Godt hotel tæt på lufthavnen. Denne kan dog ikke høres på værelserne. Morgenmad var simpel men ok, gratis parkering ved hotellet. Personalet var ok som forventet. Værelset var rent og pænt og normal størrelse.

"Great Relocation Location!"
We were in town for a few days checking out places to live for an upcoming relocation. The Wingate is in an ideal location, convenient to the airpot, major expressways . . . and uptown (for some much needed house-hunting R&R)! They were doing what looked like a little renovation work (not that it needed it) while we were there, so the spa was closed […] . . . no biggie. Every evening, when we returned from our busy day, we found our room immaculate, just as we did when we first arrived. We highly recommend the Wingate to anyone coming to Charlotte, even if it's only for a long weekend. Læs mere

Although listed as an Airport Hotel, it is several miles from the airport and you never hear an airplane. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and engaging. The business center is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is near everything. Perfect for the business traveler. Can't beat the price for what you get.

We loved our stay at the hotel we will stay there again next visit. We are in Charlotte at least twice a year. Clean room, friendly staff, Chili's within a half mile.

"We will stay again"
This hotel is convenient, clean and the continental breakfast is very satisfying! The staff is friendly and this location offers the convenience of some business amenities on site. The price point is great for an economical stay. We will definitely be returning to this location coming in July and any other time we are to be in the Charlotte area!

I have stayed in many business hotels/motels and they are all pretty similar in price and amenities but this is a cut above the rest. The breakfast buffet had great variety and included fresh fruit for example - not just an apple or banana for take-out. Room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable - nice big flat screen TV. Stayed 4 nights and everything was great. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, fresh coffee, and juice available. This is a very clean & comfortable hotel. Easy to get to (right off the highway). Large rooms with nice amenities, including a fridge, microwave, and single cup coffee maker in the room. Unusually big continental breakfast spread in the morning with lots of quality options.

My husband and I were in Charlotte to attend a conference. The hotel was clean and convenient. The frre buffet breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts. The kingsized bed needs to be replaced. When we both were in the bed, it sagged. Would not expect this from a Windgate property.

I was in town for a short sports visit and the hotel was perfect for that. It was located just off the highway and very convenient for the short trip into downtown. Just passed the highway was south boulevard which gave us the option of a straight drive into downtown and checking out the local scenery. The hotel was clean and quiet. I selected this hotel completely unfamiliar with the Charlotte area. It was a GREAT selection. There were 2 rooms of us in our party. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable and all of the staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. We slept in the first morning, knowing we would miss the breakfast times. However, the lady in charge made sure we […] had something for breakfast, and was very sweet about it, suggesting different items. She even brought out the toaster for one of our party. Way beyond what was necessary. Another time, the lady at the front desk suggested a pizza place that would deliver to the hotel so we could watch the ball game there. She told us it was her favorite pizza, and she was right-on. It was delicious and delivered hot in short order. We would definitely stay here again. Læs mere

Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that I forgot my contact solution and my friend asked if they had any and they gave me some...I thought they were so nice until I got the bill and they charged me $10 for it! They should have told me there would be a cost.

Close to the airport, with easy access out and around the city. Very clean, the hot breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable.
