Meget hyggeligt og velfungerende hotel. Fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til sight-seeing og shopping. Flere små rigtig gode restauranter 5 min. gang fra hotellet. Godt værelse/badeværelse når man tænker engelsk (London) standard. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vil bestemt bruge stedet igen.

Lille hyggeligt hotel med super god service. Hotellet er beliggende 5 minutter fra Paddington Station (på gåben) og herfra tager det kun 15 minutter med Express tog (20 min. intervaller)til Heathrow - terminal 3 - det er let. Hotellet har ingen restaurant, men i stedet 24 timers roomservice, hvor du bl.a. kan få serveret engelsk morgenmad (bacon, egg […] osv.) på værelset for mellem 10-15 pund. Man er tæt på Hyde Park / SoHo og for omkrig 10 pund i taxa komme til til fleste større attraktioner. Kan varmt anbefales !! fra vi stod ud af flyet til vi gik i Hyde Park gik der mindre end én time (hvor vi altså havde foretaget check in på hotellet). Læs mere

The hotel was lovely- small, well-kept and charming. We enjoyed tea in the lounge and free champagne in the evenings. The location was fantastic. The one complaint I have is that we didn't receive the wake-up call we'd requested but luckily I'd set my alarm anyway. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We arrived early and they welcomed us warmly with a cup of hot cappuccino. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well equipped except TV ridiculously small. In first night was no hot water. The continental breakfast was good. Internet was fast and with quality. Staff was very nice and professional. Most Recommended

Within easy walking distance (even with luggage) from Paddington Station, so no need for a taxi if you take the Heathrow Express from the airport. Friendly staff checked us in before the appointed time, offered coffee or tea, umbrellas and maps and stored our luggage after checkout the next day. Wonderful hotel in a great location and fabulous staff. Breakfast was delicious (and can be brought to your room for no extra charge), the room was very nice, spacious for Europe with a big bathroom and even a closet with drawer space. Very nicely appointed -- not an "old, run-down" place like so many in Europe, but very quaint and cozy. No hidden charges […] or surprises, except how nice it was for the great price I got!! Staff were very efficient & pleasant too. Location in terms of underground station was a plus. A relaxing lounge area with open fire was great coming in from the cold of London over the past week.

I stayed at the Royal Park Hotel for just 1 night on my way north for business, after the long haul flight from Australia. Arrived exhausted and in need of rest.I was greeted with a friendly smile, efficient service and a lovely room. Loved this hotel.. would love if this room was apart of my house.. after spending the last few months backpacking around the world.. this hotel was a very welcomed change to the 3 stars rated 4 that we had been staying in!

This four star provided warm and and excellent service. It is within walking distance of Paddington, which is great if you get in late or have an early flight. We'll definitely be back.

My partner and I only stayed for one night as a Valentines treat.... And what a treat it was! The hotel was stunning, staff lovely, the location perfect and the room was awesome.... I really can't say enough good things about this hotel and it is now our favourite London escape. We cant wait to go back!

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and great with our 4 yr old daughter who stayed there as well. My only negative is that I would of liked tea/ coffee making facilities in our room. Otherwise had a lovely stay

Wonderful service, ambience and location! Evening champagne by the fire in the parlor, was fantastic. The staff were helpful in so many ways, recommending neighborhood restaurants, helping get taxis, going the extra mile to make me feel at home and comfortable. Mini-bar was well-stocked. Linens soft, clean and oversized towels made the stay even more […] comfortable. In-room internet was fast and reliable. Hotel was in a nice, quiet location, walking distance from Paddington station. Although the staff was friendly, some were not familiar with the hotel policy regarding complimentary drinks, therefore, missed out on that. At breakfast they were understaffed and seemed as if one person was doing everything: cook, serve, clean, etc. We waited over an hour […] to have breakfast. Rooms are very small. I arrived at the Royal Park hotel but unfortuantely could not stay in the room I had booked due to some technical difficulites (a burst pipe I think). After a very long and tiring day it was not the best news to hear that they didn't have any space for me but the Manager was very helpful and had organised a solution already. He had booked me into another […] (more expensive) hotel 2 minutes walk away and allowed me to keep my car in their car park. He also offered an umbrella and someone to help with the luggage to the new hotel. I had nothing extra to pay and everything was sorted for me. We checked several sites, and found The Royal Park had high ratings. Our priorities are cleanliness, convenience, cleanliness, and cleanliness;-)There was a fire burning in the fireplace when we arrived, and we enjoyed coffee in the lounge area while we waited for our room to be prepared (early check in is possible on request!). The room passed our […] inspection very quickly. Our view was over a colorful "mew" (lane?), but other rooms have views towards Westbourne Terrace, a beautiful tree-lined street. On the weekend, the champagne was a welcome touch. We found the Lancaster Gate Tube Station (Central Line) to be very convenient for getting around London. You can pick up an Oyster Card, and replenish it periodically (Thanks, H!). There are several pubs within a short distance of the hotel, and many attractions a little further afield. The Royal Park Hotel is a beautiful hotel located just a couple blocks from the tube station Lancaster Gate and the Paddington Station which makes it extremely convenient to get to from the Airport taking the Heathrow Express for 19 GBP. We stayed for 2 nights and we were given room 606 which is on the main floor. The reception staff was very warm and […] welcoming. Our biggest issue was with the room itself. You could hear everything that was going on. From people walking in the room above us, to our neighbors packing in the early morning getting ready to check out. Another issue we had was that we were awoken by what sounded like a very loud pipe rattling near the bed. Also the AC was broken and when we informed the hotel staff they said they already knew about it but did nothing. Overall I would recommend this hotel as long as you get a good room. Læs mere

Lovely Hotel, very comfortable bed, nice flat screen TV in room and one of the most comfortable robes and slippers I've had in a 4 star hotel. Very nice touch to have a complimentary glass of champagne in the evenings, cookies and magazines on arrival in the room. A few negatives, I was not offered a welcome drink on arrival as stated on the website, […] which after a long journey would have been much appreciated. Also, I was surprised there was not tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It is the first 4 star hotel I've stayed in, in the UK, where this was not provided. It would have been nice to make a hot drink in the room to accompany the complimentary cookies. Also, the scrambled eggs I ordered for breakfast was a particularly small portion for £7 price tag. My stay was amazing. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Room service request were answered very quickly. I had a problem with the iron in the room and the manager bought me a brand new top! Identical and I must say it was from an expensive store in Notting Hill. My air-conditioning in the room was broken and I had a portable one […] in the room. This could have been a disturbance but the friendless of the hotel and the efficiency of service overcame any issue I could have had with it. Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The courtyard that allows for breakfast is great! While I prefer the SoHo area of London, I was very pleased with this location. Walking distance from both Paddington Station and Hyde Park.
