I've stayed in this Hotel 3 times in 3 years and it has consistantly maintained the highest degree of standards in the area of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The only thing that was somewhat frustrating about the hotel in my opinion was it was only accessible from one side of the road

I booked the hotel based on the ratings. Every request we had of the staff was handled quickly and with great service. The room was standard but adequate and clean. The indoor pool had several tiles broken and there was a lot of sand in the bottom of it, so safety was an issue. Pretty good place to stay. But I think every hotel should have sum kind of refrigerator

We stayed a week it was great other than the hot tub was cold the whole time we was there. the service was good and so was the breakfest.

One of the beds had stained steets on it and the balcony had pait peeling off the exterior wakks.

Hotel met the needs of my family of 4-two adults and two toddlers. For an older hotel it was clean and neat. We stayed here after staying in a new hotel and there is definately a difference. With that said, the breakfast was wonderful, the two pools were great-one is indoor and the other outdoor. The pools are larger than the pool at the newer hotel […] we stayed in. Room and bed is just basic, nothing fancy and no ultra soft fluffy pillows or bed covering. I like that the sink/counter is in the room and not in the room with the bath/toilet. One person was able to shower while someone else brushed their teeth or put on makeup (mom, not the toddlers:). Our girls did drop their sucker on the floor in the room and as a result had hair all over the sucker-that was kind of gross but I guess to be expected in a hotel room used by hundreds of people. It's in a good location. I loved that my room was ready early in the morning and my family was able to unload and then go to Dollywood for the day-our belongings didn't have to stay in a hot vehicle. The staff was very accomodating at allowing us to check in early, I needed extra towels a couple times during the stay and the staff delivered, they also brough a pack n play to me--which was an older, metal pack in play but did the job. We did have a white noise machine that we traveled with to keep noise from the hallway out of our room. I would stay here again. I would say this is a midrange hotel-it's not as nice as some Hampton Inns or Fairfield Inn and Suites I've stayed in but it's nicer than a Super 8. Læs mere

We were generally happy with our stay. We were mainly only there to sleep. We chose the location because it was close to main attractions without being right in among them. We got what we wanted --- a quiet comfortable room. I guess the only thing lacking was a mini-fridge.

Close enough to the Sevierville Event Center and Car Show. Hotel is older remodel that needs a new update. Lots of florescent / dim lighting, and outdated/aged surroundings. TV's are circa 80s/90s. Staff was very nice and breakfast standard. Pool very nice for kids. Can be a good value, but go newer unless you have no choice.

this hotel is a non smoking facility, but when i checked in they gave me a room on the outside of the building so i could go out to smoke. this wasn't necessary but i really appreaceted it.

The employees at the hotel were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel is located a short drive away from all the attractions, which keeps noise to a minimum. This hotel is not a new building, but the staff keeps it clean and they are very helpful. There is a washer and dryer on site. I have no complaints.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT!!! our room was well stocked and clean. The pool was awesome and their breakfast was waaaay better than expected(biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker). We've stayed many places in the area and this was by far the best. Plus with hotels.com we saved a bundle. thanks hotels.com Eddie and Natasha

We enjoyed our stay except we didn't say anything about no Microwave or Refrig and beds were firm. On check-out they said they would have tried to accommodate us with all these items, so next time we'll keep that in mind. All else was fine and close to all points of interest.

There is traffic between this hotel and Gatlinburg due to construction but it was still a great place to stay. Rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.

Overall the place was great other than the musty smell in the room as if closed up for a long time...a great smoke free hotel .....staff were friendly and helpful...a very nice visit...I would go back....

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, our room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool. However, if you're looking to enjoy Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or the national park, I'd recommend staying somewhere further in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Hotel and staff was very nice,the only issue was the spyder webs and some bugs.They may need to have the exterminator to pay them a visit. The road construction between Kodak and sevierville is a pain but I know that the hotel has no control over that.All in all it was a good experience.

The hotel was clean but too far away from all the attractions in the area. The bathroom was too small and I didn't realize when I made the reservation that this hotel allows pets. We were awake half the night listening to the sounds of dogs barking.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The maid that cleaned did an excellent job and was friendly and courteous.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. A very dog friendly hotel. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Was ok for price. They said 2 Queen bed suite. Just a room with 2 Queen beds and love seat. Construction in area made for long drive times to Attractions.

Overall, the hotel was exactly what we needed. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't use. Continental breakfast was more than enough.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's a very nice hotel with decent prices. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help make your stay more enjoyable and to help meet your needs. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was about a mile off the interstate and out of the very busy areas. But within a easy drive of all the tourist spots. you could drive to those areas then go back to your hotel where it was quiet and easy to get in and out of the parking lot, hotel was clean enough and breakfast was good. This hotel was clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed both pools. (inside heated, and outside) The hotel staff are not only knowledgable of the area, but are very nice. We were just traveling through. We got this reservation because it was pretty inexpensive. The hotel staff was great and the room was clean. We used the indoor and outdoor pools (well the kids used the outdoor. It was too cold for me...) The included breakfast buffet was well stocked. Great place to stay!

Stayed there for one night. Since its a little away from town very quite, good breakfast and helpful staff.

The place is ok for the price. Very nice friendly staff. ZERO cellphone coverage though and a cabride into town is $10. No shuttle bus. Good breakfast and AGAIN friendly staff

I liked the lacation- off the main road- was nice and quiet. The breakfast was first class and the attendants were more than eager to help and kept everything very clean. Would definately stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and had the nicest staff. I chose to stay here after reading other feedback that was positive from other guest who've stayed here. My husband and I really liked it and will stay again in a few weeks.

This was a change from staying in a cabin. But the convenient location helped with our plans to attend an out of town wedding. Staff helped out and breakfast was satisfactory.

This hotel was in excellent condition and had very knowledgeable and friendly employees. The warm, indoor pool was welcome and relaxing recreation after our drive to get there. Only two small drawbacks: it's a bit far from the attractions […] (a drive to Gatlinburg took a minimum of 45 minutes to go 17 miles - terrible traffic up there) - but that's also a plus in a way: it was quiet and peaceful to stay there (no late night parties or loud music to disturb you). Everything was good with the exceptions of the mattress really needs to be upgraded- it was like sleeping on cardboard on the floor and the air conditioner unit blows right on you and the outside vent did not work right.

This hotel was off the highway and in a great spot. Right outside of Pigeon forge, you did not have to hear all the cars driving by at night, sirens going off or anything. The furniture was very comfortable and the free breakfast was outstanding.
