This hotel was great from the minute we saw the area to the front desk help to the room when we opened the door. Shopping and restaurants are right there-you can walk to Macaroni Grill or On the Border, Jamba Juice, Cold Stone Creamery,IMax cinema, numerous chain shopping stores. I am temporarily handicapped and do not have a parking placard. However, my wife had to park the car at a car wash down the street because the lot was full. There were some rather unsavory characters on her way back. Other than that, the stay was great.

Great location and very comfortable. Will stay there again!

Great Hotel, very professional, clean and spacious room...Close to our event and close to restaurants and freeways.....Highly Recommend this location. Four-Five Star Rating in our experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The room was spacious with a bed that was comfortable with excellent pillows ( a must). Great place if you have children (they would love the Continental breakfast). Loved the room. I enjoyed the view of the street at night from my room is was relaxing. I was disappointed when I got to the hotel to check in at 3 which is check in time and they tried telling me they didn't have any rooms clean yet. Really come on now I had my reservation booked a week in advance and check out time was 12. How long does it take to […] clean a room? Our hotel stay wasn't bad, but I wasn't overly thrilled. The staff was unfriendly. The blankets on the bed were thin and there were no extra blankets, so I was cold all night. The room was neat and clean, but the free breakfast area was a disaster. We didn't even attempt to eat anything when we saw what a mess the room was. Comfortable, modern hotel in middle of shopping center. Hotel nice but the breakfast is minimal. Nearby restaurants are mediocre. Price was right.

Friendly hotel, nice rooms

The large room was able to handle all 5 of us. Free wifi kept all the kids happy. Good breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly.

My husband and I had a great time while up in Dublin/Pleasanton. The hotel is very nice, price reasonable, friendly staff, perfect location, close to good food choices, shopping, the mall, movie theater, etc...We will definantly stay at this hotel again!

I am very please with the hotel except the bed is too soft. The room setting of the hotel is more lien toward to Elderly which is very good. But I belived the soft bed is not good for the eldetly person. The price is very reasonable and affordable.

This hotel is located in Hacienda Crossings, which is a center full of shopping, dining and movies. We went expecting to spend a quiet NYE (without baby) and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, large and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. Not much in regard to food and beverage options at the hotel itself; however, […] it wasn't necessary with all of the dining options within walking distance. The hotel was conveniently located close to Bart, right off of the freeway and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

Best hotel we have stayed in. This was our trip to San Francisco, we loved the location of the hotel and service of the hotel. We will be staying here next time we come to SF.

Great place to stay for a quick "Daycation". I will do this again!!

Overall very nice place. PROS: Clean, friendly staff, convenient. CONS: Limited parking, can be somewhat noisy since it is in a mall.

Overall this hotel is the nicest place to stay. I will definitely chose this hotel over any other hotel. Breakfast overall is simple cereals, fresh fruit, juices, toast, donuts, and coffee. Priced just right.

Hyatt Place is always good choice. In every city, this hotel seems to be same, and shows so good service. This location is very good choice for San francisco & Yosemite national park.

This is a nice hotel with a great staff. The only minor downside was that there were no vending machines for small snacks. There is a mini-mart next door, so no worries. Very nice!

Very people and workers very clean

The Hyatt Place in Dublin was a great place to stay. The hotel is new and the service was great. I was there on business, so I didn't use all of the amenities. My only minor compliant is the walls are a little thin, and it is easy to hear people next door, especially if it is an adjoining room, but it was minor, and I certainly didn't lose any sleep. […] I would recommend the Hyatt Place to anyone wanting to stay at a nice place at a decent price. This was a great hotel to stay it. A group of 10 or so stayed here while attending the Giants game in the city. The staff was really great. They quickly shuttled us to the bart station which was only a few blocks away. Overall, the room was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. Nice room layout..great customer service..in a shopping area with tons of food options, movies and more! I rented to go to other bay area locations...super close to BART!

We were very comfortable here, there were minor things that would have been nice to have, such as some lotion and shower cap, but for the most part, it was a great place to be. They had shampoo, conditioner, soap and toothpaste. I had to ask for a hairdryer, guess it was missing as they said it's usually in the room. The water was soft, so that was […] a nice shower, and they enough towels for both of us, not the standard 3, but 4 bath towels. nice! The gym was great, too, they had 2 treadmills, an eliptical and a bike if I remember right, and they had little tvs in the equipment and free disposable headphones to use. Just a fantastic hotel, and well worth the little extra we paid. Complimentary continental breakfast, beverages, mixed fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels, etc. if you want eggs or sausage, it cost extra, but most guests went without. Læs mere
