Super dejligt, laekker swimmingpool, utrolig soedt personale, gode restaurenter. Den eneste fejl var at vi kun var der en nat! Et hotel man kunne holde ferie paa uden at forlade det en eneste gang...

Vi drømte om et eventyr-døgn i Miami, hvor vi udover at bo på et dejligt hotel i skønne omgivelser, kunne dyrke hotellets farverige fortid og nyde alle faciliteterne. Alt blev fuldt ud indfriet. Vi nød hvert minut og vil gøre det igen, hvis vi får chancen.

This Hotel have it all, great service, stylish rooms, excellent food, large pool, golfing, gym, everthing

Architecturally the hotel is beautiful even in a monsoon! While we didn't get to enjoy the pool, we dined poolside under cover - waiter was wonderful and brought towels for our shoulders to protect from stray wind and water. Lobby was busy with a wedding reception, and very elegant. Loved the many different levels with different places to escape to […] eat and drink - so while we were not part of the wedding, we still had venues open to us. Bedding was absolutely heavenly!! We were able to self park which was useful as our event was local to coral gables and avoided the longer valet waits. Took advantage of the spa on a rainy sunday - massage wtih the chardonnay oil was blissful and relaxing. Everything was ultra clean - room had high ceilings, bathroom had extra shelving to store all our toiletries, and the water pressure was out of this world! Room maintenance included turndown at night. LOVED everything. Our room overlooked the hotel entrance - and this is the only inconvenience we experienced - an early morning car alarm sounding - probably from valet parking or something. Læs mere

We love historic inns, so this was perfect. It is beautiful and elegant. The service is impeccable in the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and fairly quiet. The service fee is actually very nice with helpful people at every point. Our only disappointment was the primary restaurant was closed for a private party, so we were unable to eat there. This […] is important to know as we wanted a special evening. In the Italian restaurant we were not offered the specials of the day that we heard others offered later. Still one of our favorite places to unwind and relax, but the pool and pool cafe service have taken a sharp turn south.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Miami. The service is superb and the food is excellent! I live 25 minutes away, so I often come for the excellent food alone. The Sunday brunches offer unparalleled grandeur: there are more exquisite food items than you could ever imagine. The outdoor patio, where many of the brunch guests can be seated, and lobby […] represent old-world beauty at its very best. The elegant hotel is in a very quiet and wealthy neighborhood, so there is no noise from traffic and the views are serene. Because of the quiet atmosphere, my wife and I slept soundly (the A/C was also quiet and efficient). Room service arrived with breakfast exactly at the time we had requested. Cleanliness is fastidious. Also, I love the huge parking lot--which is free! If you are type-A like I am, you don't want to wait for someone to get your car. I imagine that valet parking is probably as efficient and client-centered as is every other service in the hotel. I enjoy looking at the historic photographs on the wall in the hallways--showing the hotel and its wealthy clients from the 1920s and 1930s. The hotel facade is an architectural masterpiece. The management maintains the grounds, the exceptionally large pool, and the interior in good condition. The hotel is one of the highlights of Miami! Læs mere

We love to come here - amazing pool, love the restaurant outside in the courtyard around the large fountain. Breakfast buffet is my favorite ever. So close to the airport, so that seems like it should be a drawback - but it just makes it very convenient. Maybe we weren't in the best rooms - but there was NO room in the bathroom to put things. I'm a native to Miami, and this hotel provided a gateway from the typical Deco look most hotels have in the area. The service was great! and the hotel was clean. The only thing that bothered me greatly was the TV... We stayed in one of the smallest rooms and there was a box 17' or maybe 19' inch TV set... The TV was so small that when we used the remote […] it didn't receive the signal from the distance of the bed. We had to get up and be about 2 feet away from the TV set to change channels which defeats the purpose of the remote. Other than that the tub was a little small, but ok. It was worth the stay just would book a bigger room to make sure they have at least upgraded the TV set. Læs mere

The tennis courts were closed on Sunday and the Gym hours are short.

beautiful structure from a different era. The swimming pool is certainly the largest I have ever seen. No desk in the room. No fan in room and no availability of fans.

The Biltmore hotel is a beautiful resort with an unbelievable pool, all the amenities, and a golf course on the property. The hotel offers car service to Miracle Mile in Coral Gables for shopping and restaurants. We had a very romantic anniversary weekend.

This hotel is really pretty with very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are a little small. They have a resort fee of $20.00 a day!! Also they have 3 restaurants and they are super expensive (a meal for 2 was more than 300.00) also you need to make a reservation before you go to the restaurants because even with empty tables if you don't have a […] reservation they turn you away. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this historic treasure..Expensive, but worth it...

Located in the exclusive residential section of Coral Gables, this grand old hotel is within walking distance to the Venetian Pool and almost no other attraction in a section of town that has nary a sidewalk even on major but narrow two-lane streets, an advantage only if you intend to stay within its confines and make use of its numerous tony facilities. […] A couple of calls to the front desk were left unanswered even after at least ten rings, apparently because there was only one attendant, a level of service found wanting for this type of hotel. The Biltmore is truly a special place. The architecture transports you to another time, the service is courteous and efficient, and you feel as if you are at a resort in a tropical location.

HOTEL BILTMORE IN CORAL GABLES IS TRULY A 5* HOTEL. IT REFLECTS THE GOLDEN ERA OF MIAMI BEACH DURING THE 1920'S. THE LOBBY AND ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL ARE MOST IMPRESSIVE; THE ENTIRE STAFF OF THE HOTEL ARE THERE TO SERVE YOU. THE TWO RESTAURANTS AT THE HOTEL ARE OUTSTANDING,. THE FRENCH RESTAURANT RECEIVES THE MOBIL TRAVEL 5 STAR RATING EACH YEAR, AND […] IS CONSIDERED THE BEST RESTAURANT IN MIAMI. THE POOL AREA IS BEAUTIFUL......THE POOL VERY LARGE AND KEPT AT A TEMPERATE LEVEL FOR TOTAL ENJOYMENT. EVEN THOUGH THE HOTEL IS IN CORAL GABLES, IT IS VERY NEAR COCONUT GROVE AND SOUTH BEACH, AND YOU CAN BE ON I-95 IN 10 MINUTES. I am a 5- star hotel person. For me, the hotel is quite often the destination, not the surrounding area. And wow, was I impressed. From the moment we walked through the doors there was nothing but cool breezes, warm sunshine, finches chirping in over-sized victorian bird cages and beauty. I heartily recommend upgrading to the Junior Suite, it made the […] time we did spend in our room very relaxing with enough space and two TVs during March Madness. Room service was like hiring your own butler for all the care and concern shown (I have recently developed food allergies). Eating delicious food out by the pool in beautifully kept gardens was a big favorite. Amazing Italian food in a lush enclosed outdoor courtyard. Great gym. Enticing classes for both men and women. Although we didn't have enough time to hit the courts, tennis is very big at the Biltmore. Strolling the golf course in the evening was great fun. There were so many terrazzos, courtyards, fountains tucked into places along the path and we had the feeling that the entire resort was ours because there were few people overcrowding any area. An added bonus during spring break. They have a great classic dark wood bar and great places to sit and chat nearby in oversized chairs and coaches. Be sure and take a moment to explore the beautiful old sepia photographs on walls everywhere showing the details of how, when and why the hotel was built in the 1920's. We were very near to some fine restaurants when we wanted to explore Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. At 6 the beautiful church across the street would ring and I really believed I'd found a magical time out of the world. This will be my go to place from now on. A quick ride out of DC and I can completely change weather, sunlight, cheerfulness of the people and fresh seafood served in a colorful tropic setting. I'm hooked! Læs mere

Get hit for everything, internet, coffee. no work space. strange $20 "resort fee"? No news paper. Not a great value for the money.

A little bit like stepping back in time, and slowing down the clock in the hussle bussle of Miami. The surrounding area is very nice and the hotel offers good restaurants, well trained staff and excellent shopping nearby.

I had no idea what to expect from the Biltmore Hotel when we arrived, but as soon as we walked through the front doors our trip started and we loved every second. This hotel is simply amazing and very unique. One of the best pools I have ever seen. The restaurant in the courtyard is absolutely beautiful and the food was terrific. The only real problem we had in this otherwise lovely hotel was the terrible smell of mold or mildew in our room. The source was either in the AC/Heating ducts or in our curtains. Opening the window seemed to help but the smell was quite pronounced.

Aware of the financial situation of the Hotel, I understand that needed upgrades are not made but necessary. Even the maintenance of the building itself needs consideration. This famous hotel starts to show its age and needs some upgrades at many different levels. A more Contemporary touch keeping the magnificent structure and most of the decor will […] be welcome. This is a 5 star hotel all the way from the rooms to the staff. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay at the Biltmore again.

The Biltmore is a beautiful old-style Florida hotel that has undergone fairly recent rennovation. Adjoining golf course and tennis courts. Largest fitness center and outside pool that I have ever seen. Service was excellent .

The Biltmore is a grand hotel from the 1920's, restored to its original elegance. Located in Coral Gables, it is convenient to Miami and Miami Beach without all the craziness and traffic gridlock. Some may miss that energy, but the Biltmore makes up for that in wonderful service. Also, it is a bargain compared with comparable hotels on Miami Beach. Lovely hotel, with beautiful landscaping, a glorious pool, and in a gorgeous residential neighborhood. Very nice personnel, offering kind and considerate service.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on a pleasure-based vacation. Clean, very nice room with a comfy bed. Overall the hotel was beautiful, and the pool was like no other that my wife nor I have ever seen. My only nits to pick were: 1) No business center for free internet access ($.25 per minute for crummy service on tiny terminals in a tiny back room, […] and a dollar per page to print!) 2). No complimentary morning coffee for guests (this should be a no-brainer provision for a hotel of this caliber). 3). A seemingly "indifferent" staff that, while pleasant, was never overly enthusiastic about being there and making us feel welcome. We got a great room rate, but would probably not stay again at full rates. Drink prices at the pool were outrageous, and be careful of their conveniently added automatic gratuity charges; they're steep. Overall, a VERY good experience, and a very nice, vintage hotel steeped in many years of history. You definitely will NOT be disappointed with your stay here. Læs mere

We stayed at the Biltmore for 3 nights, in the junior suite. The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, with a great view to the huge pool and the golf course. The hotel is beautifully designed, in and out. The pool is lovely and absolutely huge, open 24 hours. Very recommended.
