Servicen var ikke eksisterende. Opkrævning af ikke annonceret 20 pund i depositum... Et stort byggerod med larm fra hotellet, koldt og beskidt lokale til indtagelse af morgenmaden og tilsvarende var adgangsforholdene under al kritik. Kan ikke anbefales.

Ok hotel, men jeg vil dog sige at vi var der under renovering af hotelet og det var ikke ok alt var dækket ind i plastik, og der var ikke noget spejl på værelset det er et minus.

Det første væresle vi fik havde skimmelsvamp på væggene og var meget lille. Vi skiftede værelse efter første nat og det andet værelse var ok. Morgenmaden er elendig og indtages i et lille rum i kælderen. Vi spiste der en morgen og derefter ude i byen.

Et hotel der ikke ligger langt fra Earl´s Court og dermed nemt at komme ud byen. Værelset vi havde var småt efter vi skulle være 3 mand. Det lå i kælderen uden vindue, så luften i værelset var meget dårlig og nok ikke sund hvis man skulle være der meget længere end 5 nætter. Morgenmad ok - men heller ikke mere

Da vi kom, og skulle hen til værelset, kunne vi bare mærke og lugte fugt! På selve værelset var der vand på indersiden af altan døren jeg flyttede gardinet og det var jordslået på bagsiden. man kunne se det havde været en længer varende problem, da man kunne skimte igennem malingen at der var malet over fugt pletter! Det var ikke rart at sove i! Vi […] ville lufte ud, døren var låst. Så gik ned i receptionen og spurgte om en nøgle. Den var de ikke meget for at udlevere så jeg måtte skrive undet på tro og love mm. At hvis jeg gik ud på altanen var det på eget ansvar?!?! (der var ikke flere værelser så vi måtte blive boende) morgen maden var brød med kogt æg og kedelig kaffe. Fint hotel til prisen. Ligger godt centralt.

Eneste minus - plastiklagen under det rigtige lagen. Der er opfundet bedre alternativer. Morgenmaden enkel og i orden. Perfekt til dem, som kun bruger værelset til overnatning. For små rum til børn, samvær eller arbejde.

Taget den gode og centrale beligenhed med, er hotel med okay værelse og service, perfekt til små penge.

En ting vi aldrig har været ude for før,var plastik under lagnet.Det larmede og var meget varmt.Altså meget ubehageligt. Der var en flise løs på badeværelset og vasken sad løs. Hyggeligt og med et godt personale.

Meget slidt hotel, dårlig morgenmad - men god beliggenhed i forhold til Earls Court Underground.

Fint lille hotel for den prisbevidste. Ligger i meget rolig gade og 2 min. fra Tuben. Små værelser men indeholder alt hvad man har brug for. Pænt og rent ikke nedslidt. Morgenmad inkl. i prisen. Hjælpsom personale.

In general the hotel is very nice. The room was typical size but very modern in design and decor. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only negatives was an redicules wifi fee that I did not pay but went to one of numerous local restaurant and got there service for free. Cable telvision was horrible. Quality of picture dismal. hotel chosen for closeness to earls court. We had the room down the small flight of stairs from the lobby room 101. Room was very nice but was very noisy in the morning as people came down and went through a door opposite this room for breakfast. The room itself was very clean, comfy bed with a good location (train st literally around the corner). But the Internet was not free even for wifi. Also, my room was on level 3 which could only be accessed from level 2. It felt like a maze (which I got used to) and I had to lug my suitcase up and down several stairs. Rooms very small tv very old windows old. Dirty in the bathroom. Breakfast room was far too small and very badly designed. I would not recommend this hotel even though it was a good location.

Upsides: - Newly renovated rooms are in good standard. - Freindly staff, very service minded (we were given a new room without any troubles - Thanks!). - Very close to earls court TUBE entrance. - Calm and clean neighbourhood. - Breakfast is simple but good. Other than the door at the end of the corridor slaming every time someone went through it, the hotel is still undergoing renovations not that it distrub my stay. The breakfast room is cosy and not a great choice being served. Having said that the location is great only 5 mins walk from the underground. I would use it again.

A extremely enjoyable weekend and lovely stay will recommend to friends and stay again shame there was maintenance taking place at time of stay but still nice.

Checked in on time however our room was not ready. Told to go away and come back at 2:30. Came back at 3:00 room still not ready. In the end no room until 5. Everything falling apart in this hotel, rude staff, non-existant amenities.

The price and the location is ok, but the room and the "double" bed was really small for two people. The room is about the same size as the bed. The hotel (basement and ground floor) was under construction in 2011 Dec.

We arrived while the infamous refurbs were taking place. Ideally the hotel should have been closed for the duration! Breakfast OK, but dining room cramped (may be better when refurb complete?). The power went off to toaster, fridge, fruit juice machine on the Sunday and the guy in charge tried his best but couldn't find how to restore the electricity. […] It was from a temp supply, because of, yeah, you guessed it, the refurb! Make no mistake - London is an overpriced town when it comes to hotels and restaurants and things, but this hotel gives some relief. Most important, this is a sleeping machine. One would come here to sleep. The room was quite small, as expected, but not a place where you would want to spend any time to read etc. Room itself was clean. No free internet […] in the lobby at the time. At the time, the hotel was undergoing renovation. The breakfast was a bit lacking. No full English Breakfast here. Hard boiled eggs, some wrapped cheese, but not other meat like ham or salami. Cereal, toast, bread, jam, coffee and hot water for tea from a machine. However, the Marks and Spencer Just Food just up the street offers plenty of extras which you can bring to supplement the breakfast offering. Evidently a microwave exists somewhere, but I didn't try it. Plenty of other places on Earls Court Road for other breakfast options. Proximity to Earls Court station is excellent. Dirty, small, dusty and needs a complete renovation!

Originally booked for 3 nights, stayed 1 (and gave up 1 nights cost.) Nowwhere near finished. £20 room deposit is unusual. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rack rate is expensive, so at least I didn't pay that much, but ....oh dear!!! Enough said.

Ok I normally don't write reviews unless it impacts me a lot. Well this crapy hotel did. Do not ever stay here. Don't pay attention to the stars given because this place is what we call a MOTEL where you feel like your in the ghetto. Great location next to the tube and thats it. Pay more for a better HOTEL. The hotel is just a few meters away from the tube station making it easy to go around London. This is an ideal hotel for you if you want to take advantage of the public transportation system. Heathrow airport and British museum was a straight shot. Earl's Court is within walking distance. There's a lot of places to eat around the area. The room itself […] is small but I guess that's typical of European hotels. I care less about the space because I was only there for a couple of nights and I was out all the time anyway. This is a small hotel ideally located in Earls Court and Kensington. Our first room was tiny - so much so that we could barely get our luggage in and it had to remain closed to allow us to move around. On day 2 of a 4 day stay we asked to be moved to larger room and this was done on day 3. The new room was excellent and I believe we were one of the […] first occupants following revovations. However, the room was not serviced by a lift and access was achieved via flights of stairs in both and upward and downward direction. Having been away from Australia for a month we had two large cases and two cabin bags - all of them heavy. It was extremely difficult to get our luggage to the room and we were told that the hotel did not provide a porter service. The reception staff of the hotel were helpful and efficient and are to be concragulated on their helpfullnes and capable way in which they carried out their jobs. Læs mere

I had to travel from Ireland to London to a conference. I got a cheap but convenient bus (E*sybus) from Gatwick to Earls Court, very near to where the hotel is situated. After a short walk I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a friendly male receptionist who seemed to be very taken with my female colleague. Turns out they are the same star sign. We […] went to our rooms and were very impressed. Maybe I have low standards but then you hear stories about affordable London accommodation. It was comfortable and had great shower. There was a bit of a dodge smell in the bathroom, I thought, but then this smell kept popping up all over the areas of London that I visited. So, I figure thats just a London smell? Good hotel. I stayed here for a weekend visiting some events in London with my wife. Although I often prefer to stay centrally this Hotel (basically a B&B) was chosen based on price, as we knew we would only be sleeping there. Although price and the advance booking offer was the key it offered a convenient location - just 100m walk from the Earls Court tube station, […] which links well with central London within minutes, it also offered an abundance of shopping options being near a high street but also a quick tube journey to the Westfield Shopping Center. The hotel was having some refurb done, can see why...as it is a little tired when it comes to decor - but like I said...we were just after a good deal for a place to sleep with good transport links. They do a breakfast, though I didn't try it. Bedroom was clean enough, bathroom a little less so (a little scale and dampness). I would stay here again if I wanted a B&B with tube links, but I won't be hoping to stay there again if that makes sense...I will always try and find an acceptable rate at a larger chain with facilities (gym, pool, bar etc). I suppose this hotel is quite good for the price. The shabbiness of the carpets takes a little getting used to, but once you realize that those spots are not living creatures, you can relax and be quite comfortable. It would be an excellent hotel in the third world, but in the first, maybe not so much. The price is much cheaper on hotels.com than […] at the front desk, and London is not a cheap city, so the price is really quite fair. The only perk was that it was close to the metro. This was a last minute booking and the cheapest place I could find in the neighborhood. Definitely got what I paid for.

Our room was in the basement with lots of repairing going on from early morning. The humidity was very high, but except from that it is a convenient budget-hotel :)
