The main reason I stayed at this Hotel is because it accepted pets (pet friendly). They did however charge a one time 20.00 fee. There was plenty of parking and the hotel complex had a enough green space for my pet to do her business. The hotel seemed to have pretty good maintenance. We had got this hotel over other hotels in the area based on the reviews we read online.. There were hotels that were both much cheaper and much more expensive. We chose a middle off the road since we wanted a decent room, nothing fancy, but clean. At least that's what we thought. while we didn't have trouble checking in, we had trouble with just about […] everything else. First, the rooms are described as two queen beds. They are FULL, not queen. The other problem we encountered was the bathroom had a DEAD BUG lying in the middle of it, which is not something you want to see in any hotel, especially if you think you are paying for a decent one. We went to the desk to tell them about the bug, and the lady looked at me like I was out of line for telling her and it was no big deal. She did offer another room, but didn't even apologize for the substandard condition of the room or acknowledge that there shouldn't be dead bugs on the floor in hotels. We got this hotel because I didn't want to deal with filth because I had a very important meeting the next day and needed a place to relax and not worry about dirty conditions and bugs. I made this reservation while on the road by calling Hotels.com. It was just off the interstate exit, accepted pets for an additional charge, was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Restaurants were nearby.

Based on the other reviews I read I should have picked somewhere else, but I made the reservation anyway. My room's carpeting shouldn't be walked on in bare feet it was so dirty. The TV remote was only marginally functional and the woodwork in the bathroom was falling apart. I think the cleaning crew is trying, but the room I was in was in sore need […] of a major makeover. Nothing out of the ordinary. Easy location to get around. For the price it was what I expected.

A little expensive for the quality and area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not great. And the juice machine was broken. We were there with a group and there was no gathering area, which would have been nice. There was not really even a place in the lobby to meet.

très bon hotel, rien a redire. Je le recommande a tous.
