Staff and Hotel.com service was exemplary. I would definitey utilize hotel.com in the future.

The room was beautiful. Areas were nicely divided. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It was good for the price and simply a place to sleep after a long night on the town. This is right next to a Marta station so, it can be a little noisy, but after a night on the town, you may sleep right through it.

The room I was in had a thermostat seemed to be able to control room temperature so I set it to the right temp before going to sleep. In the middle of night, I was awaken by the coldness of the room. They do have an AC in the room but was short-circuited intentionally. So do check out the AC when you get a room.

Hotel corridors on my floor stank of cigarette smoke - even on the non-smoking end of the hallway. Odd elevator smell. No business services - no center, no print capability, nothing. Very basic. No maid service -not even refreshing, during my 2-night, 3-day stay.

The front desk guy was very nice. The water temperature could've been a bit warmer for my comfort. It was a clean room, good location, and reasonable rate. The reservation and check in process was convenient.

We arrived to the extended stay deluxe late at night. We are not really sure what is deluxe about this hotel, the service? The rooms? I don't think so! We specifically asked for a non smoking room and received a room that smelled anywhere between funny and not funny at all. When we requested to move to another room, the unwelcoming night receptionist […] told us that was the last room in the hotel, which was later discovered as not true. And the best part, the entire room shivers whenever a train passes by. Oh, and I mention they have LADY BUGS?? So how should I sum it? I'd advice against stayin there... Læs mere

My room was very dirty. I had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies. The bathroom did not have any towles. There was hair all over the bathroom and well as the bed. The floor was not vacuum, you can actually see the trash particles on the floor. I called to verify the information online about distance and location of Amtrak and malls; the […] front desk was no help. I was told they were 5 miles out from Amtrak and I was 12.5 miles away. Front desk had no knowledge of the nest rental car, taxi or driver service. Front desk had no interestin assisting me. I paid for a 2night stay and I wad being put out after my first night. The computer system purge me out. However, I gave front desk a print out of my on line receipt and she still was trying to put me out my room. I found front desk to be careless about the guest that stay at their hotel. Not a friendly group of people. I definitely would not refer anyone to this hotel under any conditions. Hotel was in a good location. Was clean but worn. Stains on carpet, out-dated furnishings, made for a less comfortable stay. Wouldn't stay more than one night here.

Front desk James was the best! Very professional, kind, attentive, knows his hotel like the back of his hand, and very patient. He has all of the qualities of management. My stay there was not planned. I phoned hotels.com when I got off the highway because I needed to stay in that area. I prefer a suite. That Extended Stay had almost everything I asked […] to be near. Grocery store in walking distance, very close to my meeting the next morning. I made a last minute decision to drive to ATL to purchase equipment that I could'nt find in Augusta. So I needed to locate a trailor also. And a Uhaul store was right next door. Unbelievable! When I have to return to Atlanta, that will be the hotel I'll stay. Læs mere

My first stay at the lenox was enjoyable even though "check-in" time is 4pm. Other than that, the hotel is close to grocery stores, beauty salon, gas station, restaurants,etc.. I liked the full-size kitchen, swimming pool, fitness room. Staff was okay. I would stay there again.

What I found exciting about the hotel was the closeness to the MARTA train station which was helpful to someone like me who came for shopping and had no plans of renting a car. However the hotel facilities such as the coffee area, mini business (or print area as called) and the overall neatness of the hotel was rather poor.

Not at all what they advertise on the site!

The room was really dirty..my room had a smell to it..and also the bathroom had something left in toliet..they really need to clean there rooms better point blank.

Location is the best thing about this place. Right in the middle of everything, easy driving to many different areas of Atlanta. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Beyond that though there's not much to praise. My biggest problem is they claim to be pet friendly. This means they allow pets but don't necessarily accommodate them. There are no dog […] walks, only a small outside patio area with about 20 sq ft of grass. No cleanup bags or disposal bins outside. Læs mere

If you like having a receptionist act angry that you're checking in, people screaming in the hallways at night, bugs flying around in your room, then this is the hotel for you. It looked like one of my outlet's had caught fire at one point and I could have sworn there were blood stains on my carpet. I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again […] . Læs mere

I did not feel UNsafe, however the hotel was WORN, and dirty looking. There was a huge stain in the carpet outside of my door, the carpet in the room was frayed, the vanity in the bathroom broken. This was the first time i actually checked the bed for bedbugs- the room was that creepy. I was embarrassed to tell clients i was staying there.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the assistance and hospitality of the hotel staff. I love the kitchenette and having the DVD and low-cost internet access. I wish I had been able to stay there longer.

Nasty stained couch; I wouldn't even sit on it. Broken tub drain. Charged pet fee in error. Extremely out-dated accommodations.

Room was good but a tad small for studio. Sofa bed had a horrible mattress. My sister ended up pulling mattress off bed and sleeping on floor with it since the bars in the sofa bed could be felt through the thin mattress. Other than that quite enjoyable. Close enough to downtown Atlanta without the downtown prices and annoyances.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted and checked with timely service for the room was pretty good the only thing I didn't like was that they only cleaned and made the bed once a week. This location is ideal! 5 minute walk to MARTA which takes you all over Atlanta. Local area has grocery stores and restaurants. Just wonderful! Hotel is meant for folks staying a long time. Therefore, they only come to clean the room and change linen and towels once a week. Ditto for trash. Ditto for items like soap.....

Das Hotel bietet den Gästen keinen Computer an. Wenn man jedoch trotzdem das Internet benutzen möchte, muss man 4,99$ bezahlen, OBWOHL laut der Zimmerbeschreibung W-Lan verfügbar ist. Im Badezimmer fehlen Seife, Shampoo etc., die man erst an der Rezeption erfragen kann. Adorei o hotel, mas principalmente os funcionarios. estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Minha unica queixa é em relação ao lixo que não é recolhido, fiquei 1 semana e nenhuma vez vieram recolher o lixo.
