room was very clean and comfortable the only problem was there was no hot water luke warm at its best

Great location, very good service but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the late guests arriving next door; we could hear their conversation, even heard someone snoring in the middle of the night. It kept us awake! Would recommend some remediation to the soundproofing of the walls!

Excellent hotel. Only one minus. Check in was slow, and not on time. I was made to wait for check in behind a wedding party that wasn't there yet. Not happy with that.

We were in a room at the end of a hallway. the beds were up against the next room's beds. the first clue that the hotel knew of the problem was when we could not turn up the tv and we could not hear it over the air conditioner. then our neighbors got into their room. they were having a party. now, mind you, it may not have even been loud, since we could […] hear them talking and could hear their tv. then they went to bed and you can guess what we had to listen to all night! so... they can spend all of the money they want on the rooms, but they were too cheap to put anything in the walls for privacy. i will never stay there again and i have filed a complaint with the company on this matter. I was put in a room that was next to a Jaccuzi Suite and the sound of the motor was so loud it woke me up in the morning, and kept me up. #2 Four High-School aged boys were roaming the hotel for quite a long time....I assumed they must have been staying at the hotel. They were obnoxious and unmonitored and the staff did nothing to stop them.

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Eggsellent breakfast bar included with room. Very friendly staff. Will stay there again. A+

I've stayed often at this facility and have generally been pleased. On this occasion my business required a weekend stay and the service was mediocre. I asked for a first floor room or one near the elevator because I was anticipating carrying some large boxes in and out of the facility; I was told by the man at the counter that this was impossible […] and was assigned a third floor room at the end of the hallway. I assumed the place was full, but later found it to be quite the opposite, so I wonder if this employee's seeming indifference was the reason. I also had some issues with the desk confusing my wake-up call, but was able to sort it out. My only other issue was that the hot breakfast items were poorly cooked; scrambled eggs extremely overdone and the sausage tasted as if it had been re-heated several times. One other suggestion is that the hotel consider replacing the bedside lamps with ones capable of handling higher wattage bulbs; the ones there were not conducive to reading at all. Again, I've had a good many pleasant stays here, but I must say I've decided the Hampton next door will be my choice on subsequent trips. Læs mere

hotel conveniently located .. easy access to highway. right next to a starbucks. room was great, staff very attentive, we had an excellent experience. would definitely stay there again.
