Delta at the YVR Vancouver.THis is out travel deopt for a number of years. Good airport shuttle service, 2 restaurants of high calabre, efficient staff, booking on the internet, participates on the hotel.ca hot deals. Meets all our needs.

we had to take a 6.15am flight to los cabos so we decided to pick a hotel close to the airport but did not want to compromise on quality. For $30 extra (compared to the cheaper options) this hotel was a gem. Room was comfortable , staff were friendly and the access to the restuarant (is it Pier XX) was just great. wish it were connected to the hotel […] but it was a hop skip and jump away. shuttle was punctual (every 20 minutes after 4am and got us there on time as promised, We even got complementary coffee that early in the morning. All would have been fine if there had been either (a) a door on the room to the ice maker, or (b) a way to program the ice maker not to "dump" every 45 minutes throughout the night. As the hotel was not full, they also could have easily put us in another room, instead of the one immediately beside the ice maker.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent both at the hotel and the Pier 73 Restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent business services and airport shuttle but little around the hotel except highways and boat docks. New casino is accessible at the Bridgeport Sky train station, ten minutes away by cab.

The staff were excellent and very efficient.

friendly staff, clean, basic rooms. Bed was a bit hard. Hotel could use a little updating, generally.

The very efficient shuttle service to the airport opened up the opportunity for making use of the Sky Train into the city. After nearly three weeks in Canada, it was GREAT to have a really comfortable bed.

best place to stay for overnite stopovers. very far from downtown but very near to the airport. Delta shuttle bus available every 20 minutes to and from the hotel to the airport.

Great, friendly hotel staff. Needs some improvements on sound noise from the hallway into the room. Lunch and dinner room service was managed by adjacent Pier 67 restaurant located on the water - great location but greatly disappointing food- steak medium was cooked rare, pancetta wrapped halibut was well overcooked and dry. Those are the three words I would use to best describe this hotel and the attentive staff who served us. While this hotel is not located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, it is conveniently located near the airport which is exactly what we were looking for while waiting to fly home from our cruise. During our stay we really didn't notice any of the […] typical aircraft/airport noise, which was nice given how close the hotel is to the airport. Our room was well appointed and incredibly comfortable, with a wonderful water view. The staff was very gracious and accommodating, they even offered to provide us a free shuttle ride to the nearby fisherman's wharf in Steveston. My husband enjoyed a wonderful afternoon strolling around the cute village and had a delicious lunch overlooking the harbor. That evening we ate dinner at the restaurant/bar that is adjacent to the Delta hotel and found the food, service, and view an enjoyable cap to a lovely day. The next morning we hopped on the convenient free shuttle for a short ride to the airport and headed home. I will definitely plan to stay at this hotel again when traveling through Vancouver. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the pleasant staff. We appreciated the early ride to the Airport. We will definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years and see its toll.I had order a king size room and got a room with a chair and double bed. we checked in late for our flight did not arrive until midnight and was very sick did not have the energy to go back downstairs to have this changed. When i mentioned this in the am I was told I should […] have come down and all the rooms are the same price that it did not matter which room you stayed in. That was enough to say hey it thats how you feel about your customers then you don't need my bookings. I have stayed at all Delta accross canadian and really enjoyed my stay but twice now at the Van Airport i have not been impressed! Time to move on to another hotel. Shame Læs mere

Starting with frequent and free shuttle bus service, we were very happy with our stopover stay at the Delta. Service was excellent both at the hotel and the Pier 73 restaurant just behind the hotel. Well kept hotel, well located near the airport between Vancouver and Richmond. Excellent staff and service, would return if back in Vancouver.

I'm never thrilled about staying at an airport hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised with the Delta Vancouver. It was fresh, upbeat, nicely furnished, and suited my needs just fine. Very comfortable and convenient to Vancouver airport but surprised that internet only available by plugging in. No wireless wi-fi in room. Is available in lobby.

It was before 4am and I needed to get to the airport for the first flight out. I was hardly awake and Arif, the concierge, took care of everything for me, including a hot cup of coffee, just the way I like it, customs card, assistance with my bags. We spend ten days in Mexico and they had mattresses that were hard as a rock, I am having back problems in no time so that was not to convenient. Arriving at the Delta Vancouver Airport was like coming to heaven, everything about the hotel I like but the mattresses are a delight, so nice and soft after the rock in Mexico .........now that is what a […] hotel bed should be. This is a great hotel for those needing a stay near the airport. It was all we could ask for - clean, comfortable, convenient and good value for the money. Pier 73 Restaurant is excellent.

Shuttles to airport every half hour and the drivers were all friendly and glad to help with any questions I asked. The hotel room was cosy. I was quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. However, other than that, it was a comfortable experience for me.

The Delta was a bit more than I expected. The staff was well spoken and very polite. The shuttle to the airport was very handy. It was a good experience overall and I will stay there again in the future.

This hotel has staff that are very friendly and offer exceptional service. The hotel is very kid friendly with 'goody bags' offered to the young ones at check-in. I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to anyone. The Pier 73 hotel offered a great variety of foods and was accomadating to our large group (30+ people).

Probably he best place to stay with full services and the most magnificent view of Victoria Harbour.

Very clean, elegant, stylish, and comfortable room; a great place to stay overnight for an early flight out of Vancouver. Not too much within walking distance for entertainment but their restaurant is attractive, perched on stilts out over the edge of a large marina. Recommended.

Great serious, very helpful people at the hotel, was asked multiple times if I needed help. Had a wonderful stay. Close to the airport, convenient shuttle to get you there.

The quality of this hotel close to the Vancouver airport is exceptional and includes a nice shuttle bus service to the airport. Recommended for business travelers as well as sport fishermen who need additional services plus the possibility of tight flight connections.

Excellent hotel. Excellent service. Comfortable bed, clean, upscale feeling. WAY better than I had expected for an airport hotel at such a good price. Convenient free shuttle to the airport, runniing early in the morning for our flight. An excellent seafood restaurant a short walk across the bridge. Even a room with a view. Highly recommended.

The Delta Vancouver is a nice hotel to stay at if staying near the airport. The room I had was clean, comfortable, and reasonably large. One you figure out the entrance/exit routes, it's well positioned both for getting back to the airport or travelling into Vancouver. The only drawback to the location is that there aren't any restaurants you can walk […] to (if you want something other than the hotel offering) The room I had was clean and comfortable, and a decent value for the price. It's great to get a comfortable bed before an early flight. Great proximity to the Airport and nice and quiet.

The Delta at YVR went beyond our expectations. At check-in they made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable as my husband was in a wheelchair. Their restaurant on the pier was extremely good and in the morning it was so easy to get to the airport with their free shuttle.

Great location close to the airport. The room was lovely & comfortable. In the morning, the concierge helped me pack a "box" continental breakfast from their buffet & priced it reasonably.

Absolut nichts auszusetzen !!!
