Overall it was a nice hotel; the bathroom needs work. It is the old fashioned kind and the fixtures are way too low.Nice breakfast and I liked that they had some tea other than the usual!I I was looking for Stevia...nowhere to be found!

We have stayed at Residence Inn before and enjoy having a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. The in house breakfast buffet was also very good.

Stay was good. Lots of choices for breakfast food in the morning. Pool area was clean and water was warm. Sofa sleeper is adequate for children, but not great for adults.

I really enjoyed my stay, and I'm having a hard time figuring out how it could be improved. The room was great--clean and really comfortable--and the breakfast was nice. I was totally satisfied. Thanks!

For the most part, people were very friendly, the food wasn't too bad. A little variety would have been nice for the breakfasts - it was the same thing pretty much every day. THe only really negative thing i have to say is that the maid service - never gave us toiletries, we could have asked but i think we assumed they would load us up every day as […] we clearly went through things and empty bottles were in the room. We stayed for family reunion and brought our dog! Highly recommend it if traveling with pet and kids. Staff were outstanding and location was excellent. Great running park down the road.

The Residence Inn in Roseville is conveniently located. The hotel isn't fancy, but has everything you need and then some. It has a weight room and indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast is several steps above the norm of rolls and coffee. The coffee wasn't great, but there were other choices. Upon check in which we did late, the person working was very nice and friendly. In fact every employee we encountered was friendly. I asked for a pack n play and not only was it in the room already, but it was set up. My biggest complaints are with the actual sleeping conditions. The bed was NOT what I've come to expect of a Marriot hotel, it (mattress) […] was hard,worn and saggy to the point I could almost feel the springs. The bedding was nice but with the drafty window that the bed is a few feet from, it was not a warm enough blanket. Thankfully our son slept in the living area which kept its heat better. The room and I assume that all the rooms are generally the same, need updating soon. The carpet, while clean is outdated as is that bathroom vanity area. The whole room could use more pictures on the larger empty spaces on the walls. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was plentiful, tasty and had a good variety. The employee kept it well stocked and clean, she was also friendly. I think that with some updates and improvements in the rooms this would be a fantastic hotel. The employees are great. If I had to stay in the area again, I would probably look elsewhere based on the uncomfortable bed we slept on. If the hotel ever in the future advertises 'newly renovated rooms' I would surely book in the future. Læs mere

We were so surprised to find a room that was so large and spacious! Our college daughter came to stay with for the night and we still had so much room! Very nice personnel, good breakfast too. This place is quite, has a nice pool, a really good breakfast, and a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in a queen studio and it was a perfect place to stay and visit Minneapolis.

It is great! as a chef full equipment kitchen for me to prepare all the food I make and the sink I can clean up very easily!I Wow great breakfast is including and serving very early morning and I have to eat my breakfast before I start to work for the state fair very very early!! This is second time we've stayed in your inn.the breakfast served is awesome!the outside and inside of motel is lovely and kept clean.the flowers outside were beautiful and kept up. your desk clerks are friendly and accomodating.i needed maintenance and housecleaning personnel and they were fine.(some difficulty with english but they're eager to assist […] me.very roomy apartment. Sorry about the negatives,,,the furniture shows it's wear.the cost for the room jumped up to considerably different prices.the toaster didn't work,i needed a drying rack and dish soap(extra kitchen supplies would be nice).the bathroom sink was draining slowly and there were numerous human hairs in underneath cupboard. We were in a queen suite that was very nice. Comfy beds and clean. It was great to have an actual table to eat/work at. Nice to have a full size fridge, too. The price was great, staff friendly, pool area neat and clean, breakfast very yummy. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting out daughter in college!

Warm greetings at the check in and a very pleasant suite for the 3 of us. Baby had a cold and instead of staying two nights as planned, we checked out after one night. The front desk again was very courteous and helpful and made our early check out very comfortable. We traveled for 16 hrs we just wanted.to rest and there was kids running up and down the halls all night. Mgmt did nothing. Got no sleep the 3 days we were there. Our room was also right above the basketball court and they would not move us.

The only complaint i have is that we couldn't bring ANYTHING to drink into the hot tub/pool area. Which in turn made our trip to the pool short cause we got thirsty!

Great hotel! Rooms were clean and had everything anyone could possibly want for an overnight stay. Hotel staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was filling. Pool area was nicely kept as well. I would highly recommend this hotel! Great overall experience!

Our two night stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was HUGE and had a FULL kitchen furnished with almost everything you could think of. The pool, hot tub and workout facilities were great! This hotel is very noisy, the heater in the room came on frequently and was very loud, kept us awake. Could not turn up the volume on the TV high enough to hear it over the heater. Had to use closed captioning to watch a movie. Noises from showers and toilets in other rooms very loud, and noises from the hallway were easily heard. The hotel was wonderful for the price; however after shopping all day on Saturday (Mall of America and IKEA) we just wanted to go back and sit in the hut bub; apparenlty there was a Kids Birthday party and there was a accident in the pool area.

The size and cleanliness of the rooms was nice. As was the refrigerator and two TVs. However, the microwave was broken and both the pull out couch and bed were incredibly uncomfortable. It was hard sleeping there for 2 nights.....I certainly would not want an extended stay! The biggest disappointment was the $100 pet fee. Though listed as a pet friendly […] motel, the Expedia description does not mention that there is a $100 pet fee.
