Et dejlig hotel med en god beliggenhed og fremragende service. Natportieren kørte mig på skadestue kl. 04.00 og retur igen 06.00, det var service.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til det vi skulle bruge det til. De ansatte var meget, meget venlige og hjælpsomme, og der var meget rent over det hele, og man følte sig rigtig velkommen. Hotellet ligger godt, lige ned til en kanal, stedet er roligt, man hører ikke meget til trafikken. The beds were soft/comfortable! Great sleep. The location was a short stroll to everything. The breakfast was worth the cost. Internet charges were LESS than advertised...and worked! Overall, the accomdations added to a great 4-day weekend...instead of detracting from it.

The Rosenburg Hotel's service is simply second-to-none. The rooms are pristine and very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to all the local attractions, the rooms are large and very comfortable to return to! Quirky decor and details will be an attraction to the traveller seeking quality accommodation that's very affordable. The only minor criticism […] I would provide is the lighting in the hotel is very odd indeed- however having stayed a few places since I can understand it's an energy conservation thing- however all the hall lights are switched off in the evening, one must turn them one when necessary, also, one must enter a darkened lift and wait for the light to flick on with a sensor. This was slightly disconcerting. Travelling alone can be irksome enough! However overall a really lovely, cosy, comfortable place and Bruges is such a wonderful place to visit. Læs mere

Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Location was not right in the middle of the attractions, but was definitly in a 10 minute walking distance traveleing with our 1 year-old son and 3 year-old daughter. Also, I was able to park on the outside of the hotel on a safe street for free. Just had to put the blue parking time on the dash. Breakfast was excellent! Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent room and facilities including bar fridge and tea/coffee making. Very good breakfast which was included. Only complaint was lack of air conditioning which made it rather hot for sleeping.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good breakfast with a variety of foods. Easy walking distance to center and markt of town. Parking is no longer included but free parking is on street in front of hotel at 4 hours at a time. The rooms are quite large for European hotels. But no air conditioning.

I agree with most reviews that this is a good hotel with big rooms, a canal view, and a very good breakfast. Only two minor faults: our bathroom door had a sliding door and it was obvious that the room maid only cleaned the bathroom floor with the door open. Once the door was closed, the floor underneath could have been much cleaner. The second thing […] is the 'free parking". Expedia should explain that this means parking in the street (plenty of space) and having to put a disc in the car from 9am to 8pm every day but Sunday and having to change the disc every 4 hours. We stayed at this hotel for one night. We had a room on the top floor. This hotel is a short walk to the main square. Many restaurants and shops within a ten minute walk. The hotel faces a canal. We were able to park the car across the street, half a block from the hotel. You will need a blue disk for parking. Our room was quiet, spacious, with a great […] view. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, the location was very nicely situated by a canal lined by trees and was a 10 min walk by the canal into the centre. Ther was 4 hour parking outside hotel which could be renewed. The room was large and the bed comfortable the pillows could be improved on !! The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure […] the grout was begining to show a little mould.The lift was out of order for our two day stay. The breakfast was very nice. I spent more money to book a better room, Canal View Room, for three nights. When we enter the room, we found roof windows have been opened widely and we still could smell ammonia filled the air. horrible...Luckily, there is still a better room available and the hotel let us to change. This hotel is in an ideal location for visitors to the city. The hotel is neat and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would certainly book to stay there again. The bonus is that there is an excellent restaurant across the canal - 1 minute walk, and "The Park" restaurant, one of the best in the city, is only 3 streets away.

Convenient location - ten minute stroll, mainly alongside canal, to the core of Bruges, but also near the gates and windmills that others miss. Huge relief in how easy it was to park here too. The location is superb right alongside a canal lock gate and swing bridge with a marina full of traditional Dutch style liveaboard barges and cruisers, some converted and some brand new builds. There were several English barges driven away because of the high mooring fees in The UK. A comfortable walk into the Market Square centre along the canal takes […] about 10 minutes if you dawdle along the cobbled streets looking at the little canals and the old buildings. The hotel rooms are very comfortable many with canal views. There is a hot/cold breakfast buffet restaurant with a very good selection. Evening meals are not available, but complimentary afternoon tea/coffee was. There are literally dozens of really very good restaurants nearby including one literally across the lock gate swing bridge outside the front door which is FABULOUS. The service in the hotel was very good and attentive with multilingual reception staff. There is easy access from the main road outside the city walls with free parking in the street outside the hotel up to 4 hours if you use a "Blue Disc" available from reception [Euro 2.50] and free overnight parking. There are also conference facilities and Wifi in the hotel for business travellers. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Rosenburg if you are exploring Bruges and the surrounding area. After a very long and painful drive across Germany, we arrived late at this hotel (around midnight). Despite the bar etc all being shut, we thought we'd ask if there was any chance of a hot chocolate - the manager was so accomodating. He swiftly brought us up a big jug of hotchocolate and assorted chocolates to go with. Such a nice, friendly feel to […] the place which really made our evening after such a horrendous journey. Arrived at our hotel after a 20 min walk from Bruges station. It's located on the canal front so lovely and picturesque, especially at night when the boats were all lit up. Rooms are clean and tidy and have a tea tray, lots of hangers, spare pillow etc. Breakfast selection is one of the best I have seen for a continential breakfast, very satisfied. Reception […] staff can not do enough for you... they are very informative, and on arrival give you a map and go through key points of interest and ask any questions etc, they are extremely friendly and all multiligual. Staff are a total credit to the hotel. Hotel is approx 10 mins walk to market square so you're out of the real think of things, but in a nice way and close enough to be able to walk back and forth quite easily. situated slightly out of the main town - about 10 minutes easy walk - but still within the city canal boundary. the plus to this is that it is really quiet. the breakfast is a must and seemed very popular. the staff were pleasant and helpful, pointing out directions and places to see. the decor of the room is a bit dated/plain but the bed was very comfy […] and it was more than adequate for our needs. the bathroom was a good size with a full bath and overhead shower. parking is on the road outside and you purchase a badge €2.50 which you then set for 4hrs at a time. the hotel staff will re set it for you if you ask. there didn't appear to be an evening meal in the hotel but there are ample restaurants nearby and an especially fine one just across the canal. overall a nice weekend break Læs mere

We were treated as friends rather than hotel guests. Very friendly and helpful staff.The hotel is in a quiet residential area, on a canal but only a few minutes walk from the centre and major sights. Parking outside is free for 4hrs. Good Bistro opposite the hotel.

This is a great little hotel in a residential neighborhood in Bruges, but a short walk to the middle of the city. The service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable at a reasonable price.

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of old town(10 minute walk) Great Bang for a sagging US Buck. Wonderful Breakfast- Friendly Staff- Parking available. Laundermat around the corner. Situated on a nice canal, very quiet and peaceful, yet still only 10min walk to the centre. We had a spacious room overlooking the canal and spent some time watching Heron's etc catching fish! We stayed here March 25 thru 29 and loved this hotel. It's a short walk (I would say less than 10 minutes) from most of the major sites, including the Bell Tower, but far enough away to be quiet. We felt very safe in the neighborhood (and in Bruges in general for that matter) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We stayed in Room 2, on the ground floor within what appeared to be a new extension, for 2 nights. The room was a good size, with a smart en suite (bath with shower over). Only negative was the bed: two large singles pushed together, which separated immediately as there is no covering on the wooden floor.
