It is decent place to stay for the price deal I got. It is an older hotel and does show its age. The internet service was good as well. If you need a simple, decent, and cheap place to stay, then I recommend this hotel.

$ value was exceptional, however for a non-smoking room it was as if someone was pumping smoke directly into our room.

America's Best Value in Holland, MI was the worst hotel I've seen in a long time! There was a smell that hit you as soon as you walked through the front door. I asked to see a room before I decided to stay and the room was disgusting. A stale, smelly stinch was in the room and just didn't seem clean. "Worst hotel I have ever stayed in"
This is the worst! The hotel staff are the rudest ever. The lady called me at 11 am and said I can give you 15 more minutes (to get out?). Please dont go to this place ever. It smells like crap, no tissue paper in the room, torn towels in the bathroom, the lowest (and cheapest) quality tissue paper when available.
The hotel is old but a great sleaping room. The toilet didnt work that great and the alarm clock didnt work right.

The TV didn't work properly. The place reeked of mothballs. There was Fruit Loops cereal just swept under the bed. The vending machines in the hall were unplugged. My cell phone worked outside the building, but not inside. WiFi not working. I got fed up and checked out after about an hour. "Americas Best Value Inn - great price!"
This is a great hotel to crash in. The price point can't be beat in this town during tourist season. The hotel is VERY basic but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. As long as you only plan on sleeping here, it is a great value. The continental breakfast was VERY meager so don't plan on eating here..but again, at this price point...

"Americas Best Value Inn"
Over was what you would expect for the price. Hotel has unusual odor and the continenetal breakfast was weak coffee, bread and toaster and two kinds of cereal...should hardly be considered breakfast . For the price I guess it is what you expect.
Nice place to stay for the money . Close to shopping , resturants , and event that I needed to attend . Would recommend to others .
