"Quick trip"
Very Convenient for getting on and off interstate. Presently under construction and was dusty but the room we stayed in was clean and neat. A very good value for the dollar. I would stay here again.

This hotel was under construction at the time of my stay. No indication of this was provided to me when I booked the hotel. The place was a mess and my room was covered in dry-wall dust. No breakfast was provided because of the construction. Very disappointed in my stay.

Satisified with everything but the beds. Requested Queen size beds but got double. Just a little cramped. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel for the last three years. Indoor pool and boggy is great for kids. Clean rooms. Breakfast menu has great variety.
"Crippled bellboy"
This particular Sleep Inn & Suites appears to want badly to "put on airs" about being a hotel; but they fall quite short in that category and are still simply a glorified motel. We arrived there with Hotels.com reservations on our room at about 6p.m. I had a friendly young counter clerk awaiting our arrival. I asked if they had considered my request […] for a "handicapped room with 2 double beds" and was told no...no one said anything about requesting a handicapped room; so, I produced my hotels.com receipt with the request typed in. Well we didn't get that. I then asked if the regular room came with a refrigerator as we are both diabetics and need that for insulin storage. Again, I was refuted and was told if I had called in advance that I would have a room with a refrigerator. I then asked if they had any extra refrigerators that they could put into that room and was again refuted saying that no, refrigerators were large appliances(evidently unaware of small compact models) and were available only in suites and that I could up grade for about $100 more per night. I replied, that's ok, never mind...as she was a blonde after all, and very young. So, I asked for an extra ice bucket, to which I had a return question...what's an ice bucket? After a few minutes of explanation we were on the same page and she said she would have to "rob one out of another room and she would bring it to me". I then asked for the bellhop, and again, "what's a bellhop?" After another explanation, I was informed that she was the only one there and her boss had left the premises so she could not help me with my luggage. So, my sister who has severe breathing problems(c.o.p.d.) and me and my walker all got a cart and made our way to our room after about 30 minutes of toughing, lifting, leaning, staggering, and pushing one step at a time. Great location. I guess for the money, it was as expected. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I did not sleep at all. The room was clean and the staff was nice but because of the bed I will not be staying again.

"Great Potential, but failed to live up to it"
We were dismayed by several things. First, our hotel room was in very poor repair. There were at least two holes in the walls, the paint was shoddy and scratched, and the doors were scraped and in disrepair. Furthermore, the carpets were FILTHY. Additionally, the room advertised two full size beds, but we do not believe they were actually full. They […] looked like minis of some sort. Finally, throughout the night there was a LOUD whistling sound from outside the window. Another guest thought it was from windows that may have been installed incorrectly. Many of us (none of whom knew each other) at the free breakfast expressed dismay with our experience. Although the staff is warm, friendly, and helpful, the pool clean and inviting (except for the hot tub that has WAY TOO MANY chemicals in it and causes you to cough and sneeze), and the location superb, I would not recommend this place to a friend. this hotel was in a good neighborhood so we were very surprised when we got up the next morning to leave and our car had been broken into. The lady at the front desk didn't seem too concerned although she did offer to call the police. Our window was completely gone so we needed to have that replaced. The front desk did not offer to help us find somewhere […] to have that done or offer to let us check out late while we waited for the 1 o'clock appointment to have the window replaced. The glass company told us they receive alot of business from this hotel and do not recommend it. We made our reservations from our IPad right before midnight...6 hours later our window and our IPad were both gone from the car. I realize we shouldn't have left it in the car, under the seat but it was late and we were tired..the thieves bypassed our GPS, cell phone and camera. Læs mere

"Sleep Inn Edmond"
This was the first time in my 49 years of life where I stayed in a hotel without a bathtub. I don't like taking showers so this was disappointing to me. I had also hoped for a small refrigerator and/or microwave, of which there was neither.

"Sleep Inn-Edmond, Broadway Extension"
In the past, I have always had a pleasant stay and I always stay here when in Edmond because of the convenient location. On this stay, my reservations could not be found by the young lady at the front desk. I have stayed here plenty of times and very well know how to book a hotel. The front desk was not very helpful getting me into my room very fast. […] What generally takes me five minutes took her 30 minutes. After the wait, she spoke to me like SHE was doing ME a favor stating "I can't find your reservations but I can go ahead and put you in a room." I came with a confirmation number and all of the information, but she still insisted on calling every other hotel looking for me in their systems! This Asst. I would not recommend reserving through hotels.com for this location. They will promise something and not follow up on what they offer. As for the hotel it was very nice. Only one minor problem which they fixed right away. Our room was advertised here at hotels.com to come with a fridge. We confirmed that with the agent on the phone when we booked […] the room. The room did not have a fridge. The hotel clerk upgraded our room and recommended to call direct cause we could have saved 30.00 The room we stayed in was close to the lobby and just on the other side of the wall where the elevator was so we heard the elevator all day and night. The TV in the lobby was very loud all night long but the clerk turned it down when we called to the desk. Overall the hotel was nice but the service used to book the room is far less than par or standard. We will not be using hotels.com for our reservations again. Læs mere
very nice stay for my whole family
"Nice enough for one night stay"
I "reserved" a room with a queen bed and got a room with two full size beds. Would have been a problem if my husband had been with me. The room itself was sufficient for my one night stay; clean sheets, towels, bathroom, etc.
Had a good experience. Trains outside were noisy until about 11pm, then I didn't notice them anymore. Window-unit Air conditioner was intermittent in my room and never got close to desired temperature, but still not uncomfortable.

Traveling to Edmond to stay for a night this is the place to stay. It is easy to get to and from, very clean, good breakfast, and a good price. I would recommend this place very highly.

Very nice place. Only 2 complaints. First the heated indoor pool was not very heated. It was to cold for me to get in even. Second also involved the pool room. After explaining to my kids they couldn't take their food and drinks to the pool area (as posted) they ate in the room then procedded down. When we got there it looked like a buffet.
