Meget venlig og hjælpsomt personale. God morgenmadsbuffet. Fine rolige store rene værelser. Ligger tæt på motorvejen, dog uden at man kan høre støjen. Det kan være lidt svært at krydse den lokale vej ned til hotellet, men kør ind til det overforliggende mall og kør ud af deres afkørsel, hvor det er muligt at krydse vejen.

The room was filthy, stained comforter on the bed, bathroom wasn't even clean. Urine on toilet rim, hair in shower, HALF USED SHAMPOO, etc... Inside the room was in decent condition, but the rest of the hotel seems like a run-down building... Service was good and all of the workers were friendly, good location... BED was WORE OUT, and super uncomfortable!!!! […] I stay in a lot of hotels (work and pleasure) and this one was probably the worst I have been too. Læs mere

The bed was terrible,and at 75 years of age,I honestly didn't know they made pillows that hard. ( or maybe it was a sand bag ). The food in your Grill makes McDonalds seem like a gourmet restaurant.Why not send a map with the confermation due to the construction it is extremely hard to get to the motel. The price for the night was great but the room was just ok. The shower head looked as if it hasn't been touched in God only knows how long! The Coffee machine was the same way. The room was very large to that was good, but overall it was my first and my last time there.

I have been staying at this Ramada for several years now. What I can say is how much they make us feel like family every time we go. Accommodations are always met with a smile and a knowledgeable staff. Jeannine, the front desk Manager, is just wonderful, she makes sure we are comfortable during our stay. I also want to say Camille, one of the front […] desk clerks accommodated a special request I had and she even followed up with me to make sure we were all happy. Then there's Jamila,she is another front desk clerk who made sure we had what we needed. Overall, for the money, it's not a bad deal. Our biggest beef was an ant problem in our room. I don't think communication is very good between the front desk and maintenance. We had to work through the night and sleep during the day. Front desk thought maintenance had come in and sprayed for the ant problem when they hadn't. We would have had to be […] awakened to let them in so no one dealt with the problem. We bought ant traps and spray and tried to deal with the problem ourselves. Housekeeping do not speak/read english so the yelling in the hall to each other disturbed our sleep and the maintenance guy hammering during the day was annoying as well. It's a few miles off the interstate but I'm glad we chose it. We arrived after 1am and the night clerk was cheerful and friendly. The room was large and recently refurbished. Our room as well as the public areas were very clean. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Comforter on bed was stained. It was disgusting. Pillow cases also were stained. Cigarette burn on the blanket. Place was not maintained well for a Ramada. Water fountain did not work. the woman at the desk was more than helpful. when they initially gave us the wrong room she went out of her way to help us fine the ones we wanted. the bartender was also very pleasant. the only negative aspect was the location, it was kind if a struggle to find it because it's off kind of off the road it was supposed to be on.

My stay as usual was great at the Ramada Inn. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The front desk staff are really nice. They treat us well each time we stay there.

A very old facility. Lock on side door was inoperative. Inadequate plug-in outlets in the room. The breakfast bar and service were below average. On the other hand, the room was clean and the bed and linens were quite satisfactory.

This hotel is very hard to access because of all the local construction. The rooms are old and don't feel quite clean.but the deal clerk was really nice and we slept ok.

We stayed 3 nights. The location was good for our needs, Reunion activities and shopping. It was a non-smoking room which we appreciated very much since we are non-smokers. The heater fan was a little noisy, but worked well. Roomy and the bed was comfortable. Ramada has floodlights that illuminate the front of the hotel at night, but their window shades are inadequate to block out the light. The result is a brightly-lit room at night.

This Ramada has seen better days. The carpeting was stained and dirty. The place needs to be repainted and updated. Paint was pealing from the ceiling my bathroom, the caulking had mold growing in it in the shower, and the air was stale in the place. My room had to be changed because the HVAC system was malfunctioning and they couldn't determine why […] it was working and then not working. I last stayed at this Ramada in 2005 and it was very clean, pleasant, and well cared for. Upon my return I found this Ramada had not received any careful maintenance. The A/C unit in my room was malfunctioning, there was mold growing in the grout in my shower, the paint was pealing on the ceiling of the shower, there was a "stale" smell to the facility, […] and the Continental Breakfast was disappointing and not fresh. Staff is super nice. nice bar w great food and there's so many places to shop in the area. We also went apple picking which was abt 7 miles away. Had a great stay. Thanks Ramada!

It was fine for my purpose of avoiding a long drive late at night back to my home in WV. Room was fine...old, but fine...and clean. Free standard continental breakfast. A little challenging getting to it off of 78 West.

The room was ok for the price. My only complaint was the musty smell. I could deal with it but my husband felt completely different. He wanted to go to a new hotel but I convinced him that for the price we could deal with the smell for 2 days, although if we were staying any longer we probably would have gone somewhere else.

Great place to stay, but the lady that is in charge oh breakfast is to pushy, and nosy, always rushing to clean after you and every five minutes reminding you breakfast is over at 10am. I requested a king room for each of my party, and when I arrived they did not accomodate. The expedia employee I set the reservation up with, knew I requested a king.

The hotel staff is nice, and helpful. The rooms are very dirty, paint is chipped off the wall, and the walls have permanent dirt spots all over them. The computer in the business office is very, very old, and most of my stay didn't even work. The hotel hosts a comedy act on Saturday nights, and has a full bar with VERY loud music. I think this is a […] big source of income for the hotel ...... the off shoot of this for the hotel guest is that drunk people roam the halls late at night and throw up, and spill liquor all over the hallway carpets. If you are looking to see a comedy act, get drunk in a bar, and eat good bar room food, then this is the hotel for you. My overall experience was great however the complimentary breakfast was horrible. My family had to go to out to a restaurant for breakfast. They didn't have meat period. There was one mini waffle maker & there was a family making waffle after waffle while other people waited in line to use it.

The access is a little strange but then you enter an average property on a nice peice of land off the highway. Everything was clean and comfortable. Didn't eat the continental breakfast, instead used my room key for 10% off Perkins.

Luckily the air conditioners are loud so they can drown out the noise throughout the hotel! The room was not cleaned properly, ex., the toilet seat was up! I do not recommend this hotel!

My keys continued not to work a great displeasure and aggravatiom mu bill was paid in full before i arrived and i should have gotten better service. Housekeeping didnt do a good job either
