i have to stay in town several times a month on business and this is the best hotel i have found for the money. hotel entrance was nicely located at stop light, the staff was very professional and there was a waffle house 2 bldgs down. the area was quiet - allowing me to stay focused on my work, but still only blocks from the stores. the room was clean, […] comfortable and well stocked. however, the key had to be reprogrammed and the cable channels were almost null (only 12 channels and 2 of those were home shopping). the coffee area rocked (it had regular; decaf; tea; and hot cocoa - women like this) the desk area was big enough to spread out and work. i think the shower curtain was on backwards and this made it sort of hard to close unless you are at least 5'6". a full length mirror would be have been nice (again a height issue). the room had 2 mirrors, make the second one full length, that's all i'm saying. overall, i would stay here again on other business trips. Face it. A 5 star hotel Red Roof is not but for the price you cant beat it. Very close to quick eats. Room comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

I was able to take an easy 3 mile run and felt safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great economy lodging without a gym!!!!

The outside of the hotel was not attractive and looked like a dive. The room was clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. Comfortable for the low price

It was a clean, comfortable room at a very affordable price. No complaints.

We had an emergency with my grandson and this motel was the most hospitable I have ever seen. The young lady working the night we checked in was the kindest, sweetest, sincere person and was willing to help me with another stay if we had of needed it. Thank you Red Roof Inn for the best motel experience of our lives.

After staying at a Red Roof Inn in Raleigh a couple of years ago, I thought I would have no problems at this hotel. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The front desk person didn't really have an idea of how to check people in (might have been new to the job) and there was only one person there. I liked the room, however, you are missing a flat screen tv, a microwave, a refrigerator for medicine, a swimming pool, het it cost the same as comparable hotels in the area that have these items. Very limited stay at this hotel.

I only stayed one night but I was totally satisfied with the experience. The location was close to the event I attended. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Price was right as well. Good choice for short term stay.

Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke & the front desk clerk let me check out 5 other rooms & they either smell like smoke or something wet & soil.

Great place if you need a lady of the night or drugs. I'm pretty sure with all the women who were hanging out outside and the amount of traffic that came into the room below me this was an update of Alice's Restaurant..... anything you want.

I stay in this hotel whenever I'm in the area for leisure. It's nothing fancy, but you get a great room for the money. It's always clean and comfortable.

If it weren't for the prostitute in the lobby, i'd say this was a fine hotel. Had I not seen her, I would have no problem reccomending this hotel as a fine hotel.

This may seem nit picky, but a hotel/motel without a coffee-maker and hair dryer is really cutting corners. Clientele appeared to be a little rough around the edges. I did park my car where I could see it from my room (when you get old you get a little paranoid). Good news! There's a Waffle House just up the road.

Great place! Very clean and newly remodeled (or at least looked that way inside). Not much to look at from the outside, but spotless bathroom and room inside! I'm very picky about bathrooms and this one was better than hotels I've paid twice the amount I paid here.

We stayed here because most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked (it was graduation weekend at various area universities). The room was clean, and everything worked - pretty much what you would expect from a budget hotel chain. Pro: cheaper by a few dollars. Cons: Nonsmoking room smells smoke and has ashtray; did not clean room for 2 days without prior notice; neighborhood and hotel did not feel safe; employees did not know to be polite; no hot water boiler in room, no breakfast offered, one employee's promise could be easily cancelled by another.

Great price, quiet surroundings, nice staff.

We were there to pick up our daughter from college and attended a graduation the day before, and the hotel was appropriate for what we needed it for. We had no issues or problems and we would recommend it to others.

The non-smoking room had been smoked in, when pointing this out I got no help or excuse, they were fully booked. The lamps outside my room were not working so the entrance was not lit and I did not feel safe staying there.

For the money spent it wasn't bad, the only thing I wish the bathrooms were a little bigger it felt like we were in a closet, very tiny.

The neighborhood location appeared to be great, but very far from anything of interest. I found myself driving about 20-25 min to get anywhere. The hotel outside looks bad, but the inside rooms are fine. The price got my attention and the reviews were consistent. We really enjoyed our stay here. We knew we would not be in the hotel for long except to sleep so were looking for basic but homely which is exactly what we found. The staff were friendly, welcoming and really helpful and the room was very comfortable - it did not have a fridge etc, nor did the hotel include breakfast, but we didn't need any of that […] and as a bonus they had coffee etc unlimited in reception all day. Great location - good for the money, no frills. A little stinky, but I think it was mildew from the air unit. Pillows were very good, but the linens smelled like they were dried too hot and had a little bit of burnt aroma. Overall, though, good for the money.
