The staff at this hotel really knows what service is all about. Besides the bed and linnen was very comfortable, a delicioius breakfast and with running routes really close by not to mention the location in general. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield and will definetely recommend.

Close to the interstate, has nice decor with fridge and microwave, breakfast was okay, but get there early for best selection because they ran out of certain items and didn't re-stock because they were "out." We liked our room and the open stairway and friendly staff. The breakfast room is all windows on one side, very nice.

Very convenient location; near interstate and just outside of Indianapolis. Breakfast is average. Recent renovations likely improved hotel from former condition. Room was comfortable and clean, though there was still a wall air unit instead of central air. We had an issue with traffic on the way down, so we arrived VERY late. The front desk clerk got us into our room very quickly and efficiently. she was friendly and the room was great! We would definately stay there again!

"Location"
Quality Inn in Greenfield IN is located nicely close to downtown Greenfield. Nice little shops to brouse through. Close to just about everything imaginable to.
"three day stay"
I stayed for three nights at the Quality Inn and Suites in Greenfield, Ind. The room was very nice, a big king bed, microwave and refrigerator. I didn't need the micro or fridge, but it's nice for people who do. Fortunately, my room was on the first floor. There are no elevators to the second floor. The bathroom was small, I guess it was clean, but […] a bit worn down. I hung out a 'do not disturb' sign the whole time I was there, and it was respected. I read a review that said a child's outfit was stolen out of a room, so I wanted to avoid any of that kind of thing. The included breakfast was an incredible carb-fest which I only attended once by choice. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins...no fruit, no cereal. Coffee just ok. I'm sure kids would love it, as would my husband if he were traveling with me. He loves biscuits and gravy. Got a very good deal on the rate from hotels.com. I would not have wanted to pay much more for this hotel, which I would call adequate. There was a definite odor of cigarette smoke in the corridors. Children and dog in the next room, although I will say I never heard them at night., only the barking dog and kids being kids during the day. Staff people at the front desk were nice. I didn't have to ask for anything, so I don't know how fast they are at fulfilling requests. At times, the front staffer would be in another office, leaving the desk unattended. I felt bad for one of the desk staff, as she was crying on the phone at the desk on a private call. She probably could have used the other office for that. Læs mere

Staff was friendly and checked us in two hours early plus gave us a free upgrade. Room was clean and comfortable. TV's were old and need upgraded but for the price it was something I could live with. Will stay here again when I'm in the area

I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. I was a bit older and had had some renovations, but still needed updating, paint and a good cleaning. our room smelled a bit musty and the bed & bedding werw not very comfortable. Keep driving, theres got to be something cleaner, & more update for maybe a few more dollars.

Very nice lobby, but deceiving.... rooms did not have the same appeal! Bathrooms were well below my standards as it was clear they were not well-maintained. Breakfast items were very limited. Friendly staff. The hotel was fine for a few hours of sleep, but I would not stay here for more than that.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Greenfield area. We were allowed to check in 2 1/2 hours early. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Free cookies and Popcorn in the lobby after 4. Plentiful shopping and restaurants within walking/short driving distance. Excellent service.

The only draw back at this hotel is no elevator to the second floor, but overall; it was very nice, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Didn't leave our room early enough to try the continental breakfast. We would recommend it, and have no problem staying here again.

We stay at this hotel regularly and have always been pleased. After checking in, found the bed had not been made (rest of room was clean), but all was taken care of quickly and professionally. Plan to keep this hotel busy with travels as its location is perfect for traveling east/west (coming from CHGO) when going through Indy. Thanks!

we have stayed here before and this hotel is very nice. The breakfast bar is good and filling and the rooms are nice. Close to our destination in Fortville Indiana

"Hotel needs alot of work."
Was there to check in early, but no rooms available yet, so i was told to come back at 3 even though check-in time is 2. Then, i waited while the front desk person personally went to check on a room for me, and found one was ready. Went to my room, and everything was great till i walked to the window in my socks and got wet feet because the a/c was […] leaking in the room. Told the front desk the problem, and they said ok, we will do what we can. I went out all day next day, come back at 5 pm, bed was made, garbage was emptied, but no bath towels or coffee to make myself. While i waited at front desk for my room, paperwork was all over the front desk about all the 23 different room issues and people needing to be moved to different rooms for varius problems. My daughter had an outfit come up missing while we were gone and room service came into our room. She had worn the outfit that day, changed had it on her suitcase. When we came back it was gone and our room had been serviced. I talked to 2 different people and they did not seem too concerned and blew me off. Also hotel could use a good cleaning. The room was very large, clean and nice for the price. My husband and I stayed in King room with our 2 little boys and it was plenty big to my suprise.The only complaint I had at all was the carpets seemed a little dirty. Overall this was a good hotel, but there was some maintenance issues with the "colts room". It would have also been nice to have found out it was a colts room when i signed up also.
"Room was Musty/Breakfast was average"
We arrived at the hotel in Greenfield around midnight and were exhausted when we checked in. The hotel does not have an elevator so we drug our suitcases up to the second floor almost to the end of the hallway (would have been helpful if the person who had checked us in had showed me that I could have parked closer at the entrance on the end). After […] opening the room door, we were immediately blasted with a musty smell in the room. Luckily, it was a cool evening and the window actually opened so we slept with the window open. The next morning we were expecting a hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, etc and ended up with biscuits and gravy which were okay. There were no bagels and only two choices of cereal. The fruit selection wasn't great either (we ended up going to walmart to get some fresh fruit). They were out of cups for juice and the worker who was in charge of making sure everything was restocked was busy chatting with another guest. "Typical Basic Hotel with Free Wifi"
This is a simple, clean, affordable hotel near the highway. Free wireless Internet was fast and easy to use. The free breakfast was adequate and included hot waffles. The bed was a little firmer that I would like, and the shower head felt like a sand blaster. Check-in took about 20 minutes because there were a lot of other guests when I arrived and […] only one person working the desk. However, the staff were very courteous and helpful. For the money you simply cannot beat this hotel. Plenty of local resturants to choose from and shopping. If we ever go back we will be stayinghere again.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. However, had trouble with the keys on several occasions and needed to wait for coffee at breakfast (over 10 minutes).

From the moment I walked through the door to check in until checkout, this was an A-1 experience. From the front desk, to housekeeping and even the woman serving breakfast~ everyone was so pleasant, helpful, and very polite! This reminds me of the good ole days. The bed was very comfortable ( I have rods in my back and neck) and I got a great stretch […] and rest:) I would definitely stay here again and refer any friends or acquaintances for a night or long term stay. "Great for the price"
This hotel was great for the price. We got a room with 2 queens for a very low price. The rooms were very clean and the service was very nice. The breakfast, however, was only average. If you are traveling through the area I would highly recommend it for a cheap place to stay for a night.

For the money, this is a great value, especially for a family driving vacation. We arrived after 10 hours of driving, and we loved the relaxing room. Great price AND great complimentary hot breakfast.

The hotel staff and manager were very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had about what was around the area. The room was nice, and the hot breakfast was a nice added bonus - saved us an additional $30-$40.
"Motel close to business I was visiting"
Room was nice but very humid. Bed was nice but once again very damp from humidity. Sure that in cooler conditions outside room would have been dry. Other than that room was good. It was a handicap accessible room

Good location close to the freeway with plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast area was very large and had a very good selection of hot and cold foods. Rooms were dated but nice. Small pillows on the beds. Great room for the price I paid and I would stay there again.
"OK ROOM FOR THE MONEY"
Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. The beds weren't really plush or anything -the bed spread was a bit thin and scratchy. The bathroom area was clean and nice and the shower was good. Overall it was clean and a decent stay for the money.
We were pleased with the hotel. It was right off the interstate. The room was pleasant and clean. The breakfast bar was satisfactory. We would stay there again.

My comments and evaluation are taking in consideration that the hotel is either still under improvement due to recent construction and assuming renovation of rooms may be still in progress.
