This was by far the nastiest motel I have ever seen the da** bed was sitting on a wooden box frame the mattress looked like Sumo wrestlers had been laying on it. It looks nothing like the pitcures on the website if your looking for CHEAP! this is it. Did not stay here it was aweful!!!!

Use this place only in an emergency! The room smelled terrible. The lumps in the mattress were larger than the pillows - which also smelled. I had to call the front desk for a tv remote....after I figured out that the room phone did not work I called on my cell. It was a great adventure that I could have done without.

Worse hotel I ever stayed in. The service was not bad. The hotel needs alot of improvements. The curtains have burn holes in it as well as the shower curtain. The bathtub had a very slow drain. The water started out of the shower the color of rust. The sheets was not tucked in the bed. Not a big deal but it made a difference since room service did not […] come by to clean up the room. There was 3 guys outside the buildings asking people for money. It was funny that they said they rather ask than just rob people, so you kinda got a hint. I recommend stay away at all costs. We didn't have a remote control for the TV and they said they know, some of the rooms are missing them. Seems like a simple replacement. But it was very convenient to going to watch the Texas Rangers play. And very affordable. And it was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I am no stranger to cheaper than normal hotels, however, I was not prepared for this one. There were no toiletries, including toilet paper. My room was a smoking room, yet included nothing to 'ash' in. I passed a man smoking marijuana on the stairs to my room. Very bad area! The sheets were uncomfortable and paper thin and looked uncleaned (stains). […] There were also only 2 sheets. My booking said a queen size bed was in the room, but only 1 twin size was available. The TV was a box TV with TERRIBLE reception and the stations were labeled incorrectly. The shower was very small and there were no clean towels available. There was a small kitchen, but the appliances did not seem to work properly. I did not sleep at all because of bed bugs and an AC unit without a knob to turn it off. I expected a less than par hotel, but this took the cake. Only book this hotel if you want to walk to a local attraction or game. If not, you will save much more staying somewhere else and not have the terrible experience. Læs mere

The location was perfect according to where i had to attend my function. The quality of my hotel room was not comfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable, the lighting in the room was dark. This hotel shows pictures of lovely, clean rooms, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Asked for non smoking and it was absolutely not. Asked front desk to change to non smoking and manager insisted that was non. Dirty from top to bottom-refrigerator contained red juice running down and filling crisper drawer. Stove burners covered in dirty […] food covered aluminum foil. Bathroom tub, toilet, sink all dirty, stained and mildewy. Towels were once white but now dingy, threadbare, and grimy gray. Bedspread was filthy and caked on with who knows what-asked for a clean blanket, manager said they have no blankets as it is hot in Dallas. Curtains slashed with knife, outlets broken, and hole punched in wall. Rug filthy and full of cigarette burns and window sill had cigarette ash on it. Oh, don't forget that great breakfast that was included. A box of stale cornflake, fake orange juice, and coffee. I am so disgusted with this property. When I arrived I was given a room that was filthy. There were burn marks on the furniture and blatant stains everywhere ie, bedspread, carpet ect.... I also had to call the front desk to get toilet paper as there was none. I could not take a bath or shower because the tub was black and it was just disgusting. I […] only got about 2 hours of dosing done because I was scared that my car would be stolen. Upon check-in we had to have them come clean the bathroom as it was filthy from the previous people. Even then there was thong panties left hanging in the bathroom when we arrived later. The room took all night to cool down and there was somehow access to porn on the tv as my wife flipped channels. And a porn dvd left on top of the TV. Overall bad  […] experience. Læs mere

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Nasty and outdated. I was afraid to sleep in the bed with the nasty sheets. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. AWFUL!!!!!!

I called hotels.com and attempted to book a room because I decided last minute to stay in Dallas on Memorial day weekend. We initially went to buy a car but decided to stay so we could visit six flags. We called them up and the agent was very helpful. He found the closest hotel with vacancies. Again it was memorial day weekend so we did not have many […] options. When we arrived there was a water bucket in the lobby to catch water from some kind of leak in the roof. We were then given our room key and went to our room on the second floor. The room smelled like 4 sumo wrestlers had a battle royal texas four way title match. The room was extremely gross and when we asked for a change of room we were told that everything else was booked up. I can understand it being memorial day weekend and all but the smell was horrible and I will never in my life rent a room in this hotel ever again. If I have to drive 20 minutes in any direction to find a room I would preffer to do that then stay at this hotel again, Læs mere

A TOTAL RAT HOLE

Hotel was cheap but ok to stay in. Don't expect much for the money. Beds are hard as rocks and there was never any hot water for a shower. No remote for the tv either.

DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! The bed sheets were stained. The bathrrom was disgusting. The carpet was gross. Our beds were two different levels. The location was great for our plans but won't be staying there ever again.

Unfortunately this was the only place available at the time we were in Arlington. The world series was playing the same weekend. The walls had God only knows what smeared across them. Hard beds and flat pillows. We were afraid to even get under the covers. We asked for more towelsand they told us they were out. Next time I will drive 30 miles out if the way if I have to for a decent room! If you have small children I REALLY don't suggest you stay here. This hotel is located very close to Cowboy Stadium, Ranger's Ball park and Six Flags. The access to SH 360 was extremely helpful. While the hotel is undergoing renovation, the room was clean and comfortable. They were kind enough to install a bar for hanging up clothing. Their breakfast was a joke. Only cereal, two kinds, orange juice, toast and coffee. Expected more out of this nice looking hotel. Address needs to be updated. Wasn't easy to get to or find. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Would never recommend this to anyone. Upon arriving everything in registration was fine, but entering our room it was obvious someone had been smoking in our nonsmoking room (probably for years). We asked for another room but they didnt have another "non smoking " room. So the teller just happened to have […] a bottle of room air freshner sitting on the counter (I took it that this is a common complaint). I had to walk to the lobby to do all of this because the phone in the room didn't work. There were holes in our sheets, tile missing around the bases in the bathroom, the tub was covered in old caulking which they didnt bother to remove after changing the surround around the tub. Beds to soft and springs come thru covering. No tray inside the microwave to place food containers on - could not rotate foods. Air conditioner way to noisy and with many ratting noises. Bathroom towel bar / storage rack ready to fall off wall. Holes in bedspread cover. Desk chairs too low and leaning back can lead to falling out of it.

a/c didn't work for at all asked for new room but was told that the a/c took time to cool down room.the room was hot all night

Location was good, staff wasnt very helpful, and rude. I was extreamly exhausted when we arrived for check in, tried to check in a little early because i didnt think i would make it another hour with out at least a nap, a small error had been made on reservation so it took 30 minutes to check in. Other than that hotel was okay for the price.

The room was unsatisfactory & old; needed major renovations. The bathroom was dirty & was obviously in the middle of being upgraded. There were holes in the bed linens & the mattress was very, very uncomfortable, unbearable… I could feel the mattress springs. Worse night sleep I have ever had. Hotel staff were friendly enough, but the rooms were terrible! Stained carpets smelled, bed covers had holes in them, kitchen & bath were not cleaned at all, roaches in the bathroom! Lamp & microwave in kitchen didn't work because there were no recepticles to plug them into. How do they stay in business?

close to cowboys stadium, taxi service provided to and from game under $30. good service overall.

The hotel was clean. It is convenient to all of the Arlington hotels. Six Flags, the Ballpark, Cowboys stadium, etc. Nothing fancy at all. If all you need is a place to sleep, it is fine for an overnight stay.

We rented 2 rooms during the same weekend. In this room, we had no problems. The room was clean, we saw no bugs, the airconditioner worked, the television worked, the staff was friendly. Overall, for the money spent, it was an OK room. Very close to local attractions in the Arlington area

In the picture, this hotel LOOKED nice. We arrived 30 minutes after dark and no lights were on. While checking in, the front counter clerk did not speak or understand English very well. We recieved our room key and had to walk around the hotel parking lot to find our room because the clerk couldnt tell us where our room was located. Upon unlocking and […] trying to open the door, the door would only open about 2 feet and then would wedge against the floor and get stuck. The room was VERY dirty and smelled musty. There was no switch panel on the air conditioner and no lightswitch plates. The remote to the TV did not work and the bed was broken and slanted from left to right. The bathroom was discustingly dirty and the bathtub was almost black. My wife and I decided that this room was unacceptable and went back to the office to trade out rooms. The clerk was very rude with me when I told him of all the problems with the room. He searched through his computer for a few minutes and handed me another key. He assured me that this room had been remodeled and everything was new. Upon entering the new room, it looked and smelled just like the first room. The floor in this room was disgusting and the bed was VERY outdated. You could feel all the springs in the mattress and it would pop and squeak with any movement. The toilet still had dried urine on the bowl from the previous occupant. There were several burn holes in the comforter but the sheets were clean. There was no iron, coffee pot or any other normal ammenity that you would find in any other hotel. My wife and I did not sleep very well because of doors slamming all night and you could hear peoples voices and moaning coming from adjoining rooms. I kept the window curtain slightly open so that I could keep an eye on my vehicle. We did not feel safe in this hotel and I would not recommend even staying one night here. couldn't open the door (from either side) a/c didnt have a panel so didnt know if it was heat or cold, toilet wobbled, water pressure was terrible, only 2 towels and a washcloth, bed broken, floor beside bed gave when stepped on, remote to tv didnt work... want me to keep going? kinda wish i could get my money back...

i would say, you get what you pay for... but... all i care about when i get a motel room is a bed and a shower, even this wasn't worth what we paid for. the bed was broken, the toilet wobbled, there were 2 towels and a wash cloth, the floor by the bed was worn, the airconditoner didnt have a panel so we didnt know which way to turn the knob to get cool […] air, the door was broken (no security lock either). great location, that's about it tho... yeah, not cool! I was very impressed with the room. It was clean and comfortable. When we needed an extra blanket for our son we recieved one with no problem. I would recommend this hotel to others

We wanted to be close to a conference and not pay the expensive room rate at the event location. This hotel has a great location and a great price. If you're looking for ambiance or a high class joint, this is not it. Just the basics for just the right price. The bed was comfortable but needed more pillows. The tub needed to be clean better. Overall, a nice, clean, comfortable room for the price I paid.

The hotel is great for its price. one thing the beds are OLD and not comfy.. would recommmend changing beds and everything would be great

We killed multiple roaches in our room. There were no hangers, no iron, no ironing board, and no hairdryer!! What kind of place has none of those things?? And, again, bugs!!!
