Hotellet ligger ned af en hyggelig sidegade fra byen gågade, så dejlig tæt på shopping, cafe, pub, park,osv. altså tæt på alt det man behøver når man som os ikke havde lejet en bil og kun brugte toget til sightseeing. vi fik værelse nr 1 og det må ha været det største af dem, lige inden for døren på venstre hånd. ( hvis man skulle sætte fingeren på noget dårligt, var det nok at værelset var MEGET lydt, man kunne nemt høre biler og mennesker passere forbi) men da det var en ret stille gade føltes dette aldrig som noget problem. servicen var bestemt i top, rigtig flinke, og meget hjælpsomme, der sad stort set altid en ved disken man kunne spørge hvis man havde brug for hjælp. Der var morgenmad inkluderet, og man kunne få en ok full english breakfast hvis det er det man er til, ellers var det mest kornflakes oasv, vi kunne måske godt ha savnet noget frugt. der blev gjort rent hver eneste dag, også selvom vi sov længe og man kunne høre de havde været alle andre steder. alt i alt et godt hotel til prisen, hvis man skal besøge chichester.

Hotel, centrally located in Salisbury - just in the middle of everything: Shops, the cathedral,... We had a 'family suite' - 2 adjecent rooms with a private door in between - with one nice bathroom and two double beds. Clean, cosy and nice furbished. Several fans, which are neccesary in warm weather. The rooms are quite hot in the summer! Nice breakfast (both continental and 'full english' by order (included in the price). Very helpful reception. We stayed there in two nights during the weekdays - there was no problems with noise in the night - allthough the central location. Simply a nice, affordable hotel with a friendly staff and the best location!

Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed ned til vandet. Utroligt familievenligt med både indendørs og udendørs pool samt en dejlig legeplads med udsigt over vandet. Utrolig behagelig betjening både i receptionen og i restauranten.

"Very good value"
We found the hotel to be very good value. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We dined one night in the hotel restaurant and were very impressed with the lovely food and excellent service.

Hotel decor looks tired, dinner uncooked, aircon noisy even when off. 'Charge' £1 for charity on bill. Will not return to this chain.

We do have a very robust maintenance plan for the hotel and we have just spent over £100,000 in new facilities. These include a new state of the art gym and are about to complete work on a new sauna and steam room and I would like to assure you of our commitment to investing and maintaining this property. I will certainly speak with our new executive chef regarding your food and I know he will be keen to ensure there is not a repeat of this. With regards to the £1.00 charge this is a discretionary charge and would have immediately been removed from the bill upon request. As a group, Macdonald Hotels are keen to support 4 charities and along with holding yearly charity events we invite our guests to support these charities also. We fully understand and support those who chose to support other causes and I am sorry that this had an impact on your stay with us. "wonderful location"
This was a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful location. The only minus if you have a lot of luggage is that there are no elevators. Highly recommend this as a stay if you have business in Southampton. The front desk recommended the Robin Hood Pub, located near by for lunch and that was sensational! Overall a very nice stay, and we will definitely be b […] ack. Læs mere

"Poor Customer Service Response"
A nice and clean hotel with helpful staff most of the time. But room service is a shambles and follow up service is very poor. If you come stay and don't want food or need any help then this is the hotel for you. Gorgeous surrounding though.

Excellant hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, lovely food and if we were into golf and fitness I would say the facilities were brilliant. Very easy access to Southampton.

Stayed two nights, really liked the hotel, the standard room was very nice, the hotel is set in lovely countryside location, but still close to towns and Southampton. We got good use out of the tennis courts, swimming pool, steam room and golf range all of which were good. The golf course looked really good and we may go back for another stay to have […] a round or two and try out the gym and squash courts. .my husband and i thought the botley park hotel was lovely, the room was large moden and very clean the pillows were fab and the bed very comfortable,also the bathroom was excellent, there is aircon in the room we didn't use it as we opened the window.it was nice and quiet. the hotel is set in lovely grounds ideal if u play golf .also the swimingpool […] was very nice. all in all we had a lovely weekend away.also staff very friendly. We stopped in a classic room, which having stopped at numerous hotels on business and leisure was far above expectations. "Really nice and confortable holidays"
Very nice hotel and location. Very easy procedure for check in and check out. Staff disponible for all requests and good possibilities for golf (also for beginners as it was my case). A beautifull stay for holidays....
