Hi, We weren't expecting for breakfast to be included and had recently had some extremely disappointing inclusive breakfast experiences at hotels in Maryland. While not scrumptious, the continental breakfast had all you can eat yogurt packets, orange juice, oatmeal and cereal packets, brand name cream cheese and butter. It was a satisfying breakfast […] and saved us from having to go out and pay for a lousy bagel. The coffee was one thing that needs a lot of improvement. The hotel was basic but did have a full kitchen. The only issue was that the air conditioning smelled like mold. I did not say anything to them as I was only there overnight, so I do believe management would have responded had I said something.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Clean, comfortable, and overall a very nice stay. Would recommend without any hesitation!

While staying at this location the weather was in the 90's. The complementary iced tea and lemon water was veryu much appreciated.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. There was a full kitchen that was nice. I did not need it for the one night stay but I would stay there for an extended stay should the need arise.

Second time staying, very friendly staff, clean room, allowed pets for 75.00 non refundable fee (well that part sucked), but the workers helped open doors for me, said hello as I was passing, beds were comfortable, water, fruit, really good coffee with hazlenut,vanilla, teas etc for free 24/7. If you bring your computer you have free internet access […] which is a major plus for me. The only sucky thing is the breakfast...not much of selection and its held in the hallway so there is no where to sit and eat...better to bring your breakfast back to the room. Also, dont take the room on first floor by the pool unless you are going to be out all day because you have to close your blinds or the kids are making faces and starring through your windows and it is real noise from the splashing, laughing with all the kids Læs mere

Wonderful and helpful front desk personnel, clean rooms with stove, fridge, and dishes, swivel tv so I can watch it on the couch or in the bed. I checked for bedbugs as son as I got there and thank GOD there were none. Every worker there from front desk to cleaning crew always spoke with a smile. The surrounding area was not so hot and way to many kids […] to enjoy the pool. The breakfast is held in the same area where you check in (front desk) so there is no where to sit while you eat and food selection no that great for the price I paid to stay there. Breakfast included cereal, fruit, bagel, and a few other items and I was a little disaapointed there were no waffles or pancakes but thats life....Overall, I would recommend this place and stay again Læs mere

Front desk service was great. Hotel lobby and grounds were very clean, and well maintained. Our two bedroom suite was impeccable and comfortable. We had five people in our party, so it was perfect. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is light, but with the money we saved from getting another room, we could've eaten out if we wanted to.

The hotel was great. It is very close to Regent University and it was accessible to a lot of other great sights.

MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL/ SUITE CHAIN WAS PLEASANT. 10 MONTHS OUT THE YEAR I ALONG WITH ABOUT 250 OTHER MEMBERS TRAVEL WITH MY CHURCH FAMILY . SOME TRIPS ARE LONGER THAN OTHERS. THIS CHOICE OF HOTEL/CHAIN MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. EVEN THROUGH THE PURPOSE OF OR TRIP IS TO WORDSHIP THE LORD WE IT SERVES AS A VACATION FOR FAMILIES. My stay at the TownPlace by Marriot was nice. My TV blew up (lots of smoke) and the front desk employee came right up and moved me to another room as it was late in the evening. After I moved into the new room, there was another incident with the refrigerator and the same front desk person immediately moved me into another room and helped me. Even though […] it was a total pain to keep moving...the empolyees were right there to take care of me which in my book, is the way it should be. The continental breakfast is not much but at least you do get something to eat there. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed is pretty comfortable too. I definitely would stay there again. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Very, very clean, room was in excellent condition. Our only problem while staying there was the noise coming from the room above us. Every night from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm it sounded like they were allowing children to jump off of the furniture. Loud pounding continuously every night for […] 2 hours. Finally, on the 3rd night, they pounded so hard that the ring around the sprinkler head fell off in our room. When we notified the office, we didn't feel that much was done to quiet them. My husband even insisted on talking to the manager the next morning because of the response from the desk clerk. We were there for 2 more nights and the pounding continued although the manager insisted that he would "speak to them immediately".
