og købe færdig sushi. Super sted til i diskrete omgivelser at dyrke veninden:-)

Gulf Boulevard løber hele vejen forbi The Beach Cities, fra Clearwater Beach i nord til St. Pete Beach i syd. Langs denne hovedvej kan besøgende shoppe, spise og sove på forskellige indlogeringssteder. Af seværdigheder kan nævnes Pier 60, hvor folk ser på solnedgangen og gadeartister, og Clearwater Marine Aquarium, der kurerer og genudsætter sårede havdyr, f.eks. delfiner og skildpadder.

Great hotel and super people that work there. This was one of my places to visit on my Bucket List and it did not disappoint. Wiosh I had known the Yankess were in town...it would have been great to see them get swept...
"Sirata Hotel, St. Pete Beach, FL- right on beach"
This hotel has a great location being directly on the beach. Hotel is kept up well for the age. View from our room was amazing. The facility had two swimming pools, jacuzzi, entertainment outside which ended at an appropriate time. Food was good. Two negatives that aren't that bad because the location was so great. Bathroom was very small with no place […] to hang your towel. (however, towels were plentiful and that was great.) Safe had a key lock which directed you to go back to the registration desk and put a $50 deposit for the key. They could have mentioned that when we checked in. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it was good enough to enjoy your stay. There is nothing to compare to the beautiful white-sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico and the beach here was very wide and beautiful. Læs mere
"Siratta Hotel"
This hotel is designed for a family vacation, clean room and bathroom, bed were comfortable, and every room has a fridge. I was somewhat surpised to see a few beverages and fuit in the fridge, apprently they don't clean the fridge after each guest. Location is great, right on the beach.

"Average but on beach"
Hotel resembles "old Florida" in style but rooms reasonably modern - not luxurious but acceptable. Location on beach is great. Wireless internet ok but extra charge. Staff nice. Rate high for quality level.
The hotel and resort area was very nice. It is located directly on the beach with great views. When arriving at the resort I was informed that parking was not included and that there was a deposit required for each day of our stay and when I phoned the resort before arriving that information was not disclosed. I was very upset due to haveing to pay […] even more for an already semi expensive room rate. When arriving to room it was not a beach view or a bay view. I requested a beach view and received a parking lot view. When I went to the front desk to request a beach view I was told that it would require more money. So I asked to moved to a bay view and was told that I would have to call the front desk the next morning to request it and then I would be placed on a waiting list. When I called the next morning I was told that other people had just checked in and that there were no rooms available. I was very disappointed with the customer service and would not reccomend this resort to others and will never return. It was not at all what we expected. Læs mere

"Cleanliness"
Location is great. However, the bathroom was extremely dirty - toilet paper holder had not been wiped down in months; bathtub was stained and not clean; floor was dirty. The kitchen dishes/utensils were dirty and I was not comfortable using them.

Hotel is in a great location with a lot of things to do at the resort and in the surrounding area. Room was old and could use some upgrading, but definitely would stay there again.

"Great hotel on beach"
Very nice hotel, Location was nice, beaches beautiful, hotel grounds very nice. Kept up nicely as well, They were doing alot of painting when we were there. My only complaint was our cleaning lady was not good. We complained and it was done better. Overall great place to stay and I would go back again.
The bath room was the only draw back...air vent dirty, chipped sink and shower looked dirty

"no beach view"
I bought a a suite with a beach view and balcony and I was on top of a roof and can barely see the ocean
"Overpriced for a mediocre experience"
This hotel is dated and overpriced. I was also charged $8/car per night to park. Ludicrous!
"Stuffy Staff"
Typical run down beach resort - great beach scene, staff was stuffy in the front office and was not overly helpful, rooms are stuck in the 90's.

The hotel was neat, clean and the staff was friendly. The location was good with easy access to downtown St. Augustine, the Fountain of Youth and the marina. "Pricey but clean"
We paid ourselves a little luxury, took the suit on the eight floor with a view of the ocean and a balcony. It was really nice. At the price we paid, wished the internet and parking was free but it was not. No complimentary breakfast either, we paid an arm and a leg for that breaky in the hotel... there are a good choices of pools and great place to […] have a drink pool side or beach side. "Too much too little"
For the amount paid, the room was small, plumbing fixtures were 40 years old, no microwave, bed mattresses were over used, they charged extra per day to park, extra for cabbana. Not really worth the $$$+ per night.

This was our first stay in St. Petersburg FL. Everyone was thoroughly impressed with the Sirata Resort. The staff at the desk, pools and housekeeping were first rate and always helpful. We had a spectacular view of the beach from the balcony of our well appointed suites. We enjoyed several days of sunning and dipping into their refreshing heated pools. I recently stayed at the sirata and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the view was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was very small but I wasn't there to hang out in the bathroom anyway so I was not concerned about it. A fine family friendly hotel right on the beach, everything was what i expected in the price my only complaint would be a security guard that kept yelling at my friends and I while we were sitting on my rooms balcony having a conversation. Weird only because there were no complaints and he was allot louder than us.

"neat & clean"
Our room was in the older part which is six stories high and we were on the sixth floor. Our room must have been just done over so it looked very nice and was very clean. Considering that this must not be a real new building the up keep was very good. They had evidently just painted the steps going up and they looked very nice. "Mold?"
I stayed at the Sirata Beach Resort on Christmas Eve. While the location of the hotel, access to the beach, and the location of the outside bar were very convenient, the room itself left little to be desired. There was a very distinct smell of Mold in the room, the towels were, well, crusty. No coffee in the room, as advertised, and no ammentities like […] shampoo, soap were in the room. The mold smell was very disturbing, as it made it difficult to sleep, and had a very nagging cough for the next 3-4 days. "Ask for the Tower"
I thought we were booking a beachfront room in the tower section that is shown in the picture. Instead, we had a beachfront balcony on the second floor of the older section. Most of the rooms are motel-style with outside access. We wish we had reserved the tower/conference section because the other motel-style rooms tend to be noisy. "Excellent facility"
MYy wife and I shared the King suite with our adult son and the accomodations were very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much and would rebook if we are ever again in the St Pete beach area.
