Manager was RUDE, Armondo or something like that. Dirty bathroom and did not have our requested king bed, very unapologetic I might add. We left within 20 minutes of arriving, will never go back.

Very nice hotel. Had the place almost to myself! Kind of 'out of the way' but easy to access. I will stay there again next time I'm in Fort Worth.

Although we were satisfied with the dining staff and location to where we needed to be for the trip, customer service overall is lacking. A fixture in the room (door mirror) nearly fell on my daughter just as we were getting situated in the room. I brought the issue to the attention of one of the staff, but the item rested outside the hallway and was […] never fixed. The following morning (Sunday) the hot water in the shower was not working. I brought up the issue to the attendant, but it was not resolved. After some questioning and seeing that my wife was irritated, the attendant gave her two vouchers for breakfast. Keep in mind that we waited nearly 1 hour before giving up on the shower. I would understand lack of response to fixing the shower if the hotel was crowded, but it was not a busy time early in the morning. Further more, when my wife contested a charge to on the credit card, the attendant was not helpful. The charge derived from the breakfast and coffee while waiting for the shower to be fixed. This location should not be a property that crown plaza owns. The lack of a good atmosphere and customer service brings down the great brand that Crowne Plaza is all about. Læs mere

The hotel was nice, with an exceptional lobby. Desk staff was pleasant at arrival and departure. The room was very clean and comfortable, with the knock-out item being a king sized Sleep Number bed. The shower curtain bar was coming loose, but that was the only less-than-perfect item in the room. Room service arrived promptly in the evening (my ice […] cream hadn't melted a bit, yay!) and the morning breakfast buffet was fresh, well-stocked, and maintained by two waitress who kept the hot coffee coming. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub, but the area looked nice enough. The only inconvenience was the location. Everything was well labeled, but you had to go south then turn around at the next exit to go north, or you had to go east before turning around to go west. Annoying, but not a deal-breaker. I had great weekend at this hotel. It was quiet, I LOVED the sleep number bed and the bar was pretty awesome. Very classy lobby, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I would stay here again if I plan to go back to downtown ft worth!

Lobby was updated and beautiful but the rooms were older and stuffy feeling. Hallways to rooms were dark and stuffy. Entrance was smelly! The only reason I stayed once I walked to my room was because I had prepaid. I checked out 1 day early by 10:00 am and could not get a refund for the last night. Room service was not even close to worth the price. […] Should have had pizza delivered. The only thing nice about this hotel was the renovated lobby. Not good part of town either. Læs mere

We stayed for two nights and three days. The location was convenient for our needs and a friendly staff. They even allowed our dog to stay with a small deposit.

I had to switch rooms 2 different times due to maintence needed in the rooms. Not satisfied at all

Despite it's being farther from the Cultural District than I would have liked, the hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. Hotel staff were courteous and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and the waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Although technically South Forth Worth is a part of Fort Worth, if you want to stay near anything Fort Worth, this is not that close. The surrounding area is basically imdustrial and a few projects, not really safe feeling. That aside, the free wireless was non-existant and the one elevator was broken the first day we were there, so we had to walk our […] bags down 6 flights of stairs, not a nice wake up. My name is Phyllis Wright and for my birthday weekend I had a stay at the crown plaza. It was wonderful. I relaxed and really enjoyed myself. My stay was great as usually. Thank you crown plaza staff.

I attended a conference at this hotel and stayed at the same hotel for convenience. It is clean and comfortable and the staff is fantastic! The restaurant is good too. I would stay here again if I have a reason to be in this area.

I booked the hotel several days before we arrived and asked for 2 double beds and got 1 bed for 4 people. The bathtub would not drain and got stopped up not to mention the water didn't get very warm to take a comfortable bath. Everytime I turned on the bathtub water or flush the commode I could hear a horrible squeaking noise and I could hear the same […] noise from the rooms next door. Læs mere

It is a great hotel if you are here on business. Although there is only two ice machines on two floors and I was on the 5 floor, which did not have one. I had to go to the second floor to get ice. Needs a little bit of repairs, but overall good hotel

Few things about this hotel which are big issues in my book. The plumbing was backed up when you took a shower the tub would fill up with water and also dirt and hair from whoever was in there before you, and it didn't drain they tried to fix this a few times but couldn't. Also they have a sleep number bed but its like an off brand bed and it was extremely […] uncomfortable. Last but not least the air condition didn't blow very cold, and being in Texas where its usually 100 degrees + in the summer time is not good. Breakfast is way over priced for what they give you. $9.95 for eggs and some bacon. You can eat as much as you want of it, but theres noway you can eat 10 bucks worth of eggs and bacon. Ok thats all. The service was very good but with the hotel under construction so it is not a place to stay to get away from it all. In our room in white paint written across the wall in big letters was JESUS. That was kind creepy. There is only 1 light in the bathroom and it is over the sink so when you are in the shower it is very dark.

We did have one problem but I don't think it's fiar to go too far with that. A metal sliver was jutting out from a mirror and my wife caught her finger on it. Not pleasant but the hotel fixed it and gave us a complementary full breakfast. Other than that, it was a decent hotel in a nice area. Not much around though.

I reallly love the Crowne Plaza, and this last visit as actually my second time being at the hotel. I love it because they are really handicapped assessable. I loved the adjorning rooms for me and my handicapped daughter. I have yet to have a bad stay.

Room was adequately cleaned. The room was large, and had a microwave & fridge, but the bathroom was extremely cramped. Sleep number beds are not wonderful if you don't know what number you want. Pillows were so full, we awoke with sore necks. Be prepared to face a rather questionable neighborhood. Lots of warning signs in the parking lot about vehicles […] and valuables. Desk & chair were great. It appears this is an older property falling behind in their upkeep. Læs mere

Pretty,Texas sized large fountain and walkway in lobby. large vanity top with magnifying mirror and coffee maker . nice business desk, lights, good chairs and ample plug-ins for laptop. wanted but didn't get to use work-out room. coffee and tea but no free breakfast.
