Had a nice experience at this hotel, the staff was helpful and pleasant. The pool and hot tub area was neat and clean, but lacked towels, however they were imediately provided once the problem was discussed with personal. Breakfast time was nice, the cashier was a little too distracted and had to many duties to perform. Busing tables, taking dirty dishes […] to the back, cashing people out, cleaning and setting up tables was a bit much for even the most hard working person. Her duties also included getting beverages for her customers and assisting in making sure the food bar was stocked adequately. "Problem ignored"
The hotel was fine - as far as cleanliness, amenities, etc. my complaint has to do with the air-conditioning and the lack of service. We were in town on business and were quite busy during the day. We noticed the first night our air-conditioning wasn't working. We hardly slept at all it was so stuffy in the room. The next morning before work, we told […] the lady at the desk. She assured us she would send "the engineer" up to take a look - never happened! We apparently were completely ignored. But, by the time we got back from a very long day of working, the last thing I wanted to do was spend time arguing about it. "AWESOME"
This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel for the Berea Oktoberfest and it has never been better. Staff are awesome and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. Although the cost has gone up a bit I would stay here again.

"sparkling clean"
This location was exceptional. We forgot toothbrushes and toothpaste and the front desk gave them to us. There was plenty of free parking. Great restaurants in very close proximity to the hotel. Good gym and indoor pool. I suggest Perkins for a quick, inexpensive breakfast.

I booked this hotel online and got a great price for a quality hotel. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway and i would highly recommend staying here if in the area
"Good but could be better"
Nice hotel, thebreakfast was the best part. May seem pricey at 10.00 but really worth it. The cook to order eggs are great. Hotel lobby and grounds are nice. Staff are friendly and professional. Drawbacks: no wireless access in rooms, available in the lobby but only wired access in rooms. Not great for those of us with iPads! The cleanliness of the […] rooms could be improved. I noticed a smoshed cracker by one of the beds when we first got the room. I pulled back the comforter each day making it really obvious but the maid never vacuumed it up. "Very disappointed"
I booked a romantic night away with my husband.We were looking for peace and quiet,and that is the last thing we got at our stay in this hotel.Our room was across from the elevator, which you heard a constant beeping as well as massive noise from people getting on and off! There were kids running up and down the hallway.There were people yelling from […] one room into another across the hall.Doors slamming.This all continued until 12 :30 am.If it wasn't for the long trip home, I would of packed up and left! We found that the motel was easy to get to and was a great place to stay. It was clean and roomy and we would stay there again.

Courtyard is conveniently near major highway - easy access to airport or quick trip to major events in Cleveland. Many choices of Food & shopping near by. Courtyard is well maintained & clean - Staff very friendly & efficent. A+

We had spent the previous night in another hotel in PA, for the same price, and it was of lower quality. The hotel is in a great location, it's clean, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere.
