Generelt godt.. Personalet er hjælpsomt, når man har et problem. Udlåner gerne el-converter og paraplyer. Dejligt med køleskab på værelset og koldt vand på gangen. Dejligt med pubben, når det regner og til en sen øl. Tæt på South Station så man har et godt udgangspunkt til alle dele af byen både med metro mv. eller på gåben. Boston er en pragtfuld by. Vi havde 5 dage i byen med vores søn, hvorefter vi tog til Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH.

Velfungerende hotel med service minded front desk og rigtig god concierge. Rummene har meget passende størrelse med gode senge, A/C og gode badeværelser. Havde nogle problemer med A/C den ene nat men vinduet kan også åbnes delvist på værelset. God restaurant + bar i bunden af hotellet med glimrende morgenmad og frokostmuligheder med god stemning + masser af gæster i baren over weekenden. Hotellet ligger rigtigt godt placeret tæt på shopping muligheder og metro, og ligger også lige ved udgangen fra Boston marathon. Alt i alt et rigtigt godt valg til en Boston bytur.!

"Cheap and great hotel"
Nice hotel in a quiet area, a bit too far away from the center of Boston though. Big rooms, with everything you'll need for your stay. Both fitness room and pool were great. The breakfast was tasty and with lots of options. The daily cleaning of the rooms could have been better, but that was only a minor issue. Overall a very nice hotel, we really enjoyed […] our stay. Stayed with my family on the weekend. Suite was very roomy. The breakfast was very good. Pool was clean. everyone was very accomodating. I will stay again when in area.

The breakfast was really good. We had a dirty pan in the cubboard, but the staff immediately replaced it with a brand new set of pans. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front deck gentleman.

The rooms are very well appointed, it felt like you could move in and live there with the kitchen, etc. Comfortable bed, etc. Courteous staff. Would return and would definately recommend.

We were visiting Boston and Salem, and this hotel was nicely situated between both locations. The price was great, especially when compared to other hotels in the general area. I quickly discovered that hotels near Salem fill up and get expensive close to Haloween. The king bed in our room was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet (not […] something I find in a hotel very often). There were televisions in both rooms, and a counter in the kitchen area with an internet connection that was perfect for getting a little on-the-road schoolwork and done. Everyone that we encountered working at the hotel were friendly, polite and helpful, which was very nice after driving all the way straight from Richmond, Va. Breakfast both mornings was a nice surprise. I was expecting pastries and coffee, but they had eggs, pancakes, and all sorts of other goodies. Just a short drive away we found a shopping mall and several restaurants and shops. Our room had a kitchen if we wanted to prepare our own meals, but I never found a grocery store in the area (there must be one, though). I only had 2 minor complaints, and both did not detract from our experience. The first was the card reader at the back door near our room sometimes not reading our cards. The other was the shower drain being slow. Neither of these will stop us from staying here again the next time we visit the area. Læs mere
"The Homewood Suites was extremely nice"
I attended a conference in Boston. My daughter was with me. The conference was at a very large, nice hotel in downtown Boston, but that hotel did not have any rooms available to stay after the conference so I booked a suite at the Homewood Suites in Billerica. It was not in the heart of downtown Boston, but it really trumped the downtown hotel we stayed […] for the conference. The suite was very roomy, a closed off bedroom, a kitchenette and living area. All very neat and clean. A washer and dryer were across the hall from our room. The continental breakfast was very good with sufficient seating area and a wide variety of food. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. As I mentioned, it was not within walking distance to downtown or shopping (not a far drive), but rather located in a very pretty, quiet rural area which made it very relaxing. If I get an opportunity to visit the area again I will definitely stay here. I didn't mention that it was substantially less as well, probably due to not being downtown because in my opinion I would probably have paid more for the size, quality and overall experience. It was a very nice motel and all the employee's were very friendly and the breakfast was a good breakfast with lots to choose from no one should go away hungry. I would stay there again . There was 7 of us and had plenty of room . A Great Hotel
"NOT a great experience:("
Our family of 4 travels all the time, & this experienece just wasn't up-to-par. We were given the room under a resident (I was not even aware that people lived in these types of facilities) who was a nightmare. I went down to the front desk to complain at 1:30 a.m., & was told that the man above me "keeps unusual hours...he's up all night & sleeps all […] day". He paced with heavy-heeled dress-shoes (& yelled into the telephone) ALL NIGHT LONG. Why they would decide to place us under him, is a mystery to me. They did switch us to a different room the next morning, but when we entered with our key, it was clearly occupied! So, we were changed to yet a third room, which smelled like smoke. In addition, no one tells you that you will not be able to FIND this hotel. It's located in Billerica, but won't come up on your GPS unless you happen to discover that you have to type in the town of Belford. Oh, & the breakfast was horrible. I have never complained about a hotel before. We're not the type to only stay in 5-star establishments either. It's not that we're so picy...this hotel is just not up-to-par. "Great Hotel and great price"
Even though the hotel is located a bit away from Boston, 30-40 min, we enjoyed every moment of the stay. Kids loved the pool and breakfast. The rooms were clean and enough space for my two kids to get around. Perdo's is a nearby restaurant was excellent, deffinetely try their white sangria. Overall, I will stay there my next visit to Boston.

It was a good stay overall. Few issues, first the girl at reception had a real attitude. I arrived like 1 PM and she flatly said that no room will be available till 3:00 PM. I know that check-in is at 3:00 but most places accomodate you as the rooms become available. But she said that nothing will be available BEFORE 3. I guess all rooms magically gets […] ready at 3:00, all at once. Another, Hotel.com address shows it as Billerica but you can not find it on GPS. For GPS you should enter as Bedford. Hotel is real difficult place to find (even with GPS) since it is behind another hotel and you can not see it from outside road. Good breakfast. Hotel is very neat and clean, with very nicely furnished rooms. In an out of the way area, so you are not in a city atmosphere, which is nice at the end of the day. It is a 10-15 minute drive into the city each day so you need to plan for that, but very nice location if you don't mind being a little out of town. The hotel itself is very good and comfortable, the kitchen included gives you options to cook by yourself. Also the hotel located in a nice and quiet place. The parking is free too. One drawback is that it's 25minutes driving away from Boston downtown. And my Garmin didn't recognize the address well, I have to stop my car on the shoulder and compare […] my GPS with the printed google map. Not a big deal though. Everything is good. In addition to free breakfast every day, the hotel also provides free dinner on Mon-Thu. If there is one minor complaint, the bed could be a little more firm.

There is a very strong smell once you get in the room. We sprayed almost a canister of Lysol just to take it out. We thought it's only our room. When I wenty back to the lobby to request for a different room, I've noticed that it can be smelled in the entire building. Scent is from spices used for Indian foods. This hotel was very nice looking with high quality suites. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast....and it wasn't bad. I stayed with my wife and kids for two nights and had no complaints.

This hotel is very comfortable. The suite I got was HUGE and very clean. The electronic equipment (phones, TVs, Fridge, Microwave) were basically new. I loved the hotel as a whole. It was roomy. The pool was nice though the hot tub could use some updating. I was not too crazy about the breakfast. They had a hot buffet breakfast but they ran out of […] food very quickly and it took a while to fill so you had to wait for it. The food itself was not very good. The sorrounding area is filled with office spaces and not very close to a main city or town so do not expect to find night life or any food places in the vicinity. I loved this hotel so much that I set up for a group stay of about 12 couples to celebrate father's day there and everybody was very happy, and had a great time. The breakfast served there is just perfect. The only negative point is the lack of an outdoor pool.

"Nice but hard to find"
Overall this was a very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms were clean and the service from the hotel staff was good. The bad - the place is somewhat difficult to find. GPS can't locate it. Also, it's off the road behind a Hampton Inn and you can't see it from the road. The sign is minimal and burried amongst other signs. Great Latin themed restaurant […] (Pedro's) located walking distance from the hotel. Actually the restaurant is the best landmark to use if you get lost looking for the hotel. Læs mere

The hotel was just ok. The beds were comfortable. I expected a bit more than ok with the Hilton name attached. I would have thought the bathroom floor would be swept when the trash was emptied, and if the maid was going to put cups in the dishwasher I would have expected that she was running it...not putting dirty dishes with clean. Love the fact all the rooms are suites, it made traveling with our 2 young children so easy. It is close to downtown Boston, and many local attractions. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone heading to the Boston area.
When we got to the hotel, we were informed that the elevator was down for tiling. Not a big deal. Our room didn't have black out curtains and, within 5 minutes, we were upgraded to a 2 room suite. The rooms couldn't be nicer! Very nice! Billerica isn't a hot spot but everything is accessible by car in Boston.
"Comfortable Stay"
We were just looking last-minute for a decent place to stay with a decent price outside of Boston while we could tour the area. Luckily, I had read prior reviews regarding locating the place, which made me aware of what we could experience with trying to find it. I recommend using GoogleMaps vs. your GPS when driving, otherwise it could be confusing […] as our GPS didn't recognize the address. There was quite a bit of construction going on, but that was posted on their main website, so I couldn't complain. We were there three total days/nights and had a very comfortable stay. I was able to get use of the fitness center, which was great! Unfortunately the hot tub was broken, but the temperature of the pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was tasty with some of the same, yet different variety each day. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am a very big fan of the Homewood Suites Family, which is why I have already booked us rooms at one outside of D.C. later this spring. This hotel was exactly what I expected and more! It is in a perfect location, set back from the road and very quiet! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out!
