Best Western Hospitality Lane - San Bernardino

Hotellet er selvom det er beliggende tæt på en meget benyttet freeway, et meget roligt sted med en dejlig atmosfære. Personalet udviser en professionel, men enormt venlig opførsel, og yder en solid service ud over det forventede. Morgenmaden er et kapitel for sig med alt hvad der kan tænkes når der tales om en Continental breakfast. kvaliteten af alt […] er i topklasse og der er rigeligt af alt. Der er desuden stillet frisk frugt og aviser frem til fri afbenyttelse. Min ledsager og jeg fik oveni en hyggelig samtale med hotellets manager, der ikke gik af vejen for selv at rense bunden af poolen efter kraftig blæst, der havde revet mange blade ned over poolen. Værelset var yderst komfortabelt og indeholdt både køleskab, micro, kaffemaskine med bønner, strygejern og hårtørrer til fri afbenyttelse. Vejen til hotellet er vel skiltet, så det er nemt at finde. der er også mange forskellige kvalitetsrestauranter i umiddelbar nærhed af hotellet. Så en topkarakter fra mig og min ledsager for et super ophold. Hvis jeg igen får behov for overnatning i området vil jeg med sikkerhed vende tilbage. Hotellet fortjener virkelig sine stjerner. Jeg vidste intet om hotellet ved bookning, men valgte udelukkende pga den tilbudte morgenmad, som ikke findes på nærliggende hoteller. A good value for the price. Service was good and room was good quality. Fair amount of road noise.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in was a breeze even though the clerk was brand new. Rooms were very modern and clean. Complementary breakfast was a plus. Quiet area despite major hwy close by. Most of all I got a great night sleep.

I waited in the Lobby for over 40 minutes for someone to check me in. There wasn't a line or anything - it is just that no one was there! I finally drove around the property to see if I could find someone and when I returned a young man came from the back to check me in. When I told him how I had been waiting for such a long time he said "My Bad!" and […] then gave me my key. Bad customer service. We had to stay while our home was being worked on. I loved that they are pet friendly, very convenient. I loved my stay here, the only complaint i had was the access to our room, which was in the back of the hotel. There were only 2 staircases to access the back of the hotel & they were @ the sides of the hotel. Not very convenient when load & unloading […] your vehicle. Hotel convently located to Loma Linda Hospital. Easy on and off free way. Can not get to the bathroom with out waking others up. Floor needed vaccuming, lamp shades dusty other wise place is ok. We stayed 2 nights, did not use the free breakfast.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and large. Everything in the room was with good quality. We like Best Western's stype. Also the continental breakfast was with a good variety.

San Bernadino is by no means a beautiful city but I had to go there for a job-related reason. This motel was unexpectedly nice in the room, tile floors in the bathroom and overall very clean and updated. Most motels are gross just because they're so old but it seems like this one was remodeled in at least the past 3-5 years. Looks really good. I'd stay […] here again if I ever needed to stay over in good ole' San Bernadino. Lock your doors and don't keep valuables in your car. Læs mere

We requested an early check in, which we were honored with no problem. The only downside was that when we arrived, we were given a room that had not been cleaned yet. However, they immediately assigned us to another room and it was perfect!

Very clean and affordable. Surprisingly nice stay!

The pillows were super overstuffed so we folded towels and put the pillow cases on them so we could lay our heads down at a normal angle. The air conditioner/heater had a bad smell coming from it when it was turned on in the morning. The shower head was permanently on massage and it was difficult to get the soap out of my hair. The room was clean, well-maintained and had it's own A/C unti so we could keep it nice and cool in there. The hotel was right off the freeway which made it very easy to find. This was a great place to stay for the price we paid!

We stayed for only one night, Sunday, but found it completely satisfactory there. Nice comfortable king bed. We were very tired after packing the whole car and driving all day so we appreciated the ease of getting to the motel from the freeway and finding something to eat. Black Angus right across the street was tempting, but we decided to go east a […] block to Mimi's for our dinners. They were also fine. Læs mere

This hotel was satisfactory for us. On the good side, the rate was economical for me, the free breakfast was good, there were hot items in addition to the usual pastries, bread and cereals. The front desk service was very helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and fairly comfortable. The hotel was quiet and I felt safe even with the exterior corridors. […] The pool was nice except it was right in front of the hotel instead of inside a courtyard and it was not heated. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants too. On the negative side, our toilet backed up, and overflowed, there is no maintenance service available at night, so we had to change rooms at 11:00 at night. The coffee supplied with the in room coffee maker was terrible, I had to go get my coffee from the breakfast room. The breakfast room is very tiny and cramped when there are more than a few people in there at the same time. The hotel is close to the freeway which is convenient, except that two freeways intersect at this location, which caused some confusion for me since I'm not familiar with the area at all. I got very lost one night at one in the morning trying to find the hotel again. But all in all, it was a nice hotel for the price we paid. Læs mere

Our 1 night stay was a pleasant one. Clean room , quiet area. Will stay again if ever in the area. Staff was professional.

I arrived early (about 1pm) and a room was ready for me. The room was beautiful and clean. The towels were thick and abundant. The bedding was pristine and soft. Good water pressure in the shower and sparkling lcean bathroom surfaces. The hotel, while having outside lhallways, was quiet at night. The complimenery bottled water in the refrigerator was […] a nice touch. I will stay here again when I'm in the area. I didn't stay for breakfast because there was an IHOP with in walking distance. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, mostly for the location convenience. Rooms very clean & modern. Hotel staff friendly & attentive. Only negative thing is that unlike other best westerns, you unter the rooms from outside like at motels rather from a hallway like hotels. It was a well insulated room, which helped with being near a busy street, and for the money, it was very nice. The breakfast was another nice plus, with eggs, and variety of things to toast. I saw some sort of potato too, but did not try it. It is located close to a lot of restaurants. Room was very clean and pretty quiet. Grounds were kept clean as well. Staff was outstanding. Buffet breakfast was not bad either. Motel was close to everything. Will be staying there again soon.

Business travel. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff friendly. I recommend this location as a place to stay.

This was a very nice Best Western. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Even though it was an outside corridor, the room was quiet. I would highly recommend this location, and we will definitely return.

The Best Western is just off the freeway, and is a very convenient place to stay. Other than an uncomfortable bed (for me) it was all good.

I was very pleased with the hotel and the price was reasonable and would stay there again.

This hotel is very conveniently located off Highway 10 in San Bernardino, near shopping and restaurants. Our room was a bit dark and the carpet looked old, but the room was otherwise very pleasant, clean and comfortable, with a good bed and lots of pillows. We would stay there again.
