Beds were horribly hard...they need to update the mattresses. Rooms were clean old fixtures.

Bedspread and carpet needs to be cleaned; bathroom ws very clean :)

There were sticky stains on the carpet, and the comforter was dirty. Also, the tv would work off and on. The bathroom area was great and clean.

Night manager was very accommodating getting ice and apologizing for the computer issues that were going on. Its a nice quiet place to stay and the rooms were great.

Frankly, we were very dissatisfied, my asthma acted up after the first night, our tv did not work the first night, large gaping air space along door, had to move all to new room Saturday, had asked for quiet corner though was given lower corner, banging from above, lack of sleep, had trouble with front desk person, saying all second floor rooms were […] booked, then she finally accommodated. Breakfast....nothing left to eat but a few boiled eggs and dry cereal....between the correct hours.... Very poor! Oh and one apple for the three of us. Læs mere

Had your company sent our reservations as they are supposed to things would have been better. However, I will not stay in that motel again. Mattresses were old and springy, plus I found a bug or two under the bedspread in the morning when I woke up!! We selected the Travelodge at the intersection of the I5 & the road into the Boeing factory for convenience. However we were disturbed to find a pill of some kind behind one bed, plus tissues & maybe months of dust. My son pulled it the bed out from the wall & told the manager in front of some new housekeeping recruits. Definitely not what one would […] expect from either Traelodge or Hotels.com! Læs mere

The ladies that worked the desk were very good at what they do. Always with a friendly smile and quick to help. I had to extend my stay on two different occasions. There was no problem keeping my room and on the second night I had already checked out when I found out I would need the room another night. They quickly redid the paperwork, set out a key […] for me with instructions for the night shift gal. I was able to come in late that evening and she was watching out for me. Hotel is somewhat dated and rooms are showing signs of age and not a lot of maintenance but everything was clean and functional although the temperature control knob had no stops so you really didn't know what is was set to. WiFi was excellant. For an inexpensive short stay you really can't ask for a whole lot more.

Chairs and table were very worn. Toilet paper holder was missing and drains were very slow in both bathtub and sink. Continental breakfast was poor.

This hotel is will provide you with the basic services. no frills. I got what I paid for and I cannot complain. The only concern is to beware of the continental breakfast that they serve. It appears that some of the food maybe aged.

The bed was not terribly comfortable and it squeaked when we moved, but we slept fine...thus the #4 for comfort. The continental breakfast was poor...I'd just drop it if I were the owners. The price was great, and the location perfect for us...we just needed a place to sleep on our way up north, and this worked for us.

reasonably priced motel, needs a little more updating to keep up to standards, door to room closed poorly with weatherstripping ill fittinf, breakfast [continental] needs a little more selection

5 minute walk to great pizza. Didn't care for purfume smell in our unit. Great shower. Close to a very complicated highway interchange but our GPS brought us in and out without trouble. Would go back.

I picked the cheapest and prepared for worst but was pleasantly surprised at the overall service. If it is a bed and quietness, your looking for good choice

Nice room, quiet, very close to the freeway. Not a lot of place in close walking distance, but a close 10 minute drive to the Everett mall area.

For the price, and what I needed it for (a shower and a place to sleep) .... it was more than adequate. In a very good location ....

I loved it!! There was plenty of parking and it was a nice open space!

Service was great. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location, no freeway sounds.

the best I have ever come across

The smell of the room was chemically, my nose is still congested from it. Mattress had visible food stains on it. Only 6 channels on the TV. Dust and dirt on the bedframe which was visible. No towels for 2 days = no showering :( No ice machine that was working, no fridges. Breakfast wasn't what I would call a breakfast.. more of a high calorie sugar […] snack! We stayed there for one night on our way to Leavenworth. Very comfortable room for the price, which included a small breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for your money.

Truck traffic was heavy through out the night

The cleaning person forgot to leave bathroom towels the fourth night and did not change the bed every day. It ran out of napkins at the breakfast room, and the Front Desk person tore pieces of paper rolls to make napkins.

The bed was too hard!!!

Older hotel but you get a cheap rate. I was looking for a late night place to stay with an early rise. It is clean and the lady working at check in was pleasant. I had an inside room so there was no road noise. I was pleased for the value for what I paid and will stay again when passing through and looking for an affordable quick stay.

This hotel met the basic needs we had; i.e. bed. It is located right on the I5.

Poor water pressure. Toilet did not flush half the time. TV remote was inop. Bed was comfortable.

Pros: friendly staff and clean smelling room Cons: Toilet was not bolted to floor properly....very rocky! The breakfast was not satisfactory. I was told that breakfast was 7-9. I arrived at 8:30 and there was cereal, a few fruits and 1 bun left. I decided to just have coffee but I ended up throwing it away because it was cold and weak.

Wouldnt give me and my 3 children a kitchette because they didnt feel like having the room cleaned! We were booked to stay for 2 weeks! Horrible! I will never go back!

My son and I stayed here recently. Our experience was better then expected. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. Our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is centrally located between Seattle and Everett and right off the highway. Definitely recommend you stay at this hotel.

The staff was great, but the room was just ok. Some rooms have refridgertors, but ours did not. Don't know why! Didn't like having to go to the office if we needed ice. The hours of the pool were limited, and it was not heated. Breakfast was kind of joke. In our room the toilet was wobbly.

Easy to get at, staff was very friendly and accommondating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Considering it was right beside the I-5 it was surprizingly quiet. Beside a good moderately priced restaurant and a short drive away from many more choices for food. Would definitely stay again.
