Pænt og rent Hotel. Fin service, og tæt på lufthavnen. Noget kedeligt lokalområde, men som udgangspunkt fint til en gennemrejse.

I wasn't crazy about the check in process. The front desk staff was not friendly. The room was just ok--bed too soft, pillows not great and must have had a lot of dustmites as my allergies went crazy.

I had a problem being picked up at the Airport. I telephoned from the terminal and the receptionist told me to catch a bus to the Federal Circle. This I did, but waited for a while to be picked up. This was 1.00am A driver from the "Days Inn" came by. I asked if he was also from the Comfort Inn, he said no. So I went and sat on the bench. He took pity […] on me and dropped me off at the Comfort Inn. Given that I was in a strange city at one o'clock in the morning, it was pretty bad that I was not picked up quickly. Læs mere

We stayed here twice because our car was parked in the long term lot next door. Nothing fancy and food is only by delivery service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Good if you have an early or late arriving flight. Rooms are small and clean. Served the purpose.

Just one night, 'stop & go', shuttle service from-to airport good.

only problem---dirty old carpeting on 4th floor

You get what you pay for. Cheap price, but one of the worst I have stayed in. Room smelled, hallway ceiling had holes and waterstains. Very good front desk and airport shuttle service.

Non-descript accomodation which was all I needed as I had an early flight from JFK. I live in Boston, flew in the night before, and got up and went to the airport. The facility was clean and neat and obviously well cared for. They had breakfast in the morning, which was mostly ready before the shuttle left at exactly six AM. Good job.

The towels in the room were slightly damp. But the desk clerk was very courteous and professional. It was very convenient to my needs of international airport arrival. I do suggest that all employees be able to speak at least basic English. The breakfast worker was a pleasant woman, but spoke no English and could not understand the words "peanut butter" […] and a few other basic English words. I am not prejudice and resent any response to that effect, but this is the USA and employees in this country should be able to make the effort to speak our language. My father was an immigrant and had to learn English. He didn't find that to be unreasonable. Læs mere

The hotel itself has nothing around it with respect to restaurants or the like. However, they do offer a lift to another hotel to dine there which we could have used but we ended up catching the shuttle back to the airport and then going into Manhattan on the metro. Our room had a funky smell which we eventually got used to but not great on arrival. Compare with other Comfort Inn、this is smallrest room. There are sharp staires from street and to lobby, and font two staffs did not try to support for baggage carry in. So the impression was not good.

Room was cold; couldn't get the heating to work properly. Bed linen was covered in hairs; appeared to be dog or other animal hair; absolutely covered in it. Breakfast was good. Not my idea of 'comfort' but only for one night as we had an early flight. Wouldn't use this hotel again and would have been furious and complained if we were staying longer […] than a few hours. The guy at the reception desk was very nice ... but it doesn't change the fact that we found bed bugs. We left right away.

Stay was okay, good for the price and convenience of being close to JFK, good for one night stays.

I had to stay overnight to catch an early connecting flight out of JFK. Upon arriving JFK, take the AirTrain to Federal circle to catch the hotel shuttle. It's less than 5 mins away from the hotel. On the way back to JFK, the shuttle would drop you off right at your departure terminal - which is really helpful given that I had two huge suitcases. The […] shuttle drivers both ways were great and helpful. The room was clean and met average standard. Only down side is that my room was next to the elevator...some noise whenever it's moving up & down... Overall, I would recommend for a quick overnight stay near JFK. Læs mere

Great value at a very low price, which is what we were looking for as we arrived late and had to leave early am. The bed was probably the best we had slept in over the course of our 3 week trip.

we will never stay at this hotel ever again plus the custormer service was very poor.

I checked in late evening for an early morning next day. I was given a room on the 1st floor, and could hear every noise from the hallway and the lobby. The room was equipped with a window air-conditioning unit that was very noisy. Needless to say, I didn't get any sleep.

Yes it is basic but the free shuttle is good and includes a couple in the morning to the subway. The staff are helpful and the free breakfast is a nice bonus

I stayed at this hotel (Comfort Inn) for one night. It is very convenient because there is a shuttle that pick up at Federal Circle. They were very quick when picking me up. The service was great! The front desk lady was very helpful giving me directions to where I had to go.

the hotel room was flimflamed cleaned and many soil marks on floor & sheets. I didn't want to really sleep on the dirty sheets and blankets. A real bad experience & I felt at that point i would be safer sleeping under a bridge or freeway. Very Poor hygene.

The staff was very friendly hard to get around but very friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. I wish there was a little more moving room.

Simple, Clean, Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Had an overnight connection for a flight out of JFK. Had shuttle and free wifi in the room. Nice staff both at check in and when leaving. A bit pricy.

the hotel staff is friendly, they tried to help, most of them were very efficent. No complains even though the neighborhood is very lonely.

The overall stay was good. The staff was friendly and i got what i paid for. I would recommend it for short trips.

The hotel located minutes away from JFK airport which makes it very convenient choice if you need to spend a night waiting for a flight. Room is clean, complimentary breakfast is quite edible, parking is free and accsess from the highway is quite easy.

Room was clean and spacious enough. Hotel staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very adequate, I woud stay again. Unfortunately, things that you can't change are: 1. The limited and narrow parking spaces. 2. It's a sad thing that you see so many people waste the food, and are so inconsiderate of others. 3. That, many parents let their children come […] down by themselves, whereby making a terrible mess....and creating an uncomfortable setting for guests who wish to eat at the tables. Læs mere

Being close to JFK, hotel served great purpose as we had to pick up our daughter at 7am. Was during the heatwave and hotel's air conditioner struggled to maintain a reasonable temperature. Otherwise everything was fine and front desk staff were very helpful and courteous.

Do not stay at this hotel, the same management company owns other hotels just down the street that are so much nicer and cleaner! Only thing good about this hotel is it's location to JFK, although the other hotel has just as easy access!

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. If you can get any other hotel near JFK do this place is a terrible and dirty.

Stayed there only one night, and can't complain. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good. The airport shuttle worked well on the hour every hour, and it took only 10 min. to get to the airport. From the Hotel to downtown Manhattan with air train and subway takes about 1 1/2 hours, air train is 5 and subway 2.25 dollar, a cab would run around […] 60. Læs mere
